Very compact room barely can move inside, noisy in midnight you may hear the people staying on the upper room.

A brand new hotel.. very good stay”
Its a brand new hotel.. still not fully equipped (April 2014) but the rooms and bathrooms are clean and beautiful. . Breakfast was one of the best. . In room dining was expensive compared to other 5 star facilities. . Would stay there again if had the chance

Good for business but not vacation”
The hotel has bad reception organization: I had to Waite for 5 minutes for someone to get my bags). After checkin and at room, I wanted for 15 minutes for my bags and the I had to go down to get them myself !. Room design and furniture is out dated for a hotel highly recommended internationally. Bathroom, really dark. Staff are great and service is average.

Bad choice”
We have had a very bad night as we are choosing a five star hotel .. that night is a nightmare for me .. dur beleive that we were out of electricty for over 2 hr?? No one answer the calls and when i talked to the manager .. he offered me 25% o n my next stay .. what a shame ?!? I thought we deserve more than 25%

Below expectations”
Considering it is a 5 star hotel and considering the cost of the room, it was below expectations. The main reason is the poor AC that was warm even on the lowest temperature. Also the turned off all AC for maintenance for 4 hours and was not informed at the time of check in. Add to that there was no tea/coffee machine in the room.

Service and reception ”
The concierge to bring the luggage and to take them it took them long time to a point I was about to go down and pick it up myself. And the reception it is not acceptable at all to have only one receptionist doing all the job and when I asked is it only one receptionist working they said other colleague will come he came late and we were waiting with so many people on line for long time....this is not acceptable for 5 stars hotel at all and I think I will not come back again.

I can't believe what I see. Only one guy in the Reception during the rush hour. They don't have a regular housekeeping!! I have to call them for that! And when I call no one come!! And if they come after all one that, they don't do a good job!! They have a problem, a serious problem in thier services!!
