We were pleasantly surprised during this stay. The room is stunning and the lobby and restaurant are amazing. The pool and sauna area could use more work, the sauna room was not working and the pool is very small and underwhelming. The staff are not bad but also not the nicest. Our room phone wasn’t working and we couldn’t call for assistance or room service. The location is amazing! A short walk to many cafes and shopping stores. There’s a beautiful open area right outside the hotel that comes to life at night with scooters and local street food vendors.

They assigned one guard to follow who will take the food to the room as the guard catch my small daughter 12 years and he told her not allowed which I was so angry while the Egyptian manager is very cooperation and so kind and after I told him then he told the guard to allow my daughter to take the 1 dish . All staff very nice and reception are professional but the guard in the breakfast was noise and follow the customer during the breakfast and watching them....I never face like that.!!

i spent one hour for check in because they cannot find my reservation. then they provided single room for me and my wife. I call Agoda's customer service to solve this issue. they held a wedding in the hotel and even in the 4th floor it is too noisy. their call center is not picking up the phone, even when Agoda's customer service call them, they never pick up I had to gave my phone to the receptionist. I forget a piece of gold in my room, I called them after more than 10 times they answer me by saying will check and call you back. up to now I have not received that call.
