Stayed at this hotel for the last two nights and it was BRILLIANT! Located close to the beach with beautiful views but it is the amazing staff that MAKE it!! We arrived around 8 in the evening and were instantly greeted with a friendly, smiley, warm welcome (very much needed after a hectic couple of days in HK and Macau). From the minute we arrived all the staff went the extra mile to help us. They changed currency for us after a rather unpleasant encounter at Macau airport and even noticed that our suitcase handle was broken and arranged for somebody local to fix it! A very special thanks to all the staff here who do such an amazing job to help guests in every way imaginable!! With special thanks to Chris, Harrison and Joy who looked after us so well! The rooms are spacious clean and modern, other facilities including the sky bar and sky pool are perfect for what you need. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and thats all down to the amazing staff!

Wonderful, happy few days at The Belle Maison Hotel”
The Belle Maison Parosands Hotel is excellent. From the moment that we arrived the service and hospitality was First Class and we loved the room, the 22nd Floor Pool, the Sky Bar and the excellent Breakfast, serving food from The West and The East..... yummy!!! Our room was comfortable, clean and with everything that one could wish for with really good shower, tea/coffee equipment, good aircon and lovely big soft bed. The location right by the beach is perfect and we would definitely stay here again if we come back to Danang. The Manager, Mr Tran Quoc Dung, runs a very good hotel!!!

We were stayed 5days in this hotel. It was luck that my room be upgraded to family suite with 180c seaview. We do enjoy to stay in this hotel during the trip. The great atmosphere of Sky21 bar that we can enjoy live music in this bar to chilling the whole night out. The pool at the roof was a nice place for sun bathing. Our room tpyed was Breakfast included and it was delicious. The staff Mr. Winnie the best of the staff in my mind. He served us like a best friend and was helping us a lot in different way during we stay in Danang such as dinner place, historic spot, scenery, traffic route suggestions etc. Quick response, detailed information provided make us feel the warm hospitality. I will recommend my friends to stay in this hotel in Danang and for sure to visit here again in my second stay in future. We do enjoy to stay in your hotel during the trip. I was caught by surprise the location of the hotel and how convenient it was to walk to other places and the ride to the airport was about 15 mins. The facilities in the hotel were good and one must try their aromatherapy massage. Our massues were very good. Lon and Hoa. The spread for buffet breakfast was incredible. It is like lunch and dinner provided too. The hotel caters to the Koreans as well and there were many Koreans while we were there. Drinks at Sky 21 were good esp with the good view. We had a great time! Thank you! We will be back again! :)

It's good to be here. Good enviroment and very kind staff. Its location near My Khe beach, if you want to enjoy swimming time, u just need a few steps ahead. One minus point is breakfast. There are too many cold meat and less special breakfast such as Hu tiew, beef noodle, pho. Anyway, with high view from the top, many restaurants around your place, i still enjoy my holiday. Location and view is superb, situated just in front of phúc my beach, access to city and other places of interest convinient lý, plenty of cheap seafood choices around the back street of the hotel. Great view of the sea. Hotel itself has alot of facilities as well, sky restaurant, sky bar and a nice swimming pool with great view, definitely 5 stars service and accommodation, strongly recommended

Nice swimming pool and can access the beach within 5 mins. The skybar is excellent. I went there on Thursday and they had a lady's night with one complimentary cocktail. My friend and I went their and got 2 drinks with peanuts. We left and asked them to check the bill, they replied that it's free. 😎😎🇻🇳🇻🇳

There was a warm welcome once we’re in the hotel by the receptionist. A nice cup of relaxing apple juice was served to us while completing the check in and I must say the check in was a swift service. The receptionists are all friendly, and often put on a big smile. Throughout the staying, one of the receptionists greets us in every morning asking what’s the planning of the day and even giving suggestions on how to get the best of Vietnam experience, and we loved it! The pool is also a great satisfaction to us. The sea view is astonishing and giving us the best experience while in the pool. Love the cleaning service since every return to the hotel room feels like having a brand new room, all the items are clean and neatly placed, especially the bed sheets. Though one thing needs to be improved in the room is the shower. The water sometimes comes out quick and strong but sometimes weak. Overall the Belle Maison is worth staying for a couple-trip with excellent service.

Unparalleled customer service! Prior to arriving and checking in at the hotel we already received greetings from one of the staff via WhatsApp which no other hotel has ever done. The only criticism we have (which in all fairness is beyond the hotel's control) is that on the first night of our stay (which was a Friday night) there were loud music playing at the beach at around 4am. It was so loud that it woke us up from our sleep and lasted for around 1.5 hour.
