Superb 5 days at The Carlton Hotel”
Tired from an overnight flight, we checked in before 5am and my word... from the moment we came through the suite doors, it was heavenly. Well appointed. Floors, Rooms & Beds were super clean. It seems like all their linens and beddings are brand new. The room smells fresh and clean. No air freshener gimmick or perfumes to hide smells. Just plain immaculate. Awesome beds, complete toiletries and near never ending supply of bottled water. Lots of sockets. Power everything (curtains both sheer and thick one) light switches near headboards... Amazing Michelin ⭐ rated Chinese restaurant on the 2nd level. Nice pool bar area and rooftop lounge and bar. Their staff are all very professional and welcoming. What a great experience. Will definitely book with them again. Airport transfers using their Carlton cars may be arranged with them before check in and check out. They will provide the same level of assistance even when asking them to book a public taxi on your behalf. Superb⁸

A hotel that treats you as family”
One of e better hotels I’ve stayed during all my trips to BKK. We took e executive room. It was on 25th level. The hotel is quiet and relax despite e Apec Summit Meeting that was ongoing during that time. E staff ensure that you are safe, well taken care of and notice e details you require even without you asking for it. Room is clean with great amenities. Lobby is always clean and relaxing with staff awaiting for you if you require any assistance. The breakfast place is good. The restaurant manager takes great care of us of our diets even to the extent that our half boiled eggs are cooked to our liking. Location: There are nearby eateries that opened till late. BTS/MRT & Terminal 21 shopping center is around 7 mins walk. There is no touting of taxis or tuk tuk outside e hotel making you safe. Would love to stay here again 💛 2513

Hidden Gem in Bangkok”
The Carlton has successfully exceeded my expectations for a 5-Star Hotel. In comparison to other 5-Star Hotels that I have stayed at the Carlton has really lifted the bar and set an extremely high standard which I fear will not be surpassed by other competitors. This time travelling to Thailand I booked the Carlton via Agoda for Thailand Pass requirements. The entire process was made smooth and easy by Carlton staff as I was updated with the entire process and plan via email throughout. The process involved easy identification of their associated booth at Suvarnabhumi Airport which connected us with the arranged airport transfer. The airport transfer car was extremely quick, clean and Covid safe with an acrylic panel separating the front seats from the rear two seats. The car was well air conditioned and supplied passengers with a bottle of water each in addition to hand sanitizer. The car pulled up at Samitivej Hospital for the arranged RT-PCR test which was done via drive-through and then we were immediately taken to the hotel. Check-in was simple, easy and efficient and the room was made available for our isolation as we arrived 3 hours earlier than ordinary check-in time. The room itself was absolutely stunning, staying in the Executive Suite has absolutely surprised me with the cleanliness, modern design and thoughtfulness of all elements. Plenty of water was provided and a 20% discount on room service while in isolation. The room service was amongst the most delicious Ive ever experienced and was cooked better than many restaurants that I have ventured to across the world. Extremely high praise for the kitchen staff and chefs who prepared each meal with care. The hotel facilities were remarkable with a huge plunge pool and very well fitted fitness centre which puts many other hotels and some gyms to shame. Overall, Carlton Hotel has impressed me beyond anything I could've imagined. I will definitely be returning to Carlton next time I venture to Bangkok. It

AMAZING 5 Star Hotel ”
Top class hotel! 5 star at an affordable price. It's beautifully decorated, it's modern and it has all of the amenities you could ever ask for. The rooms are spacious, very clean, modern and it has one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. The shower is amazing as well. The staff are also very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a highlight. This incredible buffet has so much food to choose from and it's delicious! There's a beautiful pool on floor 10 as well as a fully equipped fitness centre, a sauna and steam room and if you want to get a massage they have a spa as well. It's pure luxury at the Carlton. There's also a rooftop sky bar with a great view of the city. The Carlton is also walking distance from the BTS SkyTrain and the amazing Terminal 21 for food and shopping. I loved my stay here and I would definitely return!

Outstanding Central Bangkok Hotel”
Words don’t really do justice to this hotel, you have to experience it, however to assist others to enjoy this fantastic hotel I will attempt to provide a quick run down. Located right on Sukhumvit Road only a few minutes walk to Asoke Sky train station and Terminal 21 the Carlton Hotel is perfectly positioned to easily get around Bangkok. I’m not sure how long the Hotel has been open but it’s modern clean decor is either quite new, very well maintained or both. The amenities are great, Cafe, Restaurant, Pool Bar, and just the best Sky Bar with fantastic expansive views across downtown Bangkok. Choose to have Breakfast included in your room rate, the food choice is extensive and the quality is first rate. The rooms are generously sized and beautifully appointed. Lastly, full credit to the staff, they are knowledgeable, friendly and very capable. I would suggest there must be a very competent management team leading the team at the Carlton Hotel Bangkok as it really is a real pleasure to stay here. We will be back for sure.

I stayed at Carlton for my honeymoon and everything was perfect! We booked the club room - the room was spacious and very clean. There’s two 7/11 just opposite the hotel and Terminal 21 is just a short walk away. I loved the cafe @ the lobby - it’s so convenient to just grab early coffees without leaving the hotel. Overall, we will definitely return!

Fabulous Stay at the Carlton”
We stayed for 3 nights after being in Samui for 10 days. The children were so excited about the fancy 5* hotel. They ran down the corridor to find our room and were thrilled with the family room with 2 rooms and a bathroom. The Japanese style toilet was very intriguing! The room is perfect for families with 2 separate rooms. We were on the 20th floor and the view down Sukhumvit was stunning in the evening. The location is great as you are only 6 minute walk from Asok station on the BTS and from Sukhumvit in the Metro. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. The pool is wonderful and a real treat after a long and hot day walking around Bangkok. The food options are good at the pool and happy hour was certainly a welcome treat! We would definitely chose the Carlton again on our return to Bangkok. Excellent value for money and a wonderful stay.

Excellent hotel. Great staff and service. The gym is good and the rooftop bar is perfect for food, happy hour, and sunsets. Great pool, sauna, and steam. Wah Lok restaurant maybe the best Chinese in Bangkok. Location is a quick 5 minute walk to EmQuartier.

First time back in Thailand”
First time back in Thailand since the pandemic, first time at the Carlton hotel, stayed for 4 nights, we booked a club room. Staff were polite and helpful, our room was on 29th floor, really quiet and peaceful as we were at the end of the corridor, we were celebrating our 45th anniversary, so our bed had been decorated with petals, with some little cakes placed in the fridge with a welcome note, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast is well organised as the hotel was fairly full, you write your egg order down and hand it to the chef at the counter, plenty of choices from continental to Thai breakfast. The club lounge staff are very attentive especially Wawa who took the time to chat with us and made us feel very welcome, plenty of drinks to choose from, different canapés available each evening. The pool is good with plenty of loungers, pool area didn’t feel crowded at all. Overall the hotel is well situated.

Pleasant city stay!”
Our check in experience was very disappointing with our rooms not available until 3pm, despite having messaged the hotel in advance that we anticipating arriving at the hotel around 12.30pm and would appreciate an early check in if possible. I understand when its not possible to grant an early check in, but giving us the rooms an hour late is unacceptable. The hotel staff were very apologetic, and later offered us complimentary afternoon cakes. After that, the hotel redeemed itself and we had a lovely stay. Staff were courteous and helpful, facilities were excellent, and the rooms and views are top notch. Breakfast was good with a wide selection and the location is convenient near Asok BTS and MRT. The kids club was also well appointed and kit out with a nice selection of toys.

Amazing Experience in the heart of town”
Let's just say Carlton needs no introduction. Situated within a comfortable walk from BTS Phrom Phong, the location offers a plethora of dining and shopping choices. Hotel room was spacious, clean and luxurious. We got the pool view which was great, a luxurious pool "escapade" in the tropics set against Bangkok's concrete jungle as the backdrop. Definitely a sight to behold. Food options at the hotel was amazing as well with the revered Wah Lok Cantonese restaurant that hails from Singapore. Be sure to try out their Dim Sum if you have a thing for authentic Cantonese cuisine! You will not leave disappointed! I won't talk about service as it is impeccable. That's what every hotel with great service should uphold their standards to! Will definitely stay here again when I revisit Bangkok!

Every single person on the hotel’s staff was excellent; I can’t stress this enough. The concierge was very helpful with reservations and directions, even getting us a taxi, thank you, Mr Chang. The staff at breakfast was also very attentive, friendly and courteous. The buffet setup was immaculately clean, and the food was good. Liked the noodle soup that was served daily, the fruits, and the Asian dishes. Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea were a nice touch. The hotel was clean. The pool and gym were fantastic. Best massage at Let’s Relax. The Cooling Tower was the perfect place to unwind, good music and a great place to chill. Loved the truffle quesadilla. This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok, and I can’t wait to be back!

Didn’t realize what I was missing!”
I have stayed at a number of other hotels on Sukhumvit, but after my stay at the Carlton, I have to say this hotel takes the cake. It still feels brand new inside, incredibly clean, well maintained, so fresh. The location is excellent, in between Terminal 21 and EmQuartier, and walkable or easy BTS to Thong Lor. The staff are particularly kind, generous and welcoming. Pool area was luxe and I had no trouble getting a chair during sunset. 5/5. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

I had the chance to stay here towards the end of my trip in Bangkok. Im glad I saved the best for last. The staff is very friendly and if available they bumped us up to suite with a view overlooking the city and the pool. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. But what really stood out was their attention to detail. It felt very personalized and gave us an amazing experience. The location is also great, shopping is within walking distance as well as some popular restaurants. Will definitely stay there again.

A Great Stay in Bangkok ”
Very convenient location - close to train stations and Terminal 21. The staff is wonderful and always want to help. The high rise acility is very new and clean with nice city view. Nice breakfast buffet with variety of international buffet is served. Excellent value for staying in this hotel. The only drawback is as night approaching, the side streets just several blocks away, there were prostitutes soliciting business. Not the hotel’s fault, but the City should do something about it.
