A Good Base”
This is a good base when you want to visit the water falls, cave pools and the gatorade-colored beaches of Anda. The staff are friendly and pleasant specially Alice. Though the room rates are a bit pricey for Filipino standards, I don’t mind paying the price if I’m getting a gorgeous view, serene, relaxing, clean place to stay. The food were well prepared and the taste was not bad either (try their version of chicken inasal. It’s yummy but order ahead). There is no tv but wifi signal is fast and reliable. There is also an enticing swimming pool. My mom liked their coffee mug and asked if we can buy it. Since the mugs are limited in number, the owner instead GAVE my mom a hot/cold flask. I think that’s a very nice gesture and my mom was ecstatic. Thank you to all the staff. I hope to be back in the near future.

Absolutely amazing place to stay, highly highly recommend.”
This is an incredible, peaceful, quiet resort right on the ocean. We stayed here 8 nights straight, and barely left the place, it was just that nice. 1. The location is well away from the road, and hidden from other resorts or hotel. There are only 5 rooms so you will not be disturbed by other travelers. 2. The FOOD!! They have a huge menu, with very tasty dishes. We never needed to leave for a meal, it was a delight every time. 3. The overall facilities are very nice, and the pool is a great addition. 4. You simply walk down 10 steps and you are in the ocean. There is not a sandy beach, but you simply walk 20 metres to the next little bay and there is a sandy beach there (and a Dive shop). The 1 disadvantage of the Anda coastline is that there are a lot of rocks and sea plantlife on the sea-bed. So in low tide it is quite unsightly, & in high tide you need to be careful of stepping on sharp things. Highly recommend getting some light dive boots/shoes for when going in the ocean.

Very nice stay at Casa Amihan”
Casa Amihan is a small resort (just 5 rooms I believe), but it’s very high quality. The family room we had was lovely - very well presented, high quality fittings - great design. The food was fantastic - we ate there breakfast, lunch and dinner - great quality, good value. It was an excellent stay!

The accomodation and restaurant are both incredible. We only stayed for 3 nights but the food was great and the views from our room where breathtaking. Anda is quiet area but absolutely stunning. You will have no regrets staying at this beautiful place and the staff are extremely helpful 10/10.

Lovely hotel resort in Anda!”
We had a lovely stay! The resort is very pretty, and the staff are friendly and well-trained. It’s located in quite a remote area because it’s by a cliff and has its own beach cove. Take note that the street from the main rode, about a KM long, is not concrete. Perfect for those who want a relaxing retreat.

Quiet and superb beach for a relaxing time”
Pros: we will almost have the whole beach to yourself! Attentive staff and quiet surrounding for a good relaxing time. Cons: Housekeeping can be cumbersome and the snorkelling gears are shabby.

It’s a small and private resort. Perfect for those who want to unwind and relax away from the crowds. The food is delicious. The resort staff are very friendly, respectful, kind, and are accommodating to my requests. Highly recommended! 👍🏼

Cozy and private getaway”
We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms. Probably as good view and surroundings as you can get- amazing and truly romantic. Few rooms at the resort so you really get the “private” feeling. Kind staff who really tried their best, although we stayed over New Years and they closed the restaurant (inc bar) at 9pm and didn’t seem very keen to make an effort arranging anything for the guests. Quality of food was good but a bit pricey compared to other resorts in Anda such as Anda Cove Beach Resort (where food keeps higher quality at lower price). Overall a great stay, but having to tell the staff repeatedly (5 days in a row) that the plumbing’s in the shower are full without having it fixed until last day of stay is not ok.

Very good”
The place is nice, room is clean. The beach is nice, white sand but too bad we were not able to enjoy the beach because of strong waves. the downside of the place are the mosquitos. But overall its a good place to stay.

Overvalued. No TV for the price. Very noisy bed. Thin blankets. Sizzling pork was really bad.”
Room is small for the price. The bed makes a lot of noise when you move and blankets are thin. Do not order the sizzling pork or you'll be chewing for hours trying to eat it. I never had an unbelievably chewy pork ever. Other than that, the food is good for the price. The beach is nice. They make fresh baked bread in the continental breakfast and I love how they present the pineapple. Staff was friendly but you have to go to the restaurant to talk to a receptionist. Every time I go to the reception nobody is there.

Communication was poor prior to travel”
I did not receive any confirmation to my request for airport transfer until the day before our flight. Unfortunately, we had to cancel on the last minute due to death of an immediate family member and I phoned the property's manager to inform them ahead of time to ensure the room we booked can be still be published as vacant. I was expecting a more "human, compassionate or hospitable response" but to no avail. We usually prefer a boutique resort for a more personal experience but Casa Amihan failed to offer this. Disappointing. It does not encourage us to book again.

Lovely 3 night stay”
We really enjoyed our stay here from start to finish. We were promptly met by our friendly driver upon arrival at Tagbilaran airport who was a very good driver and driven the 1.5hrs to Casa Amihan, where we were met with a friendly welcome drink and promptly shown our room. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking the sea. It had pretty much all the amenities one could wish for, with wifi being very good, but one small thing, maybe the TV could have been a bit bigger because the room is big and the TV is somewhat far away! We chose to eat our breakfast, lunch and dinner there the majority of the time. All the staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive. The food itself was well priced, and despite not being great, wasn't bad either. There is a nice pool one can dip in right next to the restaurant, or a very short walk down to the beach if one desires. The beach itself can be a bit tricky, you can walk in and swim a bit but not too far because of the reef. Snorkel gear is provided free of charge and is definitely worth doing, as is hiring the kayak which they offer for 2hrs for free. The property is located somewhat out of Anda town, so the isolation works for it and against it. There isn't much in the way of restaurants, shops or supermarkets around at all, so you'd need to get a tricycle which is about 10min into Anda town from Amihan itself. But being isolated we found is their advantage also. It's super peaceful, quiet and relaxing. We would happily return here if we ever came back to Bohol.
