Anniversary Celebration BSA Twin Tower”
I booked this for my brother and his wife's wedding anniversary. I listed some requests when I booked this. When I went to the hotel for the booking (room and room requests), I asked the receptionist if I can check the room and put some decorations and stuff (for Surprise) however they have hotel rules that we are not allowed to put the decorations. They explained to me professionally and I understand. But what I like about the situation is that they still accommodate me for my other request (to check the room before my brother's check in). They are gracious enough to accommodate me and welcome my brother's family. My brother, his wife and child had a great time with them. I want to commend KC and Chennae for the great experience with the checked in. This is what you professionalism and hospitality. Thank you guys.

Best staycation yet”
Me and my friend booked this last minute and it was a very good location just behind SM Megamall. Pool was very very great, and our room was clean including the bathroom. The only slight downside is that we have to pay for additional clean towels but overall we would recommend this hotel and would surely book here again!

Saw recent reviews that were not too favorable so I braced myself before checking in. I was pleasantly surprised with our experience! - The staff seemed really busy esp. during weekends but the service was good. Slight understandable delay but they delivered. - Happy with our room -- clean, esp. the bedroom. Toiletries were basic so it was good that I brought my own. Slight gripe: the bathroom rugs were visibly old and needed replacement. - Wifi was mostly reliable and fast. There were some moments when it would go out, so good thing I brought my own wifi (I intended to stay for more than a week so I was prepared). - Loved that there was a table for 2 and a kitchenette. You have to request cooking stuff upon check-in and it may take a while as their supply is limited. Had to wait a couple of hours but was able to use them throughout our stay. (If you're planning to stay a bit longer and cook, bring your own containers as they only provide a pot, pan, knife, chopping board, a ladle and a frying spatula. A set of 2 plates, tea cups, saucers, glasses and utensils are available in the room when you check in). - The gym was a bit small but had the necessary equipment like treadmill, elliptical and some machines and weights. Can get warm in the afternoon esp. when people come in (noticed that the peak is from 3-5pm). - We didn't swim but got to take a look at the indoor pools. Looked clean. - Had everything we need but if we wanted a quick meal, BSA is walking distance from Megamall and Podium. Best location if you want to be near the malls. Overall, very good value for money! Would recommend to those looking for a no-frills, low-maintenance extended stay.

Exceeding Expectations”
As always, BSA Twin Tower Hotel has exceeded our expectations. We arrived a bit early but we were granted an early check-in as the room was available. The room was clean and tidy, we had everything we need. Without even requesting, an extra bed was provided as the manager thought it would make our stay more comfortable - a much-appreciated gesture. We only stayed for a night but everyone was helpful and they made sure everything was good. Special thanks to Ms. Ella, the assistant front office manager, she helped us with all the arrangements and she personally welcomed us when we arrived. We definitely recommend BSA Twin Tower to travelers looking for a stellar place to stay near shopping malls, restaurants, easy to get a ride to the airports.

This is one of my favourite places whenever I'm in Ortigas for work. It's more comfortable compared to the other budget hotels in the area. It's a lot more spacious, too. It's got a fridge and the basic necessities.

Very clean , good service and near megamall”
Hotel has good location. it is just in front of the mall. The room is very clean and has utensils for eating which is very handy if you have small kids. Staff are very friendly and accommodating too. This is our second time to stay here and it always exceeds our expection. We'll go back again.

Great value for money considering that is a few steps from SM Megamall, one of the biggest shopping malls in the Phils. The rooms have ref and electric range. Hope they provide electric water kettle instead of using the stove. This is safer too. We didn't avail of the buffet breakfast because ia consists mainly of eggs. Nevertheless, I will book again at this hotel, with friendly and courteous staff.

Beautiful view and close ti SM Mega Mall”
I stayed here for 2 nights before my big flight back to Canada. Check-in was such a quick and easy process. The room was on the 49th floor and had a beautiful view. The room had all the proper amenities and was clean for the most part. The washroom was so clean and had ample space for my toiletries. There were two twin beds and they were comfy and there was alot of storage space. The AC unit was cold and kept me cool for most of the rainy and humid weather. It was so helpful that SM Mega mall is across the street so I did all my last minute shopping. I had food delivered and the front desk was very nice and receptive with regards to my questions.

Room is great, Great location and great staff”
The room is so spacious and fully equipped. I am a sucker for walkin closets so that was a pleasant surprise. We were in a beautiful room with a beautiful view. Moreover, SM Megamall was literally right at the front, so we did not need to spend hours on transportation + we were able to get all the things we needed so easily. Staff helped us with everything we need, including their printing services (although it's a bit overpriced). Overall, great stay!

My go to place”
BSA Twin Tower has always been my go to place whenever we need to have a staycation. One is the convenience of having one of the biggest mall right beside the bldg, SM Megamall. The things that we need are all in the rooms, no need to buy toiletries and there's even free bottled water and coffee. Plus the view of the whole Manila can be seen when you are at the top floors, it's such an amazing beauty. 💖

Everything went smooth and and enjoyed everything with this hotel. Seems like it would really be enjoyed by a family. One thing I noticed that needs improvement here is their TV. Since netflix or other android tv is now in, I think it would be better to upgrade it for more enjoyable stay.

Had a good time staying at BSA. This has been my go-to staycation place since it's really near the malls. The place was spacious and clean. Their staff also asked if we need housekeeping services. Will surely be back soon!

Accessible and Affordable but..... ”
Stayed here because of it's accessibility to the nearby American Eye Center at the Podium for my companion's eye procedure and recuperation. We just bought food stuff from SM Megamall across the condotel and filled the fridge. It's got it's own couch, a dining area and a kitchenette with stove and microwave. Would have been perfect if not for the tiny baby roaches that occasionally crawled under the bed and on to the bed. I slept with my earphones plugged into my ears for fear of these creatures entering my ears. Housekeeping sprayed the room when we were out but I guess those roaches were immune and there to stay.

great location. staff service is good. but the manager chose not to come out of her office to talk to us when we asked to talk to her. not flexible for room requests/changes. we specifically requested 1) during booking, 2) the day before check-in date, 3) on our way to the hotel to check in and 4) again during the actual check-in process that our rooms be in the same floor as we are a family.

Location wise just across Megamall just a stone throw away. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and serviced everyday My kids enjoy tge pool… playground… gym. Also the business down the hotel Spa, Salon. Most especially the self serve laundry.
