Awesome! The Hotel is located in walking street in Pattaya. We spent 1 nights for 5 rooms. Friendly staffs with excellent services and polite, rooms are very new and clean. We are very enjoy during stay. It incredible value for the money. Recommended.

The Hotel is in a excellent location close to walking street. It is set back from the street so traffic noise etc. is not an issue. Hotel staff are very friendly. Food is good and cheap. Rooms are large and clean.

The room was very clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, halal foods (Arabic & Turkish Foods) & walking street. Friendly staff at the reception counter. Ample parking space for those who are driving. I guess the hotel is popular among the Indians & Arabs as I saw many of them at the Hotel's Lobby. No iron provided in the room. Tea, Coffee, sugar & drinking water are provided with electric kettle. slippers & bathroom also provided. Overall, I love the hotel & would like to stay here again in the future.

I put four stars because I came here 3 times already. The two first times were perfect. Exactly the room we want, employees very great, ... But last time, the room was absolutely not the one requested (expected king size bed in smoking room, got twin bed with non smoking room). So only one advice to fully enjoy the hotel: Book in advance. The hotel is very well located, and employees are always caring of you (taking your bags to your room, ...). The place is convenient, you can go to walking street or ferry to Koh Larn by walk easily. The breakfast is not bad but could be better with more choice, and better bread. So the hotel is not perfect, but for that price, it is one of the best in Pattaya.

Cleanliness is very good. Lobby is attractive. Food is good. Bathroom has only shower. A water tap is also needed in the bath room as it is required sometimes for washing feet. Large Lamp sheds at the back of the bed are disturbing as these collide with the head in case sitting or leaning on the bed.

This hotel is excellent especially for the value for money, location and friendly staff. However I hope Agoda can feedback to the hotel on the below. 1) The room wifi is very poor. The wifi signal strength is good however Internet connectivity is very poor. This is normally due poor Internet bandwidth that this hotel subscribed. I hope that they can improve on this. 2) There are a lot of small cockroach in the hotel room. Hence i do not dare to call for room service for food.
