Great stay ”
I had a pleasant 5-day-stay at Brown Bean. The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it seems to be from a famous brand in Da Nang so all the taxi drivers know about it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room service is great. The room is small but very clean, highly equipped and comfortable. And at a surprisingly low price. I booked for 4 nights at first, but then decided to stay for 2 more nights, and they only charged me the same promotion price as I booked on Agoda. Highly recommended.

A little away from the activity of the tourist center but it was a really nice stay for the money. Taxi fare from Da Nang Airport to here is 97 thousand dong and from here to the train station is about 103.

- I got the discount on agoda, therefore I have nothing to complain about the price. - The location is at the city center, everything is not far from this hotel. Airport is 3km away. You can walk to Tran Thi Ly bridge, Asia Park or Helio center nearby. There are good foods around, some of them are well-known for local teen. However, if you stay in this hotel, you have to travel to other bridge, food street or the beaches by car or motorbike. - Cleanliness: We stay for 3 nights and they do the chore every morning after we go out, even re-organize some plastic bags we left on the floor (we normally only clean our room just before leaving :p). I didn't find the "not disturb" tag in the room. - Staffs was friendly and helpful, but they seems not to be opened, they only answer what we asked. It may make you not comfortable. In the other hand, they are pretty easy-going. Our flight was delay to the next day and we only know that when we reach the airport. They was ok to let us re-use our room even when we have checked out. - Facilities was acceptable with fully furniture. However, the delux double room is quite small and has no window. The hot water only come out after 5-10 mins even when we turn on the power for long time before. Some other cons: - Rooms are not well soundproof. Unluckily, we stay in a room near the elevator and we can hear the foot steps of other people walking around, the flowing water from other bathrooms or even hear the noisy sound from the road. As staying as a couple, we do not like it. - Foods here is horrible. We only try breakfast because it is included from our booking, so lunch or dinner maybe different. I have never seen such a limited buffet like that before. Let say fried rice, noodle, stuffed pancake and bread are the only choices, not tasty and not heated. I rather to throw 50.000vnd/pax to anywhere else in Danang for surely better start of the day.

Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of local restaurants nearby. I had the best meal I've had in Da Nang in their restaurant. Tip. Book a deluxe twin on one of the higher floors (6 or 7) if you want an external window, seating area to work and great view.

Mình đặt khách sạn vì gần trung tâm, view đẹp. Trước khi tới, mình đã gọi hỏi tình trạng phòng và được báo là phòng đã sẵn sàng. Tuy nhiên, khi nhận phòng thì máy lạnh không xài được. Liên hệ sửa thì nhân viên mới đầu bảo chiều, rồi sau đó phải qua hôm sau, vì vậy tụi mình tự chia nhau 1 phòng 2 người và phòng 4 người. Nhưng vì phòng lớn quá nóng, không thể ngủ được nên bọn mình deal được 2 phòng 2 người. Sau khi đi về, kiểm tra thì phòng được chuyển rất tệ, phòng không cửa sổ, 1 phòng thì sàn nhà hỏng và tường ẩm mốc. 4 người phải ngủ ở phòng còn lại và wifi thì không hoạt động. Ngày hôm sau bọn mình được chuyển vào phòng 4 người khác. Nhưng toilet thì hôi mùi cống, cửa kính thì mưa nước chảy vào phòng. Tệ nhất là khách sạn cách âm rất kém, họ sửa chữa cả ngày, không thể nghỉ ngơi được cho đến khi gọi staff bảo dừng. Chắc chắn mình sẽ không quay lại 1 lần nào nữa. . I made a booking for a family room for 4 adults, from 17-20/09/2016 through Agoda, and I did pay upfront. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to confirm about our booking, and the receptionist confirmed that our room is ready. Surprisingly, when we arrived and received the room, the air conditioner did NOT work. We reported this problem to the hotel and be told that the air conditioner would not be fixed until next day. Here is their solution: They gave us a double room extra so we can divide into 2 rooms - 2 people would stay in the double room with the air conditioner, and another 2 would stay in the family room with broken air conditioner. It was freaking hot, so we asked for a replacement again and they give us another double room. The replaced room I received had no window, a hole in the wood floor, mould in the wall and wifi did not work, it's creep me out ! It was the end of the day, so no need to change again (honestly, I don't think they could find any solutions). We decided that all of us (4 people) would sleep in another double room. Next day, we received the family room, they moved

My first time to danang. But i notice many other hotels around. But few tourists. Danang people seems to isolate themselves from others. Nonetheless, hotel room was perfect with nice lcd tv. Location is far from city centre. But near enough for my business work further south.

new hotel, clean, small room”
new hotel, new room, a little smell. I booked for the Deluxe room with window but when I arrived at 10:00'pm, the reception check in for me with the small room without window, is not like the picture in the internet although I called to check with the hotel about the room look same same with the picture in the internet ot not before I make the booking. Anyway, we just stay for short time because we're leaving in the early morning next day, so it's ok for us. The house keeping talking very noisy at the corridor in the morning, it's not goo. The manager in there is very kind to help us rent the motobike, thank you!

Hotel is quite far from Han river, beach and everything. Its based on the street of wedding restaurant. Quite boring at nice. But the restaurant nearby is awesome. Breakfast served at 6-10am but when i got in at 8, everything finished

Don't rent a motobike here! Ask the receptionist for motobike rental place's phone number, it's much better and cheaper as well. They don't clean the room everyday. We stay in the dirty room for 2 days even though we did ask for room service. They just stopped by and gave us new towels, that's it. Disappointted

Great cheap hotel”
My stay was great, the hotel is quite cheap, don't expect to get more than you're paying for tho. Its quite basic, hard beds, the desk staff knows only basic english. Overall I think it was worth the price for sure.
