Really good value for money ”
I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. We booked it in a really low price so I didn't have high expectations. When we saw our room though I realised that you can find quality even in low prices. The room was huge, our bed was king size ,the bathroom really clean and had even a desk so I could do some work at night when my little one was sleeping. Really warm room in a cold weather. The breakfast was really good as well, and the staff went beyond their duties, trying to keep happy my little one. Wioletta was really kind and kept asking my son if he enjoyed his pancakes and if he needed anything else. Really pleased with our stay and definitely we'll be coming back!

Stayed one Saturday night here and we were very impressed. The staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was spotless as was our room. We’ll be staying here again for sure. We booked through Agodo for £35 and then got a room upgrade for £10 which we paid direct to hotel. The room was a good size, the bed was HUGE and bathroom of a good size too with a large walk in shower. You won’t be disappointed if you stay hete

Exceptionally good restaurant”
This hotel is very clean, the staff were very welcoming & helpful & overall great value for money. However the highlight is the restaurant attached to the hotel which serves 'michelin star' quality food at Harvester prices. We will definitely be back if we're back down that way.

A few days in Nottingham”
Near enough to walk into the centre of Nottingham. A nice pub nearby and a few eateries. Free parking is always a bonus. Friendly staff.

Everthng was a pleasant surprise, especially for the price. The room was spacious , clean well equipped with a large king size bed- looks like the whole place has been renovated. Breakfast was also very good, hot buffet and excellent helpful staff. Couple of good eating places opposite.

If you need to stay, local to this Best Western, it's o.k. Rooms vary in sizes, and take what you pay for. Breakfast is very nice self service but the room small and you may have to wait for a table, not too bad. Would use it again in the area.

Attentive staff. Quick to sort a TV problem out. Room was very hot though and no way to turn heat down,. Radiator was already off. A silverfish was on the bed in the morning as well as another funny looking bug! Didn’t use the facilities or have breakfast as left at 4.30am for a local event. Would probably stop again. Tea and coffee making facilities as well as some good biscuits and room had a safe.

Great place to stay ”
I was very impressed with this hotel. It compared favourably with other hotels generally seen as best for the business traveller. It was nice to be able to eat in a peaceful atmosphere and the food was excellent. Breakfast was first class. It's now on my list of best overnight places to stay when I am in Nottingham.

A bit of a surprise”
Usually we play it safe and opt for a premier inn as we know what we're going to get. This time we went for Best Western as we needed a specific location. The hotel was easy to find and the staff were friendly and efficient. The room was a lovely surprise. It was extremely spacious with a huge bed and comfortable sofa bed. The high ceiling and large windows created a lovely ambiance and there were welcome touches that you don't get when opting for premier inn, such as hand cream in the bathroom and a very full coffee tray that included biscuits. If I have slight criticisms it would be that our room faced the road and there was some traffic noise - which didn't actually disturb us as we slept well - and the cooked breakfast was slightly tough/stale/overdone. However, to be fair, we were among the last down to breakfast and this might not have been the case if we'd arrived earlier. What I can say is that the dining area is nice and the breakfast was extremely plentiful.
