Value for money, but could still be better”
Overall, gaps are manageable so I still recommend this, especially for the price point, location, and room type. Pros: -Highly affordable for the room type (spacious, with mini kitchen) and want-to-have facilities (e.g. elevator, refrigerator and hot and cold drinking water dispenser in the common area) -Very strategic location. In front of Harmoni bus station, a major station, so Kota Tua and Monas are just 1 ride away, or could easily commute to major tourist sites through transfers -A foreign exchange store is just at the opposite side of JI. Hayam Wuruk (Pt. HAI HAI VALASINDO) -A grocery is just beside the compound (Rezeki Supermarket) -They allowed us to leave our bags at the reception after check-out so that we could still roam around, then just picked up our bags late in the afternoon -Gave us rooms at a low floor as requested (but hopefully they responded to my email), but note that they may not have windows (ours did not have windows) Cons: -The microwave oven and cooking stove in the common area were not working; the microwave was one major reason why I booked this. Hopefully it will be operational soon. -The bathroom of one of the rooms that we booked had an unpleasant smell that did not go away. The other bathroom was fine. -There was construction work ongoing during our stay, including our floor (but it stopped on this floor after a day, and all construction stopped by evening). Hopefully it would be finished soon, or construction stopped on floors with bookings, or that adjacent rooms won't be booked so that there won't be loud noises during the guest's stay. Other possible improvements: -Hopefully would be more responsive in email. There was someone who received us for check-in even though we arrived early morning, but I hope they at least acknowledged the message re our arrival time. -Hire more personnel so that there would be more frequent cleaning of the rooms. It seems that the place is undermanned, so we were not particular on this as it is ma

Very basic and quite unpleasant to stay”
I was struggling to find the location since I thought it was on the main road (based on the photo). In fact, it was inside the old building area, and the surrounding also make me feel unsafe as a woman traveler. The room itself was quite spacious but very filthy. Even I assumed that the towel given in the bathroom was a bath mat because there were many yellow spots on the towel so I decided to use my own towel. The most upsetting part was when I saw a cockroach in the bathroom. I mean I'm fine with the price and the room conditions although the water heater couldn't properly function, I just can't stand the cockroach. The good side of this place is perhaps the AC in the room, the Wifi, and the hotel staff which are quite friendly and helpful.

Staying for 5 nites for wfo purposes. The room was clean , spacious, there has tiny balcony and big window, limited cable tv (a bit blurry but thats fine), stable wifi . You only need to bring bath amenities and ask for towel and they’ll give you.
