One of the diamonds in KL! For a very reasonable price I got a spacious room, very clean and extra large bathroom! Unfortunately some of the furnitures are quite old but nevertheless they are clean! The location is very nice too. Quite close to the tourist attraction road, Bukit Bintang and just below / beside the mall is a shopping mall. I would stay here again to enjoy the hotel room and the facilities

I came with my kids. Stayed in Premier room. It is very spacious. It was an old hotel but I was surprise they maintain it well. The last time I went there was 13 years back! Swimming pool is huge and clean. Great breakfast spread even though it's vegetarian. Never thought vegetarian breakfast is this great! Pastries, prata and vegetarian dishes taste wonderful. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Thumbs up. Great location too, linked to mall and theme park. Easy to shop and find food.

Excellent location, clean rooms, friendly staffs”
Arrived before the 3pm check in time. Staff allowed me to register my early arrival. Deposited my luggage and returned at 3pm. Getting my room keys was fast and hassle-free. Took a Premier Room on the #20 (Blk B 20-17) Facing KL and the Twin-Towers which is clean, spacious and the air-condition works great. Guest need to use the key-card to access the guest room which is good and secure. Imbi monorail Station is right infront. It is also within walking distance to Pavilion-Bukit Bintang Station and getting to Pasar Seni (Chinatown) was easy. The 7-11 at the hotel lobby operates up to 12-midnite. (let's hope with the easing of covid restrictions, all 7-11 in Malaysia will resume it's 24hrs operation soon). It is within walking distance to Jalan Alor (If you know the way) which comes alive in the evening with all the street hawkers. Checking out was a breeze if you do not have any expenditures charged to the room.

Good location ”
We got a 2 bedroom for 4 of us and it was really spacious with separate rooms with attached bathroom on their own and kitchen (although there is nothing in the kitchen). Beds are comfortable with fluffy pillows. There are only a few channels on TV and no movie channels. House keeping came everyday to tidy the rooms. Swimming pool was filled with many people, we left in half an hour. Breakfast was quite disappointing as food weren't that nice. Stay in this hotel as it is at the bus station where we take our coach and indoor theme park is just right below.

The stay was excellent. Rooms are clean and well maintain. Hotel is located in the middle of great shopping malls. Transportation to places of interest is convenient. You can either book a ride or take the monorail which is just connected to the mall and a very short walking distance away. Checking in was a little hassle as it was the school holidays. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. Very convenient location. Walking distance to Pavilion, Jalan Alor, and more. Very nice vegetarian breakfast. Great staff. It’s an old hotel but properly maintained. There’s a mall within the building so you could only imagine the convenience. Many cheap local eateries around the hotel if you are on a budget. Huge swimming pool area. Not too crowded.

In the middle of city with a good view. All places in KL are around and nearby. Some special street food places are walkable distance or first stop in metro. The hotel has shopping complex attached and amusement park inside. The only negatives are Large swimming pool but cold water and no variety food options inside with only vegetarian limited menu. I am vegetarian and found menu not attractive enough to place room service.

Although its take almost an hour queue to check-in, it really worth to stay here. This is the best hotel that we ever live in. The room is so spacious and it equipped with fridge, iron board, hair dyer, iron steamer . it also have its own independent toilet and bathroom. Bed is large and comfortable, just the bedframe have crackling sound. The aircon is not cold enough. I can say its barely cold only. Breakfast is vegetarian and its serve detox drink as well. Nice meal we have. Kudos to the hotel owner for introducing vegetarian meals.

Affordable Hotel to stay in Room was huge for 2 pax . Staff was so friendly makes you soo warm welcome breakfast was good! Good for those who are vegetarian. Easy access to Pavillion mall 1 stop away from Imbi station to Bukit bintang . Can used the link bridge to access the train station from the berjaya times sq mall . Best hotel for family”
This is my favourite hotel if i came to KL. The room was very spacious. The room entry card always in the room, so i didnt worry if i left my kids and my wife to watch midnight movies as i going back late at night. The bathroom was superb with bathtub and separate toilet. The best thing in this hotel was its large swimming pool and spacious changing room. The pool depth was quite nice for my kids. I love this hotel. Parking, very near to malls (Times Square Mall and Lalaport), restaurants at surrounding and the helpful staffs.

Old but gold! ”
Booked during Ramadan & on my wife's birthday. Checking in & out was a breeze. The front counter staff was courteous to inform me that the floor above our room was undergoing minor renovation so some noise is expected. Took the key card went to our 29th floor room and whalla the huge room, spacious bathroom with bathtub, a small pantry, a cute round dining table and an excellent view of Bukit Bintang! Went down to the shopping centre next door and you'll have everything you need! After breaking fast, there's a knock on the door and a smiling staff was standing with a cake saying that it's a complimentary from the hotel for my wife's birthday! Wow! I just wrote a small note during booking but they really took the time to read! Thank you, although it was just a night stay, we really enjoyed it, great hospitality, excellent location, nice room & gud job guys! Hope to be there again sometime!

I'm going to review based on my overall experience. CONs: -Hotel is overwhelming. It's quite a chore to have the main lobby at the West tower, but your room on the East. You'll have to keep crossing on the 15th floor -My room was pretty dark. They were missing a table lamp on the desk. It would still be pretty dark with this lamp -Major issue with Parking. Firstly, as a first-timer, nobody helps you with the parking location. The security simply directs you forward. If you end up parking in the mall, you'll be in trouble if you want to drive out after 10pm. Hotel guests should park only at the basement, entrance from Gate2. -There is no free parking. It's huge inconvenience to keep validating your card for max payment of RM13 at the lobby. If you exit many times, your cost will add up. They should make the cost more enticing. -Hotels keep emphasizing on going green, and not to keep exchanging towels daily. I get that. But at the same time, this hotel uses halogen lamps all round. Imagine if they would have switched to LED, they could be a lot more "green". Back to my point about about rooms being dark. More LEDs would make the room brighter, yet more energy efficient. PROs: -Room size is huge. Easily squeeze extra pax into it. Parts of the room are divided for more privacy and functionality -Pool is huge. Gives you the resort vibe in the middle of KL city center -Location and convenience. This is obvious. Cheers.

This 4 persons room is super huge and can fit 5 person bcs it got a couch. Plus add extra pillow & bed bcs i think it fits up to 8 persons. The swimming pool is great for both kid and adult plus beautiful scenery. The food is very delicious and affordable. The room prices is affordable to compare to its pretiges. The other facilities is great, besides the mall, near to trains, restaurants, other KL hotspots. The room is clean & tidy & got a home experiences at a hotel room. The scenery is stunning!
