The hotel is a new, korean boutique hotel in the Binh Thanh district. It is more of a 3* than 4*. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is a bit off district 1, where all the attractions are, so expect to be taking the taxi quite a bit. Service was overall good, the staff spoke well enough English and were pretty helpful.

Cancel my previous hotel booking at urban lodge (brand new hotel too) and decided to chose this hotel instead staying for 6nights for the reason it has an excellent reviews by previous guests and in my opinion they are spot on to what people wrote about this hotel. Room very specious, modern and very clean, brand new. To get around places, install and sign up for GRAB (work like UBER), cheap and convenient to get around and all over Saigon. I mean cheap! A 45mins ride cost approx $6AUD. Breakfast not the best but that didn’t bother me as the food outside are so healthy and cheap anyway. This hotel would hit my top 5 best hotel in HCMC (Maison, hammock, REX, eden star, Liberty City point). I have no hesitation in returning to this hotel

I would recommend this place to anyone needing to be near Binh Thanh area. Great value. Very friendly staff. Lovely cafe and Gym next door, walking distance to the oncology hospital...

Super love the environment and the facilities there!!!!! I will come again if I visit Vietnam!!! I love their decorations!!!! Everything is cute and beautiful!!! Their postcards are gooooooooodddd <3 I love the toilet!!!

Pros: I used wifi at Reception to contact the host via agoda messages and he told me which mail box to take the key card so I could use the elevator. Got a room on 20th floor on L5 building. Looks like Ls are near the Landmark 81 (tallest tower in Vietnam now) and Ps are near the riverside park. When standing in front of the room door, I used the room wifi to contact the host as I couldn't open the room door. It needs a code and messages via agoda are censored. All numbers and email addresses became x. He came to open the door for me and gave me the code. Room has everything one might need during a short stay like cooking facilities, microwave, pots, water boiler, knife, scisors, cups, bowls, dishes, spoons, chopsticks, dish washing liquid, cloth to wipe table, toiletries, 3 bath towels, iron and iron board even the bandage, baby oil and nail clipper. Many thanks. Good hot water. Good aircon. Good lighting so room is very bright. Nice view of the pool on ground floor. Not sure if we could use the key card to open the gate to use the pool. I didn't try as I feel that the pool location is not inviting. Sad as I was hoping to swim when I booked here. Very crowded at Landmark 81 at night so after shopping, we walked to the nice park. They had live band that night so only those with Residence cards (key cards) were allowed in. I felt safe and privileged. Cons: Bathroom floor should be cleaned. Faucets and shower head set and table around the basin faucet should be wiped by soft cloth. Toilet should be cleaned too. Looks like the areas around Vinhomes Central Park are still under construction or need more investment except the park area.

Fair would be it. We actually booked 2 rooms, but 1 had issue with the water coming out of the fridge and one in which they forgot to leave us the coffee and such. It's Feb 15th, and it's oddly unoccupied; there might be around 20 rooms with people in at the time, and the roads and other utilities are covered in leaves. The pool is supposed to be covered in lights and open until 9pm, but by 7pm there was no light nor fountains as they include in their photos. The fishing pond and restaurant utilities seems abandoned because it wasnt their busy season. In sum, it's as if they did their best during the first year to gain the 4-star title and let it slide down since then. This phenomenon is commonly seen in Vietnam, like when a teacher has a "judgment" where other teachers observe and grade the teacher while every student is extremely nicer and more concentrated than usual. If you're looking for such an international level resort, just look for the newly built ones. don't put your hopes up for these "4-star" 2-star resorts.

The price is cheap, staff is so friendly, i booked this hotel just only one night stand but then I decided to stay over here for someday, i booked standard room, but the window is right the bed without curtain, so i can’t sleep late at the morning (too bright) then i book again and ask the staff to change another roon for with without window, he helped me to change another room. 😋😋 that was so lovely, the room is wonderful and very clean . I will come back again in next time

I arrived early, but the front desk staff did not warn me anything about paying additional if checkin early. If I knew, I would had waited and go around the city until the official check-in time. I was charged a full-day for that, after I placed my luggage and came down and I wasn't happy about it. The top floor room I stayed has a window view but it wasn't scenic. The room has more amenities than other same class hotel I stayed before and that's a plus point. Unfortunately, nothing is free in the room, not even the mineral water or instant coffees. That's too stingy. Luckily you can walk less than 30m away to a 24hrs minimart to get clean drinking water. The 2nd day, I went up to 7th floor for breakfast. The choices are limited but can do. I didn't flipped the card to make room. I was shocked to return my room was opened and someone was making my room.

I stayed here for about 4 nights during business in Saigon. The hotel is relatively new, at first i was given a room without a window, however i booked a room with a window on agoda and the staff happily changed me to a great room immediately. I had a very good view. the cleaning staff were friendly and the bed very comfortable. A good modern hotel that is good value.

If you are looking for a nice and clean place to stay with the basic necessities, then look no further! Good water pressure and hot showers. Place to lock up valuables in closet dresser. Small fridge with snacks and water to purchase upon arrival. Lots of food Plenty of Uber and Grab drivers to take you into larger shopping areas in Binh Thanh and District 1. Just ring the doorbell if you get in late. Friendly owner and staff.

The room is clean. Inside and outside facilities are more than enough. The apartment owner is very friendly, supportive and helpful. Though the location is a bit far from city centre, I would say that it worth to stay. Will be my first choice for my next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

The apartment is very clean and modern, it has brilliant views and facilitates in the grounds, the host is so nice and welcoming and helped with any questions we had about the city. Great facility with reasonable price, I would definitely stay again if I come back to the city.

New building and apartment. Apartment was clean and everything works. Very nice few from master bedroom and balcony from 36 floor. Big swimming pool downstairs and many other near by. There is a nice gym 1 floor and many market, cafeteria and restaurants near by. Area is nice and big beautiful park for walking and childrens to play. Also sort walk to movie theather in Pearl Plaza.

I booked a room with a pool view and received an address. Soon after I received an email from the property manager with a different address. The day I arrived I was given yet another address that was in a building that is very difficult to find and definitely did not have a pool view. While the place did have a good view of the city, it was certainly not what I booked. It was very clean and the shower and toilets were great. The bed was very comfortable and the aircon was good, too. The fridge was stocked with drinkable water and while there was some food left for me on the table, one box of biscuits was out of date by a year. The other snacks were tasty, however. When it came to getting a receipt, the best I got was an email basically saying 'you paid'. The food in the area is expensive (for Ho Chi Minh City) and the coffee is 15-20k more than you'd pay in D3 or 1 etc. The park itself is lovely, but, there's not much to do there and it's far from everything.

I love and would definitely recommend this place to my friends and tourists coming to Ho Chi Minh City. Its a fantastic hotel. We booked the family room at such an affordable price and yet it has the most spacious rooms that you actually get more than what you pay for.  For starters it has its own ref, a table and 2 chairs, a vanity table, a closet drawer, a bedside closet for your valuables. 2 flatscreen tvs a great view of the busy street through a huge window wall..and a bathtub with hot and cold shower complete with organic bath/bodysoap, shampoo, dental kit(toothbrush&toothpaste), soap and comb, and fresh clean towels. And oh yeah 2 airconditoners. Wow. The staff are amazing and mega friendly. Though not all may be able to speak english they will definitely do their best to make you feel at home. They even booked an uber for us. Rest assured they do have a staff that speaks english. It also pays to learn a few phrases and to know how to decribe with hand gestures..😃 The place is near many restaurants  and a 24hour minimart. Its close to massage spas as well. Oh and there is an affordable karaoke and coffee shop nearby. Yey! Its a quick ride to the centre and transportation is abundant. This is a very safe place to stay and they even lock the gates at night. But nothing to worry, you can leave and come in at any time just simply inform the guard or ring their doorbell. The guard like the other staff are very friendly and accomodating aswell. All in all I looove my stay here and would stay here again should I come back. Truly great place to be for travelers and tourists and well worth your money.

It was amazing for this price. We had our own appartment with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine. Everything was clean. Room not noisy at all.

Nice area, easy access, friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended. With busy Saigon, the space like that is a huge bonus for a couple or family. Instead of squeezing yourself into a room in a hotel, why not choose a place like My Duc three bedroom apartment. I would stay there again and again with no doubt.

Sunnyhouse is a great place to stay in Saigon. Located just outside of District 1 and the main tourist areas, it is in a vibrant local neighborhood chock full of places to eat. It’s walkable to the main areas or a short cab ride away. The apartment was super clean and modern and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the basics to be able to prepare small meals if you like. The staff is nice and is helpful for early check ins or late check outs. Overall we would recommend this place especially for long term travelers who want a bit more of local Vietnamese charm.

I have had a lovely stay with most of the facilities that I need. For a long stay of 4 days with washing machines, cooking tools, accessibility to the swimming tools though it is a bit crowded with lots of kids on the weekend. Nice view from floor 34 to the road and I can see landmark 81. For those missing, just ask the host, he'll be willing to provide you asap.

This was my second time staying here in Lehome. Both times they gave me the two-bedroom apartment with a balcony looking out to the street. The room is spacious, with sofa, kitchenette, dining table, and a washer--all look new and spotless. The main bedroom is bigger than most hotel rooms I've been staying in Saigon, very clean, with comfy bed. I love the balcony with big green trees, looking out to the street below. All staffs here are very nice and helpful. Room service is done every other day. Location is only a short distance from District 1, it only takes less than $3 to catch a grab car to get there. It's a little over $1 to go to the nearest supermarket (Coop mart Pearl Plaza), and there is a vinmart ministore right next door. Lehome is clearly a much better choice than any hotels you can find in Saigon, in its price range.

The mood and tone of the room were very nice. Suitable for relaxing after a work hard/play hard day in Hochiminh city. I definitely come back if I have chance. Staff was supper nice, worth the price paying for

Room was very clean, bathroom was nice. One light in my room was not working though. Front desk staff was very friendly and accomodated to all my requests. Worth every dollar! Only downside is that the hotel is a little hard to locate, especially if it is your first time in Vietnam.

Khách sạn mới nên mọi thứ đều tốt. Chủ KS thân thiện. Đồ đạc tiện nghi. Đáng giá tiền. Địa điểm hơi khó tìm vì Google (định vị đường hẻm phía sau Pearl Plaza là sai) và định vị của Agoda đều sai. Nhà nằm ở khu đường hẻm ( song song và là hẻm gần nhất với Ung Văn Khiêm nhưng đánh số nhà không thẳng tới mà phải rẽ phải qua mới đánh tiếp tục (đi thẳng lên nữa thì ra số nhà khác)
