Great place for both business & leisure ”
Although the place looks run down from exterior view but that’s what make this place unique. The unit we stayed is Deluxe King and there is lift & ensuite bathroom. Love every single detailed of the unit and love the sparkling clean room from entrance to the bathroom. The mattress is very comfortable and the air conditioning is cooling. Strongly recommended.

Good location with few minutes walking distance to the famous Concubine Lane. ”
Easily access to eatery as there were kopitiams around the area. Plan B is just next to Sekeping Kong Heng. Staffs were friendly and attentive to request. Just one note, the stay is depending on your luck whether to get considerate guests. You will hear clearly on the conversation of next door guests if they talk loudly.

Clean, spacious, interesting interior design ”
Stayed with my parents and 2 kids. Room is spacious and cozy. The bathroom is located in master bed room and able to see through, suggest to have solid color shower curtain for better privacy. Otherwise, bed and sofa are comfy, parents love the antique furnitures and deco in the room. Overall, highly recommended stay.

Place with character and great location”
Along the hallway where the rooms are, grey boards cover the walls and doors, it felt like I was walking along prison cells but without the metal bars. The grey boards continue into the room, but stopped short of looking like a bad prison cell. The room has a nice design, it definitely has character. Amenities are sufficient, but the lighting is dim, and there is only a curtain to hide the bathroom, so your roommate can easily hear whatever sounds you make at the toilet! It doesn't have much of a view, as the window opens up to the building beside it which is close, but it has that old Ipoh paint-scraping-off-the-wall and windows which is the whole Ipoh old town character. I would come here again, the place matches Ipoh old town's character and it's in a great location. But would be great if the room had brighter lighting and a wall for the toilet.

Great room but totally not soundproof”
all is great and i can sure you that!!! Except the room is really not soundproof. You can even hear next room shower 😅. If you dont mind about this, then go for it! Totally worth every pennies!

I love the design of this hotel! It’s very spacious, driven me down to memory lane. The location is very strategic, right next to Plan B and many other attractions! I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m back to Ipoh.

Great place for group of friends!”
Me & my friends stayed for 2 nights. Overall the room that we booked with two queen beds is very huge & have plenty of space for 3 of us, I think it can easily fit for 6 pax comfortably. I love that they allocate us the 4 o’clock room that comes with balcony, love it soo much! Make sure to request for it beforehand. Love that I can enjoy the sunrise from the balcony! But what’s lacking of this room is the bathroom. There is no hand bidet & the shower can be flooded at times. The bathroom panels are also quite see through, maybe unsuitable for families. Another thing, our freezer inside the fridge has no door, so basically everything you put inside the fridge will freeze haha Other than that, I found the room is very homey & cool all day despite the hot Ipoh weather. The staff was very accommodating but I feel like there should have more than one staff at the reception counter as the line can be long during checking. But overall me & are my friends had a great time! Thanks!

Super Cool Modern Apartment”
Wow! This hotel is gorgeous! The exterior is oozing with old world charm and the interior is modern industrial. I love this hotel and would love to come back for an extended stay. Location is super central in the old town and walking distance to heaps of restaurants, bars and places of interest. It was a bit tricky to find but when I phoned for directions I was greeted and guided out the front by the friendly staff. Attention to detail in our room was brilliant and I especially loved the sliding bifold windows that opened onto the balcony. Great value and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Everything was okay until i got food poisoning and had to back and forth to the toilet. The stairs a bit high. It can cause another injury. But overall is okay. They provided fridge, water filter, and iron. Not recommended for family to stay.

Its right behind Plan B. Easy to walk around and the surrounding is also beautiful. However, there isnt any lift. And also, its a bit noisy as it is right next to the road. But overall, great stay! I love the furnitures and the design of the room. It is suitable for young travellers. Not travellers with old people.

There's a place for everyone in the room that fits 5 of us, 2 queen size bed and a sofa bed, plenty of table space to place your items and so conveniently located in the heart of KL, facing right at the concubine lane and beside all the famous kopi shops! would come back again!

Excellent location, very modern interior, very bright. Could be noisy, but less so for the rooms to the back, and all fine with wax earplugs if necessary. Great to have simple kitchen too. Very cool to relax for late mornings. Really enjoyed the place.
