We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel was new and beautiful but extremely noisy during the morning and day. The walls should be soundproofed for such a nice hotel. Wish the hotel had turned on air conditioning in lobby and hallways during our stay. Even though it was the beginning of March it was so hot. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, much better than any other hotel was stayed at in Vietnam . The restaurant is beautiful with excellent service and food. Very impressed with quality of food and everyday food was different. The cook remembered how my husband liked his eggs. It was great to have a different pho and local specialties daily. Having complementary Vietnamese coffee was a nice touch. The drinks and cake served when checking in was nice too. Our driver who picked us up from airport was very friendly and spoke perfect English. He was so accommodating making sure we had a bottle of water as soon as we got to the hotel minivan and made sure AC was cool enough.

we stayed at La Residencia for our honeymoon and it was one of the if not the best hotel during the whole trip. Its located a bit away from Hoi An Pho Co (Ancient Town), but thats like 5 min walk really and rather nice to be away from the crowds after a long hot day. The breakfast is outstanding and also one of the best we've had so far, fresh fruit, pho made on the spot etcetera. Rooms were huge, clean and brand sparkling new nothing to complain here, and the staff were always friendly and eager to help. Would definitely recommend this place.

Superb location by the river, amazing pool, amazing buffet breakfast, complete with cook to order egg station! Wonderful room with the best pillows we have come across in 3 countries and 5 cities! The in room complimentary toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner etc) smell divine! But over and above the facilities and physical attributes, the best thing about this place is the staff, whom I cannot commend highly enough. We happened to mention it was our honeymoon and in our first two days, every member of staff, from reception, to restaurant, to housekeeping congratulated us and wished us a happy honeymoon; all in perfect English I might add! Every step of the way the staff are here to help however they can. It is clear that they are all passionate about hospitality, their jobs, their hotel, and of course, their guests. Nhi, one of the front office staff and tour guide, took us on a complimentary bicycle tour around the nearby village and showed us many interesting things we would never have found ourselves, for example, local boat building, master carpentry and wood carving, and cooking demonstrations of how local delicacies and staple foods are made. This place only opened last month so don't let the lack of reviews put you off. My wife and I are so glad that we chose this hotel. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night so we were here a week total. Hoi An old town is only a 10 minute walk away, but if you don't fancy the walk, there is a free shuttle bus from the hotel (and back) several times a day, which also runs to the beach. When you're finished eating, drinking and taking in the atmosphere that the town has to offer, you can retreat to this little slice of heaven. We can honestly say that this place, and moreover the people that work in it, have helped us create many happy memories that will last us a lifetime. LOOK NO FURTHER, BOOK NOW! 😃

Recommended!!! It is a very new, clean, and lovely boutique hotel. The room is very spacious. Staying per night comes with a free massage & sauna and it’s absolutely relaxing. Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Fresh juice, western-style foods and traditional Vietnam pho are served. Location is good. It’s about 7-8 mins walking distance to the ancient town. We enjoyed our staying with the hotel very much.

I am not easy to please but I must say that I had a perfect stay in this new, beautifully appointed and excellently managed hotel. Really 5*. I was met at Da Nang railway station by the private hotel car and taken to this excellent hotel situated a few minutes walk from both tranquil, picturesque paddy fields and the river on one side and the busy, bustling quaint town centre on the other. Great position. The numerous young, smiling, well-trained staff could not do enough to assist. My room was perfect - large and modern (see pics) with excellent free wifi, great air conditioning and loads of hot water. Bed was so comfortable. Bathroom and shower were both large. The breakfast buffet was copious with both Vietnamese and Western dishes. Susan (they unfortunately give staff Western names) made the perfect omelette to my personal (vegetarian) taste. Edward, the excellent restaurant manger, was always on hand to check. What was also impressive was the regular presence of either the GM Mark or the CEO John who were always around the hotel to chat and listen. Reception staff were wonderful and the hotel-beach shuttle bus driver Ken was the best driver I had in Vietnam. Umbrellas and bicycles were complimentary. Free wifi was strong everywhere, even round the lovely swimming pool.

Buffet breakfast is adequate although a change in what was served would be much welcomed. We had almost the same items everyday. Bicycle is free. The room and bathroom is well stocked with the standard offering of a 5 star hotel. Lobby is bright, airy with pretty comfortable sofas. I spent a couple of hours in the lobby reading after checking out. My only grouse is the staff was not very helpful once they realized we were not using their recommendation for tailors, tours or airport transfer. There is a very good pho shop called pho 29 just a short walk to the right as you exit hotel. We ate there 3 or 4 times. Also the sweet potato fries from the mobile cart near the hotel is good too.

Facilities - Hotel is new and tastefully decorated. Location is 5 mins walking distance from Old Town. Breakfast buffet is simple but sufficient. Service - Ken who is the Front Office Supervisor went beyond the call of his duty and I was very appreciative of his service. On the day of my arrival, he recommended that I visited Old Town with a bicycle as that would be less tiring and it only cost $2 to rent for the entire day. He also helped me booked a "Must-See" cultural performance on day 1, a day trip to Hue on day 2 and another day trip to Marble Mountain and My Son on day 3. The hotel did not charge extra for the service rendered. He also arranged ground transport for me to join my family who arrived in Danang on Day 3 night. I requested his help to book a tour on Hoi An rural experience for day 4 for my entire family of 5. He advised that the tour that I selected would not be good. He assured me that he would find something similar but with a better experience and similar cost.

This was the best place we stayed in our whole Vietnam trip. It was so convenient! They arranged for hotel transfer for us. They were super helpful, and even ran to the pharmacy for us late at night. Atlas provides bikes which you can ride into town. It took us maybe 4 minutes to get to the edge of Ancient Town, although their policy is you cannot ride bikes in the town past 3pm. So get out early! There was also a free shuttle offered twice a day to go to An Bang Beach. We only stayed for 3 days, and never had a chance to take advantage of this service. But next time we definitely will! Our last day, we were leaving before breakfast opened and they even offered to wrap up to go boxes for us. They had great breakfast the first day, but the next day they had Chinese food for breakfast. I think this was because there was a big tour group staying at the hotel, but I preferred the Vietnamese breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were super. Our AC was a little slow to get cold, but by then we were a little bit used to the hot weather. The only meh part about our stay was 4 of us decided to get massages, and even though the prices were not bad, I think it would've been better for us to go elsewhere for a massage. It seemed like there was only 1 trained masseuse, who was wearing the official uniform. And 3 others didnt look like they actually worked at the hotel. Overall Amazing Stay! Would definitely stay here again!!

Stayed there for 4 days 3 nights. It was my 2nd leg(of 3) in vietnam. As i was in hcm for the first, the room size there pale in comparison to this. It has a balcony, very huge bath room and large sitting area. The hotel is located within 10 walking mins to the old town and situated beside the river which allow one to unwind from the buzzing during the day. Bicycle and motorcycle rental are readily accessible outside and across the river at reasonable price. food wise, i could not find any menu in the room hence i am not sure if they have room service(though the standard minibar is available). This might post a problem as the nearest food restaurant is 10min away but for the less fussy, i did spot some local food and drinks(sugar cane juice) stalls just outside the hotel being enjoyed by the locals. Breakfast buffet selection is standard, with a cook station for eggs, pho and selections of breads, fruits and proteins. in term of customer service and cleanliness and security, they are all good. One problem i do encounter during my stay was that there was a blackout while i was showering at night for approx 10mins. Later on i called the staff to know that it affect the whole town. Though lights and aircon was enabled after 10mins, tv and internet was down for some good hours. All in all, i was very pleased with the hotel and definately would be back

Truly an excellent stay in every way. The hotel is brand new, elegantly designed with both comfort and luxury in mind. The rooms are stunning with beautiful decor, plush four poster beds, rain showers and ultra soft robes. The pool is to die for with gorgeous tiled flooring and a variety of seating and laying to choose from. The breakfast every morning was superb with on-demand made omelettes, benedicts, pancakes, French toast and pho. Close enough to the Hoi an ancient town to sight see (5 minute walk) but far enough away to have a serene refuge after a busy day. They also provide free bikes which is a great touch!

1. Location: Very good; right in front of the bridge that leads you to the night market 2. Room Size: I stayed with my wife and my only daughter in a Jr. Suite Rm. The living area was neither large nor small, but the bathroom was really large 3. Staff: Really kind. I remember some names like Hue, Tai, Tam, etc. Their English fluency was so-so, but they were really willing to communicate. 4. Food: We had a congee for my 3 year old daughter as a room service and she loved it; it was the first time that she really ate that well in Vietnam after 2 days. And the pho was absolutely the best I had in my 4 day stay. 5. Facility: This hotel has two buildings - original one and another nearby and the original's swimming pool is too small. And I felt it was somewhat bothersome to go to the swimming pool in another facility when thinking of having a shower and coming back. 5. Facility

My trip was taken place from 12 Jun - 15 Jun 15 from Dannag - Hoi An - Hue. and I chose this hotel to stay in Hoi An. When I arrived the hotel, the receptionist welcome me with a glass of fruit juice and cool tissue which I'm quite impressed. Then when she took me to my room, It a room at the corner where you can have a harmonized view with river on front of your balcony. I think the room at the corner with riverview is the best position. Furthermore, the hotel also offer many add-in service which is also totally free of charge (i.e. bike, shuttle bus to An Bang beach.) The friendly staff is a plus for this hotel. Just leave your request and then they will help you supportively. Best hotel with a reasonable price. I will stay in this hotel for the next trip in Hoi An.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely first class. They were very friendly and helpful throughout and it came across as very genuine. Other hotels in Vietnam seemed a bit fake in this respect but we really loved the staff at Cozy. The room was really nice. Far better than the pics on the websites imo. I thought it was going to look a bit cheap but it's actually quite grand. Very bright and fresh. Made us feel like we were really on holiday as we stepped in the room. The location is decent. A short walk into the centre. really quiet out there so a lovely break from all the car/bike horns of Hanoi or HCM! I've stayed in a number of 5 star hotels which cost waaay more than Cozy but this little place is at least on a par with them. I would say that - pound-for-pound - it's the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Gave the staff a nice tip at the end and would give it more than 5 stars on here if I could!

We only spent one night at the hotel but the team members made a lasting impression on us. When we arrived, we were greeted by Sunny and On at the front desk. Both my girlfriend and I work in the hospitality industry and we were very impressed about their level of service. Sunny was kind, eager to help and took us through all of the standards normally expected in 5* properties. She even booked a train for us from Da Nang to Hue for the next day and offered us a transport to Da Nang for a better price than we could get on Uber. We booked a couple massage and it was the best one that we've had in Vietnam so far. After we checked out, we had a few hours before leaving for Da Nang and Sunny allowed us to borrow the bicycles to go into town which was very nice. When we came back, she came and spoke to us and you could tell that she was genuinely happy to make our stay memorable. All of the other team members were great too but Sunny really stood out with her warm and genuine care.

Love the location as it was in between Hoi An’s Ancient Town where most attractions are located at, and An Bang Beach which you can cycle your way to both areas. Eateries were within walking distances if street food within your reach. Breakfast had a wide array, the Pho Ga was great, broth was Super tasty. Bed was comfy, hotel was clean and spacious, wished the pool was cleaner as there were leaves floating about. Hotel was definitely very affordable and totally worth it!

The location is good, with tailors just around the corner and also a shop selling North Face jackets. The cafe opposite had decent food at decent prices and friendly service. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, even showed me on my map where I could go for my strange requests of where to find baguettes(bakery) and instant pho (at a local grocer)and the very local meal experience at Bale Well. The wifi is excellent and the rooms clean and comfortable enough although we basically only slept in iit 'cos we were tramping all over town for the better part of the day and night.

I stayed here with my friend Cam for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Firstly, the staff are amazing. Everyday they helped us with whatever we asked. That included booking trips, renting motorbikes, arranging to stay extra nights etc. They were the friendliest staff we have encountered in a hotel so far. Thank you to Hannah, Nhi, Yen and Anna for all you did for us. The hotel itself has all you need for a more than comfortable stay. It is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and the buffet breakfast is fantastic. The location is great as it is only a 15minute walk to the old town. The hotel also lets you use bikes for free if you don’t fancy the walk. If you need anything else just ask the staff, they will help you with anything! All in all, I can definitely recommend anyone reading this review to stay at the Rose Garden Hotel. Thank you again to all the staff for making our stay a memorable one!

We stayed here for 4 days and the location was just next to old town, 2 minutes walk. The breakfast is so delicious and varied with fruits, pancakes, Pho and eggs cooked to perfection. We only had one complaint. The rooms in the lowest floor had a bit of a moldy smell, due to flooding earlier that month. When we mentioned it to the staff, they offered us a new room or a discount right away . Actually the staff was the best part, they are so nice, smiling and helpful. This is great value for money.

The name say homestay, but it feels more like a small luxury hotel. The rooms were very clean and the shower was the best one we had in Vietnam! There's an excellent breakfast every morning until 9h30 (For the late sleeper like me, it would be better to extend it a little bit, but well... It was still perfect). This place is really great for te value! One of the best stay for us in Vietnam. The only disappointment we had was when they booked for us a speed boat ticket to go the Cham island. Like everyone in Hoi An (well it's the same everywhere), they book with their contact and took a big commission on it. We asked for info for a speed boat ticket from Hoi an to Cham island. They say it was 325 000 dongs per person (650K total) for the boat + the taxi.... That wasn't a taxi. We got a pickup at 7h30am by a guy in his car, he dropped us literally 2 blocks away (5 min walk) in a shuttle bus that was going all over town to pickup other tourist. We finally arrived at Cu Dai beach 1h after the pickup when the place is 15 min from the hotel). When we came back from the island 3 days later, we realized that it cost 100 000/person for the spead boat + 110 000 total for the taxi. The total should have been 310K instead of 650k and took us a total of 15 minutes and not 1h15 minutes. Lesson learned! But for the hotel, everything was more than perfect!

This is by far the best hotel we stayed at in our whole time in Vietnam! We fell in love with this beautiful town & hotel. This hotel is fantastic in every way: Amazing value for money (and on arrival we were upgraded to a better room just due to availability) and the breakfast had a wide selection for both Asian and western tastes!! The location was perfect as it was just a short, easy 5-7min walk into the ancient town - which is stunning! The cleanliness was impeccable of both our room and public areas. But I think by far, what made this hotel stand out were the staff, especially a receptionist called Ann. All the staff spoke excellent English, were extremely welcoming (first name terms), helpful and personable. She asked us what our rough itinerary was for Hoi An and gave us the best advice to make the most of our stay, with first class recommendations (cafes, bars, sites, restaurants, tailors, tours and activities). There is so much to do. We booked our cookery class through the hotel - with after research on numerous websites, including Trip Advisor, was in the top 3! We were also desperate to visit Marble Mountain, Monkey Mountain and ride the Hai Van Pass but due to the Tet (New Year bank holiday) the tour company was closed. But it was no trouble at all for the hotel to arrange two motorcycle drivers/guides to take us (reasonable price). The hotel had a gorgeous (cold/refreshing) pool, admittedly we did not utilise, however it still provided a picturesque backdrop for breakfast! Plus, laundry was only 50,000vnd per Kg, which we used - highly recommend as the staff even pushed our washing through for us, to ensure we received it before our departure at no extra cost! On departure, Ann, the receptionist arranged our taxi to the train station, at a price which was quoted on the street, no commission added AND to thank us for staying with Hoi An TNT Villa gave us 2 little lanterns to always remember our stay in Hoi An - THE town of lanterns! Probably the best hotel we stayed at whilst travelling Vietnam. It is a new hotel, 4 months old whilst writing. It is very well decorated to a very high standard. It is in a perfect location 5 mins walk to the old quarter, but quiet at night. We even got complementary bikes which great to cycle to the beach on. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Bo helped us with numerous things including sorting out flights for us and getting our scooter. The breakfast was amazing and had a good choice. The omelettes were tasty as well as the toast and jam and fruit. Because the hotel was quiet they upgraded us to the superior room at the front with a balcony with nice views of the canal. Which was nice of them. The room was impressive with probably the comfiest bed I've ever slept on. Thanks Bo, Rain and all the staff that made mine and Laura's stay an unforgettable one. We will be back for sure!!

Came here during a late check in. Staff is amazing and helpful. Wife and I got the room with a balcony. The room is big, very clean, tile floors, and the shower is great - better than several 4 star hotel that I've been to. Location is just 5-8 minute walk to Ancient Town and the market area. Restaurants/bars are all close. There's no elevator but it's only 3 floors and the bellboy is helpful. Breakfast is simple. Good amount. The swimming pool is clean and nice - not huge but decent size. Enjoyed my stay and defitely recommend it. The value for what you get is amazing! Definitely

We have been travelling in South-East Asia for 5 weeks now, and this is by far the best hotel we've stayed at! At least a 3-star hotel quality on a budget rate. Location is great, 5min walk from the Old Town, but still in a quiet street. The building is very nice (with a pool), you can tell it is newly built. The rooms are beautifully furnished and decorated, and they have great amount of amenities, like hairdryer, electric kettle, tea set, robes, minibar and umbrella. Everything was impeccably clean and well equipped, you can tell that they care. The owner is very nice, super helpful (we booked private cars with her help) and concerned about your happiness. The breakfast is good too, they freshly cook it for you in the morning, based on your order the night before. This place is amazing, highly recommended to anyone who is planning to stay in Hoi An!

We have stayed in a lot of hotels around Vietnam, this is definitely the best! We initially booked one night but stayed an extra. For 3 people our room was a great size, very clean and beds were actually comfortable. The staff here were incredible... very friendly, fantastic English, able to book cooking courses for us. The breakfast was also super, all very fresh and good quality! Such good value for money! Don't hesitate to book here. Fantastic location too!!!

The best accommodation out of four other accommodations I had on my recent birthday trip in Siem Reap and Vietnam, with layover in Bangkok. The room is so clean, spacious and well-decorated. The homestay attendant is so kind and accommodating. They even promptly reply on my queries before my trip. The location is less than 5-mins walk to the ancient town. And for the very affordable price, it is really a great find for me. They offer a good price for transport service to the hotel and back to the airport. There's no free breakfast but you can order in a very reasonable price. Again, one plus for me is an accommodation having a weighing scale coz' keeping your luggage weight in check is really a great help to avoid hassle during check-in at the airport. I only stayed for a night but I wanted to stay longer if I didn't have a flight already on the next day. But I will definitely stay back here on my next trip to Hoi An in the near future.

we had a lovely stay at nhi nhi. the location was great, very close but just on the edge of the downtown area so a bit quieter. the service was fantastic, always ready for advice, and never pushy about using particular tailors etc. our room was clean and quiet, with a lovely welcome gift. the food was average, but not once on our trip all around the country at hotels of even higher range did we have food to write home about. just get up early and get some pho from a street food stall.

Ok so this is my first time to review a hotel. and I must say I am pretty inspired to do so. I had a chance to move a lot while I was in Hoi An and I must say this is the best place I've stayed in while there. It was sooooo cheap yet so worth every penny. Honestly I didn't expect much as when I booked it, the price was similar to budget hotels in my country. But when I saw my room it was amazing. Clean. The beds were huge. could fit 3 /4 persons (and we were just two). The bathroom had a tub. Everything beyond my expectation. And ofcourse the breakfast buffet which I didn't anticipate was very awesome! i feel like the price I paid for the room I already earned from all the food I ate in their breakfast buffet! Love love love! If I go back to Hoi An will definitely go to this hotel again!

We are a family of 3 adults stayed in 2x rooms at Tran Family Villas run by a family for 4 nights during Christmas. It's handy location about 10 min walk to ancient town (sight seeing) and shopping for suites. Staff are very nice, responsive, courtesy and let us check-in after mid-night due to our delayed flight. Reasonable room size for 2 adults .We all really love yummy tasty local dishes and varieties generously served at breakfasts. There was an inviting swimming pool but we did not have a chance to use it due to rainy weather . Only minor thing were that tiny ants were in the room on our 3rd day but cleaned up as soon as we reported to the reception, and slight musty smell on our first day but disappeared after opening the front door for a while. Thanks to the staff and We'll be back.

We arrived at Hoi An in a rainy day and the staff brought us umbrellas when we were still 20m away from their hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped us book cars for our trips to My Son and Da Nang with very reasonable price. During our stay, they invited us to join a mid-lunch meal with all other guests. I guess it is the true meaning of homestay. The only thing that I might complain is that because they are expanding, our room didn't have enough of hot water. I hope they have it fixed now. Btw, our "penthouse" room has a big bath tube outside. I wished we were there in summer instead of in a rainy winter days.
