Privacy, exclusivity, and serenity - these are the things you will immediately feel upon arriving. The place is beautiful and has a very relaxing vibe. It's so peaceful that you can even hear the birds chirping. The internet is so fast that i even managed to hold an online class without lags. The rooms are perfect and has an exquisite design. Their restaurant serves good breakfast selections. They even have an option for packed breakfast for when you have an early morning tour scheduled. The cocktails are really good and are best enjoyed at the poolside or by the bar. Special shout out to Ate Cel and Ate Sheila who prepared our drinks. 😁 But actually, more than the place, it is the staff of this botique hotel that makes it stand out among the other accommodations we visited in Panglao. They made our stay truly warm and memorable - from Ms. Emelyn (who has that natural Boholana smile) who took care of us upon arrival and before we left, to Sir Enzo who made sure that we get to explore the best parts of Panglao, and to Ms. Cel, with her very bubbly and friendly personality, who made sure that all our needs are kept in order. All in all, the whole staff of Bird of Paradise is the cherry on top of this awesome boutique hotel. We'd give it 6 stars if possible :)

Best customer service of all my Agoda bookings tbh. The resort and staff did made my first solo trip truly memorable and comfortable. I could give them 6 stars! Will totally recommend this to any solo traveller going to Bohol. •yummy breakfast; they could order for you lunch and dinner •clean room and facilities •they have happy hour on the evenings •serene ambience perfect for anyone finding solitude away from the busy metro I just hope they could get the road going there fixed for easier access whenever you want to go out. Hope I could go back with my family and friends next time.

Even before we arrived, the staff were very accommodating in assisting us with our travel requirements and very patient with answering all my inquiries. On the day of our arrival, the resort is as beautiful as it is advertised. It is clean and such a chill place to stay. The staff were again very accomodating and always ready to assists us even with ordering lunch and dinner since they only serve breakfast. They also assist with contacting transport and booking affordable tours. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids. The pool was also clean and my kids enjoyed playing in it. We will definitely come back for our next Bohol trip.

5-Star Experience Without Breaking the Bank”
Everything about the stay was perfect. Friendly receptionists, chatty and helpful bartenders, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and their beautiful, spacious rooms, everything was just perfect! We loved our stay, very relaxing and you can hear the birds chirping. It felt as if we were the only ones staying at the resort since there are only 8 rooms (i think). It was really quiet and peaceful. If you wanna chill and relax, this is the perfect resort to stay in without breaking the bank. The place is so good and clean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Getting there from the main road is a bit rough. The street is not yet cemented so it is a bit muddy. It is 1 km away from Alona beach. You can walk or ask the receptionist to call for a ride. There are some restaurants to choose from on the way to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience and we enjoyed our stay at Bird of Paradise

The best hidden paradise in Panglao”
We completely fell in love with Bird of Paradise! The staff was very accommodating and helpful, the room was so comfortable, spacious, and clean. The food and fresh juice were delicious, as well as the cocktails! We also enjoyed the pool a lot. What we love about Bird of Paradise is how well designed the entire place is. It's the little details that matter most to us, and they got perfect scores on everything!

Amazing Place to Unwind”
We were a couple that stayed for 3 days. The hotel was absolutely a great catch. Staff were very accomodating. I even left my childhood pillow and they got out of their way to ship it back to me. Breakfast was in huge servings complete with an assortment of drinks. Pool was nice and warm at night. Again, staff made sure that your comfort was guaranteed. Would recommend 100% & would definitely book again when I visit Panglao.

This place is very nice. I think it's the same as a five-star hotel. Although it's a little far from Alona Beach, This is make this place more private. If you ask for a tuk tuk at the reception, you can travel to Alonavi Beach with only 100 pesos. But when you return, you will definitely need to explain that Bird of Paradise is deeper than Heartland. All the staff in this resort are friendly. Especially Emilyn of reception is very kind and careful. She enhances the value of this hotel and makes the guests feel good and like home. Hidden Gem in Paradise”
More than everything we could want in a resort. We stayed in a room on the second floor and the view of the pool and the restaurant were splendid. We even have our own private terrace. The place itself was really lovely but the people made it even more so. Special thanks to Emilyn, Enzo and the other staff who always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We enjoyed chatting with them throughout our stay. The staff was very attentive, professional and friendly. The breakfasts were delicious, as well as the cocktails made by the best bartender on the island. We will definitely be back in Bohol and will definitely stay with Bird of Paradise again. Thanks for making our trip very special.

Got 3 hotels and resorts for our 5 days bohol trip, the best hennan of course with the comfyness, the beach 5/10 i think i prefer you go book for south palms with just minimal difference if you want 100% relaxing beach front resort. Then second the birds of the paradise 10/10 with comfy , ambiance and 101% approachable kind and lahat na staff i even gave my tripod to one of the staffs haha. And for amihan, stinky terrace smells like poop, stinky towels for some reason it will transfer the smell in to your body lol and specially not so happy and not approachable staffs like they will not notice you at all hhaha like they will just look at you and not even smile at you hahahahhaa but all in all BOHOL IS THE BEST

Don't let the photos fool you, this place is even better in person. Tucked away but also the perfect spot to spend an intimate vacation with your loved ones. From the beginning of our stay we were greeted with 5 star service. After a day of going around the city and islands, walking into the happy hour and pool is the perfect way to cap off your day. The staff went out if their way to make everything great for us. The pool was clean and refreshing, it’s a close walk to the beach..15 minutes, and they order food for us from all the local restaurants and set up a table here in lovely dining room. I would come again.

Your Best Choice in Borhol”
It's my third time to Bohol, and first time stay in Bird of Paradise. Very lovely place you can bring your lover .friends or family! With only 8 rooms, so you can have highly privacy and fully relax. Every staff was almost perfect very kind and helped us lots of things such as lose things and make reservation for massage.... Anyway...Highly recommend to everyone. I think this hotel will be 100 points after the front road remake, for now on I'll give them a 95!

- hotel is brand new, rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated, everything looks exactly like the pictures. - fast wifi - 15-20 mins walk away from Alona beach but they provide a shuttle service - we loved the staff, so friendly and attentive. Always smiling and made sure we had a great time.

Staying at Bird of Paradise has been an amazing experience! The hotel is brand new and rooms are beautifully designed. Top value for the price! A delicious Breakfast is included in the room. The swimming pool is very big and so refreshing after a day touring Bohol. In terms of location, it is both near Alona beach area and a little off the busy Main Street so it is very quiet. Last but not the least, the staff was so helpful and welcoming. This hotel is great, I want to go back there soon !

Relaxing ambiance, superb staff”
All of the staff are great! They were very attentive to our needs and requests. Whenever we return from our tour, they would always ask how it went. I would never forget happy hour with Ate Celyn. My friend and I had fun sharing stories with her! Our room was also beautiful. I hope to return here again!
