I chose this hotel because it was located on the Eastern Ring highway and it gave me an easy access to reach my work places. I had a quite time with a great service from all the staff at the hotel. Everything was just as great as I expected and found. The breakfast was wonderful, by asking whatever you like. The room was very good regarding cleaning, size, and amenities. The staff was ready to help whenever you need. Underground parking. Very clean and nice hotel at all. One down point is the location of the hotel where you need to use the car to get to any place of needs, like (shops, supermarket, of just to walk around)

They failed to give me a wake up call when I asked them. This is not good! Room service constantly makes mistakes, i.e., forgot the butter, forgot the salad dressing, the chicken fettuccini had very little chicken, and the sausage had its covering too hard. I had to peal the covering. The air conditioning in room 258 was TOO LOUD.

I booked a smoking room for 2 persons with 2 single beds for 2 nights. When I checked in and after I paid the money, the receptionist told us that there is only one (non smoking) room available with queen bed. When I protest that I booked a smoking room 2 days ago, he said that I should’ve called them before arrival to inform them and that there was nothing that he could do. At last I stayed with my friend there cuz it was too late and I already paid for my stay and slept on the floor. Worst experience ever.
