Lovely hotel with highly discounted rate for 5-star hotel in Hanoi. The location is a newly developed area (Cau Giay area) with many Korean companies around. Not too far from the Noi Bai airport and the traffic is not so jammed.

I want to commend the staff for faultless customer service. I booked this hotel for 1 night to get away from the excitement and honking of the city centre, expecting to get a bit of peace and uninterrupted sleep. I got exactly what I came for to begin with, the facilities are new too. Then at night - banging and construction noises started next door, and it kept going. I informed Reception and they immediately made arrangements to check me into another hotel in their chain. The second hotel does not serve breakfast - no worries: they paid for a taxi to take me to the second hotel and paid again for a return taxi back to the hotel in the AM to have my breakfast. I really got the feeling that the staff priortise your comfort. The hotel was a little bit hard for me to find at first, Google Maps shows that it's on the main road, however it's actually in a small lane on the RHS - a tip would be to put your destination as 'Blue Hanoi Inn Group' in your app to at least make the right turn.

With relatively few hotels in the new business district, this is a great alternative to long taxi rides from the central tourist area.

It's very good and clean. Just that the location of the hotel not so good and this hotel is japanese theme hotel.

The apartment is very bright and homey. Staff are friendly. The area is more of a business district, so it is pretty quiet, although slightly removed from the Old Quarters where most touristy things are. Highly recommended for a short stay if you don't mind travelling just a little more to sight-see!

Booked 2 rooms for a short business trip and very satisfied with the service from the staff in this hotel. Room was big and comfy, and it's the best hotel I've stayed in so far in Cau Giay district.

We only stayed here one night but we wished we had stayed longer. The hotel was modern and seemed like a 4 star hotel. Staff were great and their english was great! The rooms were spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had a great variety of continental and asian foods. They even had a gym and sauna but I didn't get to visit this. When we booked a taxi, the reception called us to tell us that the taxi is on its way - this was very good and professional. They offer a pick up service for $25 from the airport. Airport was around 30 minutes away. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. As we were there on business, I don't know how far this is from the centre and what the surrounding area was like, but it seemed vibrant.

Simple apartment but with that price is ok for all of facilities and services, however the staffs are not friendly, I booked the big rooms through Agoda and in his system appears small room and he insisted to change my room even I already checked in for 2 hours in that room. Location is convenient with many nice restaurants.

Do recommend for Business Travelers. Only one suggestion to the hotel staff - Please turn off the sound of lift-door. When it opens and closes, regardless of the time (1 AM or 2 AM or even anytime lift door is opened or closed), the beeping sound comes. As the hotel is small, every person in the room can hear it and it bothers the sleep as many times as the door is opened or closed. Otherwise all the services are good. Also recommend the staff to: - Have breakfast for Vegans (such as Fruits, Milk, Egg-less bread, Yogurt, Butter, Jam etc.) as well. - Charge less for Laundry as the rates are over $1 per piece. So the cost can be very high for someone to have clothes washed. Overall, a great stay ! Highly recommend !

Brand new hotel, and our stay was in the midst of their soft launch. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the rooms were clean and generally well set up. We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, and it had a common area for lounging and dining. The hotel though is situated a bit far from the Old Quarters (the main tourist neighborhood). It's about a 30 minute drive over.

Convenient location with shops, restaurants,around 25 mins to airport etc. Good sized room, comfortable bed and very clean. Staff are kind and helpful, they upgraded me from superior room to deluxe room due to an issue with the lift and staff are very apologetic . Great bussiness hotel. In addition , there is an amazing rooftop bar with good views and drinks. I definitely stay here again!

I visited 4 cities, being Saigon, Nha trang, Sapa, and Hanoi. one hotel was by far the best hotel for my vietnam trip. The room was spotless, clean and new. The staff were very helpful on all my needs. Breakfast could have been better. Location is nice as it is close to the My Dinh , but in a quieter neighbourhood. Overall, I really liked the hotel, and would definitely book there again next time in hanoi.

The hotel was very hard to find. The sign on the main street was blocked one way by a tree and the other way by other LED signs installed right in front. The hotel is hard to access by car as the streets are very narrow. The stay was nice and not very far of a taxi ride to the old part of town about 100,000 Vietnamese Dong There is a restaurant upstairs on the 8th floor Despite the location it is still a great hotel with clean rooms and bathrooms.

Warming reception and staffs. Clean and very safty. I were not lock room properly but there s nothings lost.

luxeden hotel was a great hotel. it is a modern business hotel that will cater to all business travellers. the rooms were new, clean and the toilet is sanitized everyday. although the rooms were not spacious, it was clean and comfortable. the location is a bit far from city centre but with its central location in the cau giay district, hailing a cab was no problem. i will definitely be back.

small local hotel in the road behind the main road. next to a supermarket and a lot of food stores and restaurants nearby. clear room with window and staff are friend. good value for stay.

As per subject. The staff are friendly and helpful. This is especially for Ms Huyen. She is excellent and willing to help. Overall is a good local hotel. Its my 16th travel to Hanoi so I am not a newbie to Hanoi.

I travel to different countries 3~4 times a year. I could stay in a good hotel every time because I read the booking reviews of the booking site for the hotel and made reservations. The London Hanoi Hotel, which I stayed at on this trip, was the best hotel with the kindness of the staff. I went to Hanoi for the first time last week. However, I had to make a reservation to find a hotel in London Hanoi because I had a problem with the hotel I had booked. I was worried because I did not know Hanoi well, but I didn't have to worry about Hotel condition. The hotel rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good. Location was slightly inside from big road, and it was a little disappointing that there was not convenience store around. The staff are so kind and want to give them more than 100 points. In particular, I am deeply grateful to Mr.Nguyen and Miss.Le for their kindness. Although there was a problem for a friend to forget his cell phone on this trip, London Hanoi's staff made this trip a fun and memorable trip. I will use this hotel again even if I visit Hanoi again.

The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I woke VERY early the first morning due to traffic noise and my room was changed to a rear room by the time I returned from my meetings - Thank you to Ms Thao, Housekeeping. Ms Phuong, Chef, cooked breakfasts that were simple and nice. Ms Ngan Reception, sang and danced while serving breakfast, which made the business people smile before they headed off for the day! Ms Lien, Customer Service, came around to the rooms with complimentary oranges. Mr Hoang, Operations, arranged transport and provided extra information with a smile. Mr Bach(?), Security, gave me a ride on his motorbike through peak hour traffic to a meeting because taxis were unavailable. Ms Kim Anh, Owner, took time to ask as I checked out if there was anything that needed fixing. AND the mattress was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in Ha Noi hotels, PLUS the curtains were thick enough to keep out early morning light. The only downside was the walls are typical one-brick thick Vietnamese walls, so you can hear people in the other rooms moving around if they are wearing shoes or have their tv's on loud volume. This is also a good location for a variety of up-market and local food dining, and there is a guitar cafe nearby that plays music most nights.

When we were in this hotel, the friendly receptionists always attempted to perform the best service to us especially for an English communication. To realize it, they used Google Translate on their smartphone so that I and my friend could easily understand what they meant in Vietnamese. Besides that, the food and beverages were delicious and the price per night of staying at this hotel was affordable. Perhaps if I own a chance to go to Hanoi, I will stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is fine if you want to be in the Cau Giay district. It is a bit far from the old quarter, 30 minutes by bus. Just outside the hotel along the main and side roads are many restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is clean and modern. The room was cleaned daily and was modern and quiet. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately my room didn't have a bathtub which was included in the room description. The more expensive rooms have bathtubs. But it had a modern shower. The breakfast is a bit limited for western tastes, fried egg, bread and jam etc. Overall a suitable hotel for thiss district of Hanoi.

Everything is perfect for this serviced apartment. only downside is it is poorly located. and you might get lost if not familiar with Hanoi, cau giay.

I stayed here for 10 days solo. It is located off the main road and walking down the alley, I wondered what I had gotten myself into ... However I opened the glass entrance doors, to the lobby, and all my misgivings immediately disappeared. First, this is a very inexpensive hotel. The rooms are clean, staff efficient and most speak English, and the room very comfortable. My room ($15 per night) had a large bed with nice comforter, 2 desks, 2 clothes wardrobes. Efficiency kitchen with large refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave, plates and utensils. The bathroom is nice with hot and cold water and a shower. Good AC/Heater, Cable TV with 50+ channels of which 10 or so are English. 2 movie channels. Everyday I received 2 bottles of water and a bathroom pack with razor and cream, soap, shampoo and conditioner, comb. There is a hair dryer and plugs are European. The room was cleaned everyday. The free WiFi is very fast and consistent. Hotel is about 3 miles f on Old Town ( 40,000 Dong or $1. 60 for a Grab motorbike ride) and all day he hubbub of the tourist district. It was a pleasant walk passing Stalin Square and the old fort amongst other sites. The hotel area is filled with restaurants, bakeries and street vendors. Many excellent Pho restaurants where you can get a wonderful filling meal for 30,000 to 40,000 Dong ($1.20 to $1.60). A 3 or 4 easy walk is a Big C grocery store and a small mall. I really enjoyed the area and the culture. Surrounding the winding alleys and enjoyed exploring. Walking out the hotel and turning right or left, you will find many local coffee shops, vendors and small shops. If you leave hotel and go right, about 100 feet down the alley is a wonderful coffee shop with singing birds in cages, a fish pond with natural rock formation and a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Bau Lam Vien is the name and a cup of very fine Vietnamese coffee is about 20,000 or $0.80. The hotel will arrange for hotel pickup and drop off for a reasonable rate (

I'm staying there 1 night before i move to another hotel, as I reaching Hanoi earlier than expected. Managed to book the hotel in agoda few hour before the stay. The price is reasonable, location is great located in Cau Giay area which has lots of coffee shop and restaurant. Staff is very friendly and speak good English. And I got my room upgrade to deluxe double. Room is very spacious and very clean.

The staff is awesome and accommodated every request I had. I requested extra pillows and getting my laundry done. My laundry could not be done on the day I arrived so the front desk girl walked it over to a laundry place and delivered it to my front door the following day. They go above and beyond and even helped me call to a couple places in Vietnam I was having trouble reaching. The apartment is reasonable and very clean. They have a little garage for bike parking and somewhere to hangout in the lobby as well. I didn't have problem with wifi ever also. The location is fairly quiet and a little off the beaten path, but I also stayed in old quarter and this is much more comfortable considering you can get a grab anywhere or if you have a bike, it is not an issue.

We sincerely enjoyed staying at UrHome! This was without any doubt our best stay during our trip through Asia. The room was simply amazing: light, spacious, brand new and full of all modern cons: luxurious toilet (Really sexy), new high spec shower, flat screen and an amazing high tech air con system. Also a lovely big comfortable bed. More than the place, it's the people that makes this place unforgettable. They are the best host you can imagine! So friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. They made us feel exactly like home from the second we arrived. During our stay we were invited to family meals and celebrations, introduced to all of the other guests and made us feel like a part of the family. As hosts you really couldn't ask for more: arranging trips, taxis, washing, showing us round the city and gave us a brilliant locals insight. We had originally booked for 3 nights but ended up staying 5 nights and only leave when we absolutely had to! The fact that the location was just a bit out of the city centre didn't bother us at all. A taxi ride is cheap and takes only 15 mins, and there is a bus stop not far from UrHome. Plus the value for money is almost unbelievable. Just three walking minutes from a good morning market, 5 to 15 walking minutes to more than a dozen large universities, to the best ethnographic museum in South East Asia, to many well selected book stores and the soon to open metro line. You find here hundreds (sic!) of cafés, restaurants and food stalls of any type and price class. Like to swim – 50meter pool in walking distance. The place itself is save (I always have to fetch my friends and students at the gate), clean (three weekly cleanings), large windows and well equipped kitchen. Induction cooking, rice cooker, micro wave, hot and cold drinking water, large fridge with really freezing compartment.

Rooms is new, comfortable, clean, quiet and very very beautiful, Mattress and the pillows were true luxury, so soft, clean functioning bathroom with good water pressure ...
