The hotel is situated exactly opposite Bournemouth pier and Beach. Swimming Pool and other facilities are good. Very next day of our stay there was a problem with the lift and lift remain under Maintance all for next two days. But we could manage climbing three follies stairs but really not good experience for the old people. But o appreciate the staff particularly Juliana of Swimming Pool assistance, she took extra efforts to search my daughter ear ring and next day she succeeded and made my daughter happy. Thank Juliana. The hotel is very good and I recommend the stay there.

Cecil Court is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of towels and extra pillows provided. The staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is in a great location - less than 15 mins from pretty much everything that Bournemouth has to offer. I booked the hotel as a last minute thing but was not disappointed and will definitely be going back.

Hotel positioned in a great place for all the amenities in Bournemouth. Food was excellent, staff very helpful and polite, lovely room, cannot wait to go back to this hotel.

Location is nice, close to Bournemouth downtown, parks and beach. Room size is good, staffs are helpful, and very clean. I will give facilities a 5 points if there is a laundry room (not dry cleaning). I'd stay in Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth again if I visit Bournemouth.

stayed there for my brother's graduation ceremony from Bournemouth University. The location is great, near the ceremony and also the city center. The gym is great as well.

The hotel is in a great location in Bournemouth, close to the beach and the shops and train station. I booked the hotel through Agoda as they offered free WiFi in the rooms, this however, is not the case. As with the whole of the hotel the WiFi router got wet during rain and has not yet been repaired, I did get the distinct impression that this was not recent and one of the many things that needs upgrading. My first room had a TV in it that when you turned it on the interference was so bad that you had to turn up the volume in order to try and hear the presenters which in fact only turned up the interference. I was able to get another room, this one had a TV which worked but was set to a really low volume, fine if you sat totally still and both the TV's like the rest of the hotel were old and a little tired. It's such a shame as this hotel is in a great location with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff but it really needs updating as for one night it was perfect but I wouldn't have stayed for longer. I did not eat at the hotel although I had to provide a rating.

We were visiting Bournemouth for a concert at the BIC. The hotel was literally opposite so a fantastic location. The staff were extremely friendly and the room very adequate for our needs. Would definitely stay there again

First impressions were very good and it carried on from there.....Greeted by a very welcoming receptionist who also showed us to our room which didn't disappoint. It was modern, clean and well proportioned with lots of extras such as hairdryer, tea & coffee and beautiful shower gels etc. Bedding and towels were luxurious, we were very happy with our choice. The in house restaurant had lovely decor and the food again did not disappoint, we had dinner there......amazing food. Breakfast was very good too. A really enjoyable trip to Bournemouth with help from our stay at The Green House hotel, will definitely be returning.

Great location. Very close to the boardwalk and all of downtown. Very easy to get to and from the train station. Had the perfect weekend out of london in bournemouth and loved the hotel. Looks just like the photos.

A lovely sunny weekend away in Bournemouth, which was topped by staying at the Bamboo Guest House. Bamboo is run by Izabela and Lucasz, a lovely couple who are friendly and helpful. Parking, if not on the road is very reasonable at the NCP car park. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a continental breakfast, with an array of fruit, yogurt and bread. We thoroughly recommend Bamboo Guest House to everyone. Thank you for an excellent stay Isabela and Lucasz

Maybe it's just me but when you spend the top end to stay in Bournemouth you don't expect to be charged £12 per day to park your car there, as well as paying for breakfast at £20 plus whatever it is, to then be told cappuccinos aren't included and will be an additional cost? To top it off the mattress was awful, absolutely no support and I only weigh 11 stone. Paid for the sea view room which was nice but you'd expect a better quality bed, which was also 2 beds out together. Definitely won't be staying here again when we return and it's a shame as the staff, especially the restaurant and bar staff were so nice. We'd return for food and drink but that's about it.

Pros- location is great as you can walk everywhere! Best to park outside on the road as you need to leave the car park by 11.30 on departure. Breakfast was fine but go early as thing run out and you have to wait a while for things to be refilled. Facilities are great, my daughter loved the pool! The room was fine and practical as we spent very little time in it. There is a massive issue with pigeons and if you leave the sash window open you run the risk that they will come in, I raised this with reception who said it is an issue and nothing can be done about it but I could not close the window because it was too hot and no air con! I was also a bit concerned about diseases that the pigeons carry as there was so much poo out of the window and this concern was just dismissed so not great! Overall the hotel is good but the pigeons are not and the response from the front of house needs to be reviewed as this is a health and safety issue which really lets the hotel down.

My friend and I were attending a one night gig at the BIC and this hotel was brilliant for it. Literally three minutes walk away, and there was free parking in the hotel car park. The room was well decorated and comfortable, as were the beds. The hotel has been updated and redecorated and looks attractive despite it being one of the more traditional old house hotels of Bournemouth. We wished we had found time for the pool and Jacuzzi. Lovely breakfast and attentive staff. Thank you we will recommend you to anyone booking at the BIC in future.

The Orchid has been recently renovated. Whole hotel feels fresh, new and stylish. Room excellent for price. Location fantastic, you can walk slowly anywhere in central Bournemouth or to the beach within 5-10 minutes. Staff is a pan-European mix so they don't always communicate perfectly with guests or each other, but very friendly and try their best. There are no facilities as such. Free parking though - big bonus.

the hotel in fairly basic. the room was quite small but contained everything that you needed. the bed were 2 singles put together so unfortunately the quilt was a little small but the beds were comfortable, the room was clean although a little outdated. The shower was hot (it took a little while for the water to become hot but when it got up to temperature it was fine) The breakfast was extremely good as much as you could eat and the bacon was lovely quality. I think that the only downside was very limited parking on road and the car parks were quite expensive.But the hotel is quite central Bournemouth so you cant really . We would definitely stay here again

Parts of the hotel are dated and in need of redecorating. Would think this is suitable for older travellers, not necessarily those with young children. Our room was a double with a view of the garden. The reality was a cramped room and bathroom, although bed comfortable and the shower excellent once we figured out how to work it. The view was of the car park, sadly couldn't see any of the gardens which are very well kept. The staff were welcoming and friendly. A summer visit may have gained a better review, but on colder wet days there didn't appear to be much to do. Would have appreciated TV and shower operating instructions, but two staff members sorted the TV and trial and error the shower.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel, and as per every other stay there is nothing to dislike. The staff greet you with a very warm welcome and cannot do enough for you, the rooms are comfortable and clean to a high standard. Bathroom always clean and the walk-in shower is always warm. Towels soft and shower gel available. We were lucky enough to get a deal for £50 for the one night which was excellent value, we paid £8 each for breakfast which was good as well, good selection of everything. We had to pay for over night parking but as with everywhere in Bournemouth you pay where ever you go. Parked in the underground car park and hey presto no de-icing needed the following morning. So if you want a nice comfortable place to stay look no further. Pubs clubs and restaurants all available in easy walking distance. This will always be our preferred choice of place to stay when visiting our daughter. Many thanks to all the staff we had a great time.

After reading many reviews on this hotel I was dreading our stay, thought I had made a big mistake but thankfully I wasn't. Hotel was NOT noisy, it was NOT dirty, the staff were NOT rude. Parking was limited but we didn't arrive til late eve on bank holiday Sunday, we parked in the BIC for 24hours for the cost of £12.50 which is the same standard rate in all of the surrounding car parks. Breakfast time was busy as hotel was full, there was plenty of food & drinksl refills offed to us. The only fault I did have, but only my own personal opinion was I did not have enough pillows as I LOVE pillows! We will be coming back the next time we stay for a weekend in Bournemouth.

Top class it warants a 4 star not a 3.The staff were very very good. The bed was comfortable and the view of the sea just great with the sea gulls my wake up call. I will stay there again.

We stay at the hotel for 2 nights on my birthday,is very nice, quiet and clean hotel.i love the spa ,sauna and Jacuzzi was perfect❤English breakfast.

This was our first time staying at this hotel. We had a lovely friendly welcome and would highly recommend this hotel. It is in a great location, close to the town centre and also many pubs and restaurants in The Triangle. We have already booked another stay next week.

Some friends travelled to Bournemouth for a few days as a last minute thing so we had to take the luck of the draw with what was out there at short notice so we booked first then read the reviews this hotel had been slated by a couple of guests and I strongly disagree with there reviews it was clean well presented staff were polite and the food was ok, basically it's very good value for money and I would definitely stay there again

THis hotel is very basic. Location is not the best, it's a 15 minute walk to town square, and then another 10 to the beach. Wifi is charged at an extra cost. The breakfast was very abysmal...the service at breakfast was shocking! We sat at the table for about 15 minutes waiting to order while the waiter just swanned about shining cutlery. No one was very happy! In saying this, it was a fairly cheap price and you pay for what you get.

We found this hotel to be well priced & the location is great. It is right at the top of Old Christchurch Road so you are only a short walk from a variety of different restaurants & nightlife. The hotels room was not a bad size even if the bathroom was a little bit of a squeeze. I was only there for 1 night but found the staff pleasent & had no problem checking in. There is free wifi downstairs in the lobby but we found our room to be close enough that we could pick up the signal which was a result. I would definately stay here again on my next visit to Bournemouth.

Ticked the boxes. Not luxury but comfortable and clean and good value for money and a great location

Went for the Christmas markets so only wanted a place to sleep so weren't looking for luxury but it would have been nice to get a signal on the telly, be able to turn down heating not be able to hear people in other rooms and to be able to eat a breakfast that we paid extra for. Room was very small but these issues aside most importantly it was clean.
