Great place for honeymoon or quiet getaway”
We booked this for our honeymoon and this place was beyond expectation! We enjoyed our 3 days 2 nights stay there. At the beginning I made a special request for honeymoon but we received no replies after 3 attempts, so we did not have high expectations and was only looking forward for a stay away from the crowd and noisy city in Nha Trang. Nonetheless, when we checked in, the staff greeted us with 2 welcome drinks, gave us 3--min free shoulder and foot massage vouchers (which was great) and gave us free upgrade to a private pool ocean view villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there with polite staff, clean rooms and facilities. There's happy hours for cocktails and fruit juices everyday, we opt for a la carte restaurant which was not too bad. The first night we gave an average food quality feedback, the staff eagerly asked us for more details, and our next 2 meals there were amazing. We would recommend to choose their Vietnamese food on the menu instead of western food.

When I checked out a guy on the reception told me to pay 245 USD for bar drinks and spa, but 2 min later he changed his mind and told me to pay 255 USD and didn't explain why he increased the charges in 10 USD. It looked strange and I'm not about money, I'm about my feeling that someone decided to take advantage of me.

Book an Ocean View room, and got a "tree" room view. The hotel accepted to change the room to a real ocean view, but it took 1 hour waiting to get the room. Occupancy of the hotel is 99% Russian.

Crowded with Russians, loud music until 10.30 pm. Totally anonymous. They check the room before departure since they seem to think the guests are thieves. At breakfast freshly squeezed juice costs extra.

Go only if you intend to swim in the pool and beach area”
The entire resort is beautiful with lots of greens but hardly any flowers. There are 2 restaurants. One is strictly for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The other is ala carte. We had our first meal there after check in and it was a big let down. The food in both restaurants were way below average. My teenage son and I were very disappointed with the taste and quality of the food. We expect more delicious food for a 5 star resort. Location - only good if you want to be close to the airport. About 10min taxi to the airport costing about 20,000 VND. But if you want to be close to outside food then staying here is not advisable. Absolutely nothing out there to eat. There are many local restaurants/shops but no one speaks a word of English and no English menu. You could get the hotel staff to recommend some seafood places nearby but to my experience the seafood we tried was bad too! Overly cooked grilled squid and fish. We liked the less crowded beach. Big pool but dirty.

Beach Front Villa-Private Pool”
I had booked 2 night included 3 meals /day. The room condition is clean and spacious. And good condition of bath room. And easy to approach to beach. However, the condo building with the reception has an old and is not luxurious. And landscape and envieroment in the resort seems to be not managed. And the restaurant in the resort was crowded with noisy and buffet was no tasty. So I was disappointed with unsatisfied, we just stayed 1night then checked out to move other resort although we gave up 1night. There was just good condition of villa, but I don't recommend.

Location: Close to the airport (10-15 minutes), but far away from the city (45-60 minutes). The hotel provides complimentary shuttle bus to Nha Trang Center 3 times a day. Staff: Neither friendly nor polite Facilities: Worst lobby for a five star hotel I have ever been, but nice property ground (2 swimming pools and the beach) View: Lovely from any floors and from any sides Foods: Horrible. Bring your own. My husband lost 4 pounds. Perfect place if you are on diet. Spa: Cheap. And you will also receive cheap service. You will be put in a shower booth which is all covered by somebody else's scrub residue (coffee, green tea, rice, etc.). And you will also find a shower towel in your shower booth which is used by somebody else. I requested a fresh towel. But my husband unknowingly used the spoiled towel and had to shower again. Massage technique was very poor.

Booked ocean view but got garden view”
We booked ocean view room but when we arrived to the resort the receptionist gave us a room on 1 floor, we can't see the sea, only see the garden. When we asked about the ocean view they said ocean view means the balcon heading to the sea side, not meaning we can see the sea. What an explain.

For a 5-star resort and the price paid, they can't even make an over easy fried egg. Wonder who's the head chef is. Most likely Chef If it doesn't comes out of a can we can't cook it Staff lied that managers are unavailable, any manager (kitchen, chef, hotel manager). Only when the manager overheard my complained then he made himself available to talk to me. I think the first words/phrases the staff were trained with are "no" and "don't have" and I hear these words spoken not only to me but to other guests also. Once you booked and paid, their staff just don't care because they already got your money. Our friends who came with us booked for 6 nights and left with us after 2 nights and went to book at another resort for the remaining 4 nights. They didn't even ask for any refund. They just left in disgust. What a waste of money and time. PATHETIC

Nice resort at fantastic beach”
My wife and I always live six months a year in Nha Trang and sometimes we are looking for somewhere to spend a nice weekend. This time we chose the Cam Ranh Riviera Resort & Spa, 25 km away from Nha Trang. We booked the Oceanview studio and came there with our 5 year old grandson on 18.11.2016. Already the check-in was very pleasant and while we drank the offered refreshments, all formalities were done by the friendly and competent staff. This beautiful resort, opened just a year ago, is located directly on Bai Dai beach. There the sea is at first very shallow and therefore especially suitable for families with small children. Directly behind the main building is the first large pool and the second beautiful pool is directly on the beach. At the pools and at the beach there were enough beach chairs with comfortable cushions. Our 50sqm Ocean view Studio No. 410 was about 100m from the beach and the pools. It has a great king size bed, a sofa with table, large LED TV, mini bar, large bathroom with rain shower and a large balcony with armchairs and table. We felt very comfortable there, also because the air conditioner and the ceiling fan were to be individually regulated. The breakfast we ate from the buffet at the orchidea restaurant. For the dinner we chose the a la carte Rosone restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the beach. The offered dishes were very tasty, the prices but also the 5 star resort. On the last day we visited the spa and loved the quality of the foot reflexology massages. Overall, it was a great stay, which we will definitely repeat. You always notice that there is an attentive management. This can also be used to turn off small faults quickly. The staff is friendly and competent and the English language skills were much better than in other resorts in Vietnam. However, we still have a suggestion to inform the management. Excellent holiday resort”
Our terrace pool villa was upgraded to Ocean-front pool villa upon check-in. We were amazed by the beautifully designed villa, especially with the best heavenly sea-view right at door step. There are a number of bad reviews about rough Russians and Chinese packed in this resort. It is indeed true but this had never hampered our stays. Our assigned beach front pool villa was away from the crowd, secludedly tucked in at a very private corner with huge garden compound by ourselves and we can enjoy swimming in our own private pool as well. There are even complimentary bottle of red wine and fruits and spa vouchers included. Their soft sand serene beach here is any time better than Nha Trang town centre beach. We so enjoyed the resort and scenic beach and so refuse to get down to the hustle and bustle of Nha Trang town where loads of honking vehicles in a very old town. If you are to enjoy the sound of waves and nature's, here is the place to experience a peaceful relaxing holidays.

A peaceful retreat”
Everything about our stay was perfect. The pool view villa was superb and had an amazing smell which I wish I could have bottled. The hotel is far from the city but we didn't mind as we were looking for a peaceful and relaxing few days and that's exactly what we got. Staff throughout the hotel are attentive and super helpful and polite. If we return to Nha Trang, Cam Ranh would definitely be our first choice.

Relaxing place”
This resort is a lovely quiet place. It is quite new and very clean. The swimming pool is great, we were very unlucky with the weather so we could not swim in the beach, red flag both days we stayed there. It is very close to the airport but quite far from Nha Trang, they offer a shuttle bus to the city Center every now and then. Staff is very helpful and great service.

Travelled with one of my girlfriends and we staged at this resort in the Terrace Suite.”
The terrace suite was an amazing surprise. Private pool to share with 4-5 other rooms, king size bed, a bathtub and shower. Everything was clean and accessible. However it was lucky that I could speak a bit of Vietnamese as I believe the staff was better at speaking Russian than English. Had a few friendly staff members assist us during the trip but a stand out was a gentleman named Tuan. He was lovely in every way. Spoke to us in both English and Vietnamese and showed us locations to eat some authentic vietnamese food in nha trang city. The breakfast buffet had a range of food and was filling. Overall we really enjoyed our stayed.

Nice hotel but food is terrible and ridiculously expensive”
The hotel is located on Bai Dai, means long beach in Vietnamese. This is a very nice and secluded beach near the airport. Hotel is nice overall but they charge for steam room and jacuzzi. There are no restaurants around. And the ala carte option is exorbitant. We paid 275,000 Dongs for 5 tiny prawns supposed to be in salted egg yolk but turned out to be mayonaise. The dinner was dissapointing and ridiculously expensive. Taxi ride was pretty expensive too considering how near it is to the airport, it is almost the same price from Nha Trang city. I would recommend to arrange transport with your taxi driver (they usually give you name card to contact). In general we had a nice stay but felt that we were being squeezed for money. Being the only one in this long stretch of Beach gave them some monopoly power to over charge tourists but hopefully it will get better when the other hotels nearby are in operation
