Excellent choice for staying in Hoi An. hotel is right on the beach, very stylish, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were varied and good selection and you could sit outside appreciating nice gardens or inside in the air conditioning. Bedrooms were good size, comfy large beds with seating area, nice well equipped bathrooms with large shower. You could walk along the beach at lunchtime and enjoy lunch at restaurants on the beach and chat with the friendly locals- excellent food. Hotel offered free shuttle bus into old town which was a great place to visit, day or night! Hoi An is a must- restaurants amazing quality and character shops, colourful lanterns everywhere, with floating candles in the river- beautiful! If the shuttle bus was full, hotel paid for taxi so excellent service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and will return to stay at the Boutique Hotel.

Had a long stay (10 days) at this wonderful resort. The staff made our stay perfect from the start till the end. Everybody works really hard for giving their customers the best experience. The waiters are attentive and gives good recommendations and are always smiling. The F&B Manager (Ms Van) arranged a wonderful romantic dinner at the beach, which we strongly recommend to other guests. Nothing can beat tasteful local food at the beach with the sound of waves breaking on shore, while you feel the sand under your feet. The price was very friendly as well. Positive things about this hotel: - Nice and clean private beach - 2 decent pools - Good breakfast and pool bar - Excellent service (reception, waiters, room service, life guards, transport) - Free shuttle to ancient town - Free tennis - Good spa We will definitely come back to this gem of a hotel!

There is much building activity along this stretch of the beach, do not let this put you off, it does not impact your stay. The rooms were sea facing but did not offer a sea view as advertised, especially those on the top floor that had totally enclosed balconies, would describe as drying areas. The staff were excellent, the breakfast delicious - they literally cannot do enough to ensure your stay is the best it can be. The Hotel provided free bikes, we cycled around the paddy fields, again the local people were genuinely pleased to see us. There is also a beach bar, no premium charged for drinks which are delivered with a smile. Resort is a £2-£3 taxi to Hoi An, well worth doing. Visit Vietnam now, a true gem, the region will look very different in 5 - 10 years, the resort is comfortable and would strongly recommend to all age groups, my only regret is I didn't stay longer.

Good location, just 3minutes away from the beach and about 8 min by scooter from Hoi An. Room was big, especially the bathroom. Everything was clean and the beds were comfy and even had two big mosquito nets over them. Breakfast was freshly prepared by Miss Oanh and her team who always tried to read every wish from your lips. Really great customer service. Of course you cannot expect to find a 5-star breakfast buffet but the dishes they prepared where fresh and very tasty. Would not have liked to get anything else than that. They also recommended and arranged a scooter and pick-up and drop of from the airport at very reasonable prices. Would come again for sure. Also can highly recommend to stay at An Bang Beach and drive every evening to Hoi An instead the other way around, as it gets really hot during the day and the fresh sea breeze helped to cool off a bit.

Our stay at Dai An Phu villa was nothing less than perfect. The villa is conveniently located, the An Bang beach is reacable in 3mins on foot. Hoi An ancient town is about 10mins by taxi or motorbike (the staff is happy to organize both). The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at all times, the son of the owner even invited us to share a traditional vietnamese meal with him which was interesting and delicious. The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The swimming pool is nice and big and the whole resort in general is very tidy. We were always the last to come down for breakfast (7-10am) but even when we came a bit late we were served all options (there is large variety of tasty options +fruit platter + juices/smoothies/coffee). The location of this hotel is perfect with a very short walk straight on to An Bang beach. This beach is a gem in Vietnam, it's clean, the water clear and the vendors and amenities are plentiful (without being overbearing). But back to the hotel- it was clean and fresh with a wonderful relaxed feel. The staff were super friendly and their english very good. We were also impressed by the breakfast options (they made the meals to order, and provided the best coffee we had in Vietnam). I also appreciated the clever use of plants in the window sills. Highly recommend!

My family stayed at Hoi An Estuary Villa for 2 nights. My kids keep telling us that this is the best hotel we ever stayed. the staffs are so awesome and they have free bus to take us to Hoi An old town. Breakfast is so delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at An Bang Beach Hideaway. It was a little hard to find, particularly as there is more than one location within in the same neighborhood, so we actually ended up at An Bang Beach Retreat. As we were led to the new location I was a little worried that this might live up to our expectations... But thankfully these doubts disappeared when we arrived! We had a ground floor room facing onto the pretty little garden. Inside, the room was beautifully furnished with one of the most comfortable beds in Vietnam! The bathroom led out to a second, open-air shower. Breakfast on our terrace was delightful, and they serve some of the best Cau Lau Hoi An I've tasted (must be ordered the night before). It's a short walk through An Bang village to the beach, but don't let that put you off. It's a narrow road with no cars through the lovely neighborhood - local houses and a few other homestays. The locals are so friendly, it was a different but equally nice experience to staying right on the beach (of which there are very limited options in Hoi An anyway). The beach itself is divine - one of the best in Vietnam - and quiet enough to feel remote, yet equipped with loungers, food, and refreshments. (We used Kim Oanh's loungers and had lovely lunches every day of our stay) One word of warning: don't expect a 4 star hotel by Western hotel standards. I believe dinner has to be pre-ordered, and there's no fancy lobby or 24 hr front desk... That said, Ms Hang was an excellent host, helpful and friendly, and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Immaculately clean and modern villa in a great location great in An Bang Beach village. It’s a short stroll to the beach down a quiet paved lane and is close to many fantastic authentic Vietnamese restaurants. We stayed here with our three kids (7,11&12) in the interconnecting family suite which opens up to the lovely pool area. All the staff are really lovely, Sophie is fantastic, super efficient and so helpful with everything. Our stay here has been the standout highlight of our 3 weeks in Vietnam. An Bang beach village is quiet and friendly and we could totally relax here after the rest of Vietnam being so hectic (compared to NZ). The villas are great value for money too.

Me and my girl friend was excited to enjoy our holiday at Cashew Tree Bungalow; however when we arrived at 8:30 PM, we didn't receive the room as we've booked on the website. They changed our room without any single notification or message; they let another couple to stay in our room and offered us another triple bed room and told us this is an upgrade. How is that an upgrade ? a couple stay in triple beds room? I can't describe how upset i am; what i could do in this situation ? Leaving and finding another hotel at 9 PM after a tired long day walking?. On the other hand, the room is quite basic but very clean. Location is perfect for a holiday trip; restaurant, beach bar, convenient store are just 10 mins walk from hotel. Wifi/airconditioner are great. Lastly i highly commend staffs who are very supportive and friendly, everything i need they do provide and instruct us carefully with a smile. It still is one of the best hotel to stay in An Bang Beach, Hoi An.

As a group of 4 we booked the family room and it was perfect. We had a lot of space, two really big beds and a big bathroom for ourselves. The room was very clean, ac worked good. In the mornings we got breakfast (eggs, bread, fresh fruit) and the girl on the reception was friendly and helped us a lot with everything (booking transfer, printing tickets, recommendations). The homestay is just a few walk away from the beach and you reach it in about 5 minutes walk. The beach is not to full and quiet clean. To the city center it is around 4 km but there are also some restaurants and mini marts next to the homestay. You can rent bikes for free and visit the center. We had a great stay!

We stayed here for 3 nights in october 2018. It was so perfect! So we decided to stay 7 days more and that was the best decision for us. The Homestay is very cosy and we missed nothing during our stay. The staff is very lovely and helpful all the time. The Location is the best place to relax on the beach (only 200m away) or make some trips around. We rented several times bikes to visit Hoi An (15min ride) and Cam Kim Island and motorbikes to go to "My Son" or other destinations nearby. The restaurant offers real good and tasty food , so we stayed there very often. The ladies in the kitchen teached us how to cook the delicious Pho Ga (chicken soup)! We realy enjoyed our stay!

this hotel was a real pleasant surprise ! i took a risk to book a homestay with no review. But i wanted to be close from an bang beach, on what i saw from agoda, this one got the best looking picture. And yes, the hotel is 100% match with the picture : lovely, cosy, completely new ( they finih the homestay 2 month ago) , run by an adorable vietnamese couple who do their best to make our stay fantastic. the room was nice, bed comfortable and quiet. In the heart of residential area, u are really in touch with local people living there. Be careful, when i was there, 2 hotel/villa start to be constructed, they might generate some noise, but to me, i hear nothing ( they start only basement) pay a visit to hmong sister restaurant on an bang beach, fantastic and highly fresh seafood !

This hotel was wonderful. First off, I arrived a day early, which didn’t throw them off. They gave me a lovely room for the night without an exorbitant charge. The room I changed to was just as lovely. Fresh towels everyday, room cleaned regularly. Bathroom was impeccable. The hotel is about a one minute walk from the beach, where there are chairs and umbrellas fo their guests. Now the hotel is about a five minute walk away from the main part of AnBang., which is a street and beach packed with tourists. Nature Homestay is quiet and relaxing. I walked over to AnBang Beach for supper two nights in a row and had mediocre meals. The women running the hotel were lovely. There English was more than understandable. They arranged tours and taxis for me and when I was ready to leave to get my bus to Hue one of the girls took my knapsack and drove it for me to the corner where the bus would be going by. I am so glad I got to stay at AnBang Beach Nature Homestay .

The accommodation is beautifully presented: huge rooms and beds, great decor and thoughtful touches. Breakfast was good with a decent amount of choice. Kim and her family were always friendly and on hand with helpful tips or more practical help if needed. The local beach is just a five min walk away and is perfect - there are a few sunbeds and a tiny cafe with cheap beers. If you want more of a buzz, the main drag of An Bang is only ten mins walk down the beach or main road. I can't really fault this place and if I'm ever back in Hoi An, I would probably stay here, rather than in the old town. Thank you Kim!

We visited in April 2019 this 6 room, family run cosy place. The room was really spacious and the bed had the best quality on our 3 week tour in Vietnam. We only could stay 1 night because they were fully booked the next nights. The outside area is relaxing and green. The breakfast, which you choose the night before, was excellent. The bicycles you get for free to explore the beach and surrounding restaurant street were in good shape (compared to others). The cleanliness of the whole place was pristine and amenities such as beach towels and toiletry kit were provided like in a hotel, but it had none of the business and mass feeling of a hotel. I would recommend this place for couples or friends who seek a quiet an relaxing time as it is on one end of the beach. Yet in 20 meters distance the busy restaurant street starts and in about 100 meters you can walk to the beach through little side streets. The only downside of our room was that it had no balcony. We would book again.

Very good location to the an bang beach, to the delicious dining place like Soul kitchen, Felina. The cam an town atmosphere was warm and it has a balcony then you can dry your laundry. Room condition was very good (no worms) except it is too dark. Welcome juice will be given.

Don’t stay anywhere else on An Bang beach! Everything about this homestay and the fantastic host was brilliant. From organising amazing tours, to cheap bike rental, to the absolutely delicious breakfast (best cau lau in Hoi An!!) in the morning this homestay surpassed our expectations. The location is also perfect. I’m so sad we couldn’t stay longer- truly a memorable experience!!

We come to Hoi an in 3 days but we stayed another hotel before arrive to An Bang Dolphin .We spent only one night here but we like it . Even here is better than another hotel which I stayed . It's take 3minutes to walk to the An bang beach . They have free bikes but we think walking better . We go to the city in the evening by taxi ( safely). It's take 4km to city ( not so far) . We have some recommendations from receptionist about the tours . They are very helpful to organize snorkeling Cham island .... they can help you to organize any trip .they always friendly and always smiling. They always ready to help you anything which you need. It is perfect. The room is cleaned and breakfast amazing with pancakes . We really enjoyed our staying here. We will come back and stay longer :) High recommend!

We had an excellent experience here and would come back again. The place is clean and spacious, compared to many others nearby, and the owner is very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful, especially with flights and tour bookings (she has excellent English and worked for airlines for 15 years; she is a professional travel agent). They were very tolerant of my very active 6 year old. The room was very functional and comfortable, simply furnished but it was enough. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable and not too hard or soft. Good air con. Good internet connectivity. Quiet. The bathroom was a proper bathroom with adjustable shower , with a glass partition separating it from the toilet. Our upstairs room had no view to speak of, but opened out onto a large, covered, shared , furnished patio space with many plants that we used a lot. Spacious covered entryway/lobby. It's about an 8 minute walk from the beach and on a street lined with restaurants and spas. Nice location.

Great place by the beach. Cheap bike rentals. Bikes were new. Very nice clean room, but was listed for $14 on agoda and was actually $20. The manager said they don't deal with agoda, only have a listing on booking.com so I don't know what's up with that. We loved it, if you're looking for some privacy, you may want to stay somewhere else. All the rooms open into a patio area where the manager, owner, and other employees are often hanging out and when you leave they ask where you're going, etc. We didn't mind and they were just curious, but figured it was worth mentioning.

This homestay is run by Nha and Be a brother & sister dynamic duo. The family is most caring about their guests and make you feel so comfortable. Nha has a beautiful selection of breakfast, coffee & smoothies to choose from everyday which you get to enjoy on your private garden patio. We stayed during tet holiday and were invited into their home to eat traditional food with the family which was a memory we will never forget. We extended our stay for an extra 5 days because we loved it so much! Nha went above and beyond to get medicine for my husband and took care of him with tea and smoothies. Our daughter also had her 10th birthday and and she was surprised with a cake and a wonderful birthday lunch which was a gift from the family. I just really can't say enough about their hospitality. Food is amazing at the restaurant attached ( Nha cooks and Be serves) Ask Be to make you a cocktail, serious skills! Location was great, cool little beachside village only 5-10 mins from the Hoi An centre if you rent a motorcycle or ride a bicycle takes you about 20. Nice easy road to bike so no problem and beautiful. If your a traveler who agonizes over location & wanting to be close to everything, no worries as we found out Hoi An is small everything is close enough to the Old town so why not have best of both and stay by the beach too. You will not find a better location, or better hosts who treat you with genuine care. Nha & Be's mom, dad, & grandmother also made our time very special as well. we just loved it there and if we could give them 11 out of 10 we would. kindest Regards Linsay, Dave & Amélie

We loved the fact it was in a quiet area and just a minute walk to the beach (100m or less). It's a family owned villa, Mrs Down is so friendly and lovely, she looks after her guests, and her son is also very helpful. We orginally booked for 3 nights but then decided to extend our stay for another 2 more nights. Rooms are kept clean. Breakfast is good, you can have eggs the way you want it with fresh bread or you can have pho.. They also provide a fruit platter and you can get a freshly made juice. We hired a scooter for 5 days (the only way to travel in Hoi An because the traffic ain't too bad like other major cities) and went into town which is only 10 mins drive and loved the fact we got to go back to a peaceful villa. Our favourite beach was 'Hidden Beach' (not far from hotel) because it was quiet compared to the others, great seating arrangements under the shade, awesome food, good massages and best of all CHEAP! Hope not too many people find out about his place because it's our little 'Gem'

Exactly what a homestay should be! The extra units that they have added to their own home are new and freshly appointed. But there is also grandma sitting and waving from the living room. There was friendliness without interference, information without overload and helpfulness above and beyond all of it. The breakfast choices were made the night before from an extensive menu featuring both Viet and Western food. And it was lovely to eat it in the little garden. The location is across the street from a large resort hotel, so the walk to the beach is literally 1 minute away. There are some cute as well as excellent restaurants on the same side of the street for 3 blocks.

I love this place so much. Not because I got an upgrade for my room. Not because the warm welcome and the hot tea the owner was offering me, when I walked in wet due to heavy rain. Not because of the very quiet location I was looking for after staying in busy and noisy Hoi An. Not because of the near distance to the beach and nearby restaurants. Well, but because I felt home after one minute at this lovely homestay with the most amazing room I had so far and the whole Super friendly and helpful family. Câm on and thank you so much for this amazing stay and being such a nice host.

First time in An Bàng, this homestay is our best accommodation . Few step to main beach , restaurant, you can ride to old town, our family have 2 bedroom and living room with very nice garden setting varendah,not 14m2 very clean and comfortable.you older breakfast they bring it to your room, The young owner Hoang and Van have twin girls so cue, very nice family. They try their best to supply what you need.they can arrange airport transfer cheaper than taxi , no commission . We love the place , and An Bàng village so much, we will come back. Thanks the owner. Upon arriving, we were promptly greeted and we were informed that our room has been changed (I booked a Double Superior and we got a Double Deluxe). We didn't mind, since I think it was an upgrade, but either way as long as the rooms are similar or better than the one I booked, that's fine with me. We picked this homestay primarily because of the price and proximity to the beach, and on these fronts the homestay was great. It feels less like a homestay and more like a hotel, but that was fine for us. The building is rustic and charming--a little rough around the edges, which personally I enjoy the quirks of, but some may not. For example, the shutter doors that led to the balcony was hard to close and lock, and even so, there were huge gaps, letting hot air get into the air conditioned room. The breakfast is cooked for you fresh (you make your choice the day before). I chose the fruit plate which was a surprisingly large portion and the coffee. The coffee was really good!
