Clean, huge room, newly renovated ”
Room really big n clean. Just that pool is under maintenance. Chef was on leave as well. Overall was really good. Will stay again. If i am working in melaka

Too expensive and standards dropped”
I am a regular visitor to this property over tha last few years since the property opened. Have stayed here more than 15 times. Like the peacefull and quiet atmosphere plus thecleaniness of the rooms and the property as a whole. First of all they dont have any return guests policy. Only that some old staff, remembers me. As usual stayed in their 2 bedrooms apartment. I feel the condition of of the apartmnet has deteriorated although was clean. The sliding door could not be locked, was out of order. I was little worried about our safety. There were no door latch but they did replace after complaining. The worst part is the price they charge especially on weekends is exhorbitant although there were many empty rooms.. Plus now they only provide breakfast for two unlike earlier was for four. So the price has gone up by about 15% but with less value adds and poorer quality room. Should seriously look at their pricing as part of their revenue management strategy.

Nice swimming pool with very simple breakfast”
I was there for 3 nights without housekeeping. I asked for the housekeeping and put the sign 'Please Make Up My Room', but not response. The staff was not professional. Breakfast is very simple and I think hostel breakfast is much better.

Everything ok except breakfast”
The room is clean. Location ok. Breakfast tasteless. Quite shocked when asked if we can check-in one and half hour earlier (1.30pm) was told by the counter that we will have to pay extra rm40!

While certain things was acceptable, the non functioning internet was not. No internet in the rooms at all and even in the lobby it was extremely slow. Been told that it has been like this for the pass few months. Quite unacceptable for the hotel to be charging at what they are charging and not take steps to rectify the internet problem. Staff were nice and friendly but there was nothing they could do about it. Also, I find it to be a bit weird that the Agoda page said that all other rooms were sold out. Was forced to take a 3 person bedroom one. When i left the next morning, it doesn't seem like there was anybody else. Breakfast was nothing to shout about. I've stayed in cheaper hotels that provided a better spread. Will not return. Many better hotels in the area.

Located on the hillside. Very quiet and lovely grounds with trees. Rooms are average and rather rundown. WiFi only available at the lobby
