"Wonderful temporary home in Hanoi. I often work in Hanoi and this is my new favorite place to stay while there. The staff totally make the place, as do the generous services - in-room breakfast, daily clothes laundry, Zalo-connected front desk you can reach 24/24. Location is only ok, if a little noisy. Plenty of food options nearby, and a Vinmart across the street. Two small downsides: it’s difficult for Grab / taxi drivers to find, because the address isn’t located properly on Google Maps. Secondly, even though it’s a non-smoking hotel, the first room I was given smelled of cigarettes. They changed it immediately, but then I was on a lower floor"

"Convenient location with shops, restaurants, around 25 mins to airport etc. Good sized room, comfortable bed and very clean. Staff are kind and helpful, they upgraded me from superior room to deluxe room due to an issue with the lift and staff are very apologetic . Great bussiness hotel. In addition , there is an amazing rooftop bar with good views and drinks. I definitely stay here again!"
