Most positive experience with a hotel in my life! Seriously. Yes, the rooms and the bathroom are small, but it’s warm and cozy, the beds are comfortable, the tv is good and it’s cute and clean. The location is top, 2 min from Hyde park, tube and bus stops. You didn’t travel to spend days in your room anyway, did you? And the people there, I’ve been travelling quite a lot and we’ve never met somebody like our favourite receptionist ever, here in this hotel! My child was excited every time we would be going back to the hotel, asking if he’s gonna be there! We couldn’t ask for a better accommodation :) they will be seeing us again

Amazing Staff and Location”
We really enjoyed our stay in London, the deluxe room was great and always clean. They change our towels everyday and the staff was so positive and helpful. Cheap Hotel, Great Value”
My husband and I had a great stay there. We were there for just under a week and the staff were amazing. Bed was quite comfortable, pillows weren’t great. The only thing we wish we had was a fridge so we could store some food. But aside from that it’s a great location and great value for price

Excellent stay”
I have stayed in many hotels in the bayswater and paddington area over the years. This was one of my favourites. Quiet hotel, the room (suite) was large and well equip with everything one might need for a 4 or 5 night stay. Would love to see a mini fridge in the rooms though, and unfortunately the safe in the room wasn’t in a working condition. I like to securely leave my portable devices in the room while I go about my day, but unfortunately they had to come with me. That said, I didn’t tell anyone so they had no opportunity to sort it. It’s not the end of the world. All in all, you’ll see me here again for sure.

Impressed from the start. A kind Gentleman who worked there took our luggage up from the taxi to reception. Check in is easy (make sure you each have photo Id) Lift to all floors. Comfortable beds, Although room very hot, Window can open. A nice simple continental breakfast. If a taxi is needed the hotel staff at reception will book it for you. A 5 minute walk to the nearest tube station and to Kensington Gardens. Hyde Park less than 1 mile away. Perfect. Looking forward to staying here in the future

We paid around 150$ for two for four nights, and it was perfect. Staff was super nice, even though we checked-in at 2AM they had no problem. Room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. Value for money is astonishing.

Stayed here for 23 nights. This hotel is located at a perfect location, it’s near to everything — restaurants, convenient stores, underground (tube) stations (Bayswater & Queensway), multiple bus stops, Hyde Park. Love the surrounding ambience, so peaceful. The hotel staffs are very friendly, they helped me a lot throughout my stay. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I’m in London. Good stay for four nights”
Stayed 4 nights in a double deluxe room on the second floor. Nice comfortable room with aircon and heaters available. The hotel is in an old building so it took a bit of winding through stairs lift and corridors to get to my room, wasn’t a problem and kinda gives the place a bit more charm. Great location, two tube stations within 2-3min walking distance, plenty of food options around. Reception and concierge staff were nice too, helping to bring my luggage up and promptly coming to help bring the luggage down when I checked out. The only downside is the noise from the streets tends to be quite loud until almost midnight.

I would give good reviews on almost all of the aspects as below: Pro: - good hotel with friendly staff, clean room and tranquil atmosphere…Suitable for solo/couple traveller - lift: small but well functioning - walking distance to nearby bayswater tube station, good starting point for travelling - nearby restaurant, groceries as well as souvenir shops (for last minute shopper) - attentive staff: helping to book early morning cab to airport, diligent housekeeping cons: - lift is small and can accomodate one or two adults with small luggages - difficulty carry large luggages around as there are staircases you need to climb before reaching the lift, but you can ask for help from the counter staff.

All food choices is just 3-5 mins walks. 2 tube stations nearby. Bayswater and Queensway. Few tesco, Boots and whatever crosses your mind is pretty much there in Bayswater. Best choices for value too. Good stay !!
