Old hotel”
Its an old hotel. The recepcionist is cheeky. Not nice at all but The girl in the morning with breakfasts was nice. Poor breakfast just english breakfast and cereals.

Worst hotel ever! ”
Myself and my husband stayed at this hotel with a group of friends the night before the bournmouth marathon. We were firstly disappointed by the old fashioned and dirty rooms, although the worse thing was only having 3 hours sleep due to the full on party that was taking place in the room next door. The morning after when I went to complaint to reception, to my ur surprise I was told 'well this is the type of hotel this is!'. In my opinion this is completely unacceptable and if this is the case then guests should be asked the purpose of their stay prior to booking! Heaven forbid a guest who actually wants to get some sleep in a hotel room before 3.30am! I would not recommend this hotel to others, except for roudy students who enjoy screaming and shouting up the corridors and having party's in their hotel rooms! Disgusting hotel, overpriced and poorly managed!!

Very pleased”
After reading many reviews on this hotel I was dreading our stay, thought I had made a big mistake but thankfully I wasn't. Hotel was NOT noisy, it was NOT dirty, the staff were NOT rude. Parking was limited but we didn't arrive til late eve on bank holiday Sunday, we parked in the BIC for 24hours for the cost of £12.50 which is the same standard rate in all of the surrounding car parks. Breakfast time was busy as hotel was full, there was plenty of food & drinksl refills offed to us. The only fault I did have, but only my own personal opinion was I did not have enough pillows as I LOVE pillows! We will be coming back the next time we stay for a weekend in Bournemouth.

l hotel si trova in un ottima pozione rispetto al centro,infatti si arriva in centro in un tempo massimo di 5 minuti e una volta raggiunto il centro la fermata dei pulman è vicinissima per spostarsi nella città. la pulizia è soddisfacente e lo staff è sempre disponibile

Ten hotel to chyba jakaś kpina, a przede wszystkim pracownicy! Kilka dni przed planowanym pobytem chciałam potwierdzić rezerwację telefonicznie. Recepcjonista stwierdził, że takiej rezerwacji nie ma. Natomiast przy drugim kontakcie telefonicznym na moje pytanie co mam w związku z tym zrobić, ten sam pan stwierdził, że jest zbyt "busy" by ze mną rozmawiać, po czym odłożył słuchawkę! Z pewnością była to moja pierwsza i ostatnia wizyta w tym hotelu!
