First off, I'm a 40+ Norwegian. I've been going to Thailand for about 12 years now up to two-three times a year. So I know a little about hotels down there. Also been going MANY places in Europe, Asia, USA and Caribbean. So my review is based on that experience. I stayed for 20 nights (Dec 30-Jan 19 2023) at room 406 with pool view and I am really happy about it. Clean room, good size and great location. Specially when you focus on the baht buss on beach road and second road. The staff was really nice and friendly. The cleaning lady was awesome and always took good care of my room and things. The pool was really good. A bit cold, because the sun shines on it after around 11am but I enjoyed that every day. I booked it 3 months ahead and got a really good price. We paid 43000 baht for 2 rooms for 20 nights. They have two nice elevators and are guest friendly. I don't have anything negative to say about this place. Only one thing, the bed is hard. But so are most of the beds in Thailand for us westerns. Two-three days and I forgot about it. Nice big fridge with a freezer, so I could keep ice in it. Perfect. If you are looking for bang for buck on a budget, then check in at this place. 7-Eleven at top of Soi 5 and Food Mart at the bottom. And ATM's both places. I mean, what more could you want for this price. Good Wi-Fi for streaming and good pressure in the shower. Aircon also worked perfect and made no noise. Nice little TV and the chair infront of the TV was very good to use when eating something or working on your tablet/computer. I'll give it a full score. 10/10. Because of everything it gave me. I will stay here the next time also.

Best Location and Staff”
Really enjoyed staying here again. This has been my go to place for many years now. I was even happier to see they renovated the lobby and rooms very recently so its even better value for money now. The staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. Also, the location is great! so very close to the beach and near 2 major shopping malls (Central Marina + Terminal 21). There is a beautiful massage place in villa just 1 minute walk on same street which i also recommend called Thip Buri too.

Great place to stay for your holiday ”
Love the location! It's the quietest street without any bars blasting loud music, and in the centre of Pattaya beach. Owner and the staff were great! Warm, friendly, and extremely approachable! A big thank you to all in Best beach resort for making our stay so comfortable. Will definitely come back soon.

All hotels in Pattaya are suffering and this one is no exception. Very few visitors and a skeleton staff In spite of this the service was excellent and the place was exceptionally clean. The deals being offered at this time represent extremely good value but obviously do little for the hotel's bottom line. I hope that they survive the Covid situation and the laid off staff can return to work. I would urge anyone travelling to Pattaya to support this hotel and help them in their efforts to stay afloat.

Hotel rooms are getting a little tired and will soon need an update but overall a very nice stay with really friendly helpful staff in a great location and good value for money. Hotel rooms are a great size and hotel is walking distance to a lot of Pattaya or you can jump on a songtow (sic) and get to the Hilton/shopping centre in a couple of mins for B50. Also Pattaya Terminal 21 is within walking distance.

Spacious rooms , clean and nice. Bed was good ,not to hard. Bathrooms could be better though, had a bathtub with some kind of shower screen and some trouble in adjusting the hot water.A good roof top pool area to. Staff were all really nice and friendly. I had a very pleasant stay.
