A good location overlooking King Faisal University, close to restaurants and city center. Nice staff. However, the buffet breakfast was lousy. Almost all food in the heated containers was stale and poorly presented, some dried out because of the heat. I would not recommend the breakfast restaurant.

الدخول للفندق كان متاخر تم دخولي الساعه ٤ و ٤٠ دقيقه مع العلم اني حضرت للفندق الساعه ١٢ ونص وتم اخباري بان الغرفه تكون جاهزه الساعه ٤ وعند الخروج تم اخراجنا من الغرفه الساعه ١٢ ونصف !!!؟؟ اللوبي يحتاج الى تطوير وكذلك المصلى والحمامات لاتوجد مناديل

لم اقم بهذا الفندق لتعنت الفندق واقودا في التفاهم حول تغيير موعد الحجز ولسياسة اقودا لاسف”

ان ما حدث من استقطاع المبلغ من الفندق بدون اقامة رغم التواصل المباشر مع الفندق وخدمة العملاء يوميا او شبه يوميا بما فيه لامر يحتاج للتفكير فيه سيما ان الفندق كان شاغرا ولم اجد مبررا من الفندق واقودا لتغيير موعد الحجز او ارجاع المبلغ الا استغلال لخطأ شخصي وسوء فهم مع الفندق واقودا والحمد لله
