What a view ”
Check in did. take time but that is because of all the guests arriving at the same time. Our room was newly referred and was just so good. The view we had from our window was amazing. The beach and the amazing sea. The hotel is so close to the beach that we went out at 1am to the beach without worrying about going to the back. The hotel for my son was better than the other big named hotel that is nearby. Loved our stay.

Highcliff Hotel”
Excellent, very convenient location with fabulous views. Family friendly with a pool as well as very close to the beach. Brasserie Blanc in house was a happy surprise. Excellent breakfast with all the choices required. Hotel a bit ‘tired’ but still acceptable. Comfortable clean bed. Car park extra but made it easy for us

No room service which they blamed on covid 19 but really isn't it safer to eat in your room. I had to drag my kid around the town looking for a place to eat. I couldn't get into the restaurant unless you want to eat at 5:15pm the next day. You had to pay for wifi and parking. There was no aircon we asked for a fan but didn't come. No access to pool which doesn't make sense because Slashdown water park was open. The whole stay was a piss take.

The standard room aren’t worth the money you pay for (which is really expensive) there’s no view, the standard accommodation are in the building round the back, the whole building and the room are quite old! Don’t think it’s worth the money at all!

Tedious things let the hotel down”
Maybe it's just me but when you spend the top end to stay in Bournemouth you don't expect to be charged £12 per day to park your car there, as well as paying for breakfast at £20 plus whatever it is, to then be told cappuccinos aren't included and will be an additional cost? To top it off the mattress was awful, absolutely no support and I only weigh 11 stone. Paid for the sea view room which was nice but you'd expect a better quality bed, which was also 2 beds out together. Definitely won't be staying here again when we return and it's a shame as the staff, especially the restaurant and bar staff were so nice. We'd return for food and drink but that's about it.

Bournemouth I am currently at the Bournemouth Marriott, Location is amazing and newly renovated rooms are comfortable, with all the perfect room amenities. What makes this hotel even more wonderful is the front desk staff, they are all amazing! Making us feel like we are at home. Each member at the front desk have been so helpful and amazing, making our stay memorable and wonderful.Thank you to all the staff, particularly at the front desk.
