Awesome little apartment/ condo set up. scored the room for 1 night for like 12 bucks. was a great clean place. Off the main strip so nice and quiet. Good wifi, great ac that can run when you are out of the room. Big and spacious also, this was definitely a great score on my trip. Sometimes you get a real lemon on Agoda that looks nothing like the photos and your stuck, not this time, very satisfied.

Big and Clean room”
This is a big and clean apartment, I love to stay here. I did not meet staff there because I reached apartment at late night (midnight) so I called them and asked for late check in - he just said we can come anytime, the key will be at the door. It’s very easy. one thing about this place is a guess should have your own car since location is quite deep from main road and it is so dark road. If you have your own car and be able to use navigator in your phone. you will enjoy staying here.

I will gladly recommend this hotel. The building appears to be new. The rooms are excellent, large, modern TV, good mattress, quality furnished. Hot water plentiful. Covered parking. The restaurant next door is very economical. One of managers spoke good English so useful to me. Location to the city was not far, several blocks. The only negative I would say was difficulty in finding it. That was actually due to Google maps having the wrong location. Twice maps sent us to private residence where someone tried to help us by leading us on his bike to another place. In the second attempt another person at the residence led us with his motorbike and girlfriend on the back with her gps tablet and took us to the correct location. And after all that, I would STILL recommend this place. Very good dollar value.

Excellent place if you have a vehicle ”
Huge clean rooms with electricity that stays on even when you are away. Very friendly couple at reception. Large parking on site. very quiet place. Only 5min drive from robinson's and 10min from the centre. On the other hand. If you dont have a vehicle, it's located in a small long alley, at least 15min walk to get to the main street, no corner shop (7-11 style) nearby.

Decent hotel but very far from tourist sites”
The stay was good, nothing special but served our needs. HOWEVER, be warned that the hotel is about 8 km from the Kwai River and local transport is costly and infrequent. By the time we paid for transport to and from the hotel (with delays trying to find someone to take us out there) for several days to see the sites on the river, the total cost really ended up being high, although the hotel price was good. Plus, at night it's hard to get any tuk tuk to go out that far. If you don't have a car it's not a good choice. Aside from 1 little local Thai outdoor restaurant next to the hotel with limited options (although good), there is no place to eat near the hotel and the hotel does not have a restaurant.

Nice and quiet”
If you’re looking for a nice clean new place far from the noise of the town, this is a great place. You will need a motorbike, it is 6 kms from the bridge, but it is only 1 km from the big Robinson’s department store and food court/ supermarket. Also less than 1 km walking from real Thai food on the main road. This is a totally non-touristy location.

Nice hotel”
It was a nice hotel, with nice and clean double bedrooms. The location is not so close to the city center, but is easily reachable by taxi. The staff didn't speak English: the communication was not so easy, but they were really nice with us. We definitely recommend it!

Very nice large rooms but you need transport”
The rooms are great and very comfortable. Some reception staff don't speak any English at all. Few foreigners stay here. A very long (and dark at night) walk in & out if you don't have your own transport.

The garden setting is nice but river is not accessible from hotel which has seen better days. Pool is small and was full of leaves during our stay. Our villa was pretty run down. WiFi was a drag. You have to get new access codes for your devices all the time. Staff is unfriendly and unmotivated.
