If you ask for a place to stay in Halong, NEVER count this out as it gives you supreme service and the staff was extremely nice. They offer great breakfast with diversities, and their bread station was absolutely stunning One minor drawback is that the wifi system is weird and sometimes there is not enough staff in the Gym. But anw, those were minor, still a 10/10 choice to stay

I travel with my kid (1 yr old); they have such a large and friendly kid play center (compare to other hotel). The staffs are really hospitality and helpful. They help me a lot like looking after my kid when I was busy with check in check out or when she is having breakfast.

the hotel is suit with the family, we love the kids area and pools, everything is brand new and clean. Otherwise, the hotel room is quite small although we hire the suite room with 2 bedroom. Recommened for couples with child. The breakfast is not diversity

1- do not clean the room even when requested, the room staff is unprofessional 2- the front desk staff asked to pay an additional fee even though the guest has paid in full, this is the room I booked as a gift, so when my friend came to the front desk staff informed my friend that I was very unsatisfied

Valuable service for cheap price”
Actually it was not so cheap, but you will get the best service you can ask for with the price. The room looks exactly what it is in the pictures. The staff are so great that I have praised them with many relatives. Besides, Tet holiday is not the peak period in Halong, hence a great time to visit for those who prefer calmness.

Room was spacious & clean. Breakfast is acceptable. Not many choices though. Staffs were friendly. Very close to the beach & many restaurants nearby.

The staff were beyond friendly! The facilities are great and the view is stellar. It’s close to a lot of smaller coffee shops and convenience things but maybe not close enough to the “downtown” area with more food options.

레지던스형 호텔이라 방과 거실이 모두 분리되고, 주방 싱크대가 있어 편리했습니다. 지은지 얼마안되어 시설이 깥끔하고, 욕실도 깨끗,사용하기 좋았습니다. FLC 골프장과 썬월드 중간쯤에 위치해서 이용하기 좋았고(자차로 다님) 빈홈 빌라촌 안에 있어서 주변이 깨끗하고 조용해서 산책할만 하고 해안가 조긴코스도 멀지 않습니다. 아주 전망이 좋아요. 실내외 수영장 모두 이용하기 좋고, 조식은 구색은 모두 갖추어 괜찮은편입니다. 직원들 친절 하고,청소하는분들 제외하고는 영어가 잘 통합니다.
