Lovely hotel and great price, had everything I needed in the room, spotlessly clean, just the right size, very comfortable bed. Great location to tube station, staff all lovely and friendly, would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Incredible value for money with breakfast included and location was excellent for my needs. It would be nice if they could get rid of all the dead mattresses which is the view from the windows while you’re eating breakfast.

An ok one night stay. Room needs 1/2 day of a handyman to sort-out... window stay broken (so opened v wide), many dents & scrapes on walls, broken light fittings, peeling faux-leather chair, and no tv remote (they don't have spares). However bed was comfortable & room clean. Staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was buffet style but fine. The back garden / yard is barren (a few large plants in pots would be nice); might hide the dozen or more mattresses piled up in the corner. Overall, it needs some of the revenues ploughed back in to attract repeat business.

It was ok, about right for the price really, the tv didnt work, the bed was on wheels and moved which was irritating, but the location was right across the road from the tube which was very handy and staff was nice

A drab uninviting building a functional but grim looking reception an out of order lift and a bleak grubby corridor - however get to the room and although dated it was functional clean and big for London-the bathroom was large but clean - the water hot and plentiful- and when you remember how cheap it is then it’s a good buy and I would stay again!

Basic Hostel close to the train station”
I didn’t expect the room to be tiny but it was enough for me as a solo traveler. The room is really clean. It had no complimentary water. The room has no airconditioner, it only had a small fan to keep you cool during the night, had to open the window to make the room cool and you’ll hear the traffic outside. One good thing is that, the train station is just a 3 -minute walk, really convenient. They have free breakfast, they have basic bread, instant coffee, canned fruits and cheap toppings for the bread and cereals. But I did enjoy the cereals that they have. Also, they really have an early check-out at 10:30 AM and you’ll be charged at 10pound/hour extension.

Discovered late in the evening that the kettle in my room didn't work. I asked reception for a replacement but was told that there weren't any and that, because all rooms were booked, one couldn't be borrowed from another room. Irritating! Otherwise the room was pretty good. The shower was wonderfully powerful and hot. The bath could have done with a bath mat to prevent slipping. Breakfast was a bit rudimentary but okay.
