Cozy little resort in Phan Thiet”
If you long for a cozy weekend beach resort get away from Saigon then this one will be THE one! Located at the beach side 25 min south of Phan Thiet, the resort offers unique room with ocean view or pool view. The ocean view room is pretty good size and very comfortable-make sure you book this one as it's the only one! The other rooms have garden or pool view that offer peace and tranquility. Staying at the Casa Beach House, you won't have to deal with noisy tour groups, obnoxious guests that become quite common in Mui Ne-Phan Thiet nowadays. The resort is family run by a Vietnamese American couple who would treat guests like their own friends! Breakfast is simple good home cooking. With direct access to the beach, you can take a leisure walk on the beach at night, or watching the sun rise right at your doorstep!

Best beach retreat”
Casa Beach House is one of the highest rated places in Phan Thiet, and the reviews are definitely right! The villa we had was spacious and comfortably furnished, with a large open-air-ish bathroom. The resort grounds were quite pretty - flowers and greens everywhere. The beachfront is practically all yours. Nobody around. The resort owners Auntie Tina and Uncle Lee are such warm and friendly people, we loved talking with them. Wish we could have stayed longer! This place is perfect if you just want to get away from the bustle of nearby Phan Thiet city and its thousands of tourists. We'll definitely be back again soon!

Home sweet home. Location close to beach,just ten steps from bungalow. Initially booked for five nights but couldn't leave the place so extended another four nights. So comfortable stay, lot of privacy for couples, so green,beautiful and amazingly kept gardens. Smiling and always helpful staff. Now the main attraction and reason to stay at Casa is mama TINA, owner,manager,cook and anything you need is piece of cake for Tina to organize.Tina is ever smiling, full of stories and amazing pastry chef!!!! Casa is managed by Tina, Lee and three hardworking, smiling,helpful and delightful staff. Breakfast range from scrambled eggs, fried eggs, variety of fresh fruits, many kinds of fresh juices my favorite guvava and passion fruit.Every morning we wake up eager to see what Tina has baked for the day. Don't miss out on Tina's signature homemade yogurt. Omg!!!!! So delicious. Breakfast is made to order, lunch and dinner is choice from set menu, reasonably priced. Casa is 25min bus ride to supermarket in phan thiet. Bus ticket costs 35 cents Getting here from HCMC took 5-6 hrs as there's a lot of roadworks. Once we arrived the painful journey was a distant memory. It was well worth it. We are so happy we chose Casa looking forward to coming back again Thank you Tina and her three musketeers!! :-)

little Paradise”
Casa Beach House is a perfect little paradise! have created very best conditions for a relaxing holiday! They take care of everything you need and is a great Chef. The location with a garden and a small pool is very nice, the sea directly in front. We stayed in a bungalow with garden view and made us feel very good. In the area around there are small restaurants and local mini markets. We had a lot of fun with the other guests! The New Year's Eve party with buffet and karaoke was awesome! Before booking, you should notice, Casa is located south of Phan Thiet and is far from any hustle and bustle!

Perfect family holiday, with a personal touch!”
Our stay could not have been more perfect! From the moment of receiving the welcoming email from Tina and Lee the owners, to the departure it was all magnificent. The location of the hotel is perfect, 18 steps from the beach our eldest son counted and 5 steps from the pool! The staff were amazing! Tina prepared home cooked meals on a daily basis, mixing western and local foods at a drop of a hat! The staff who diligently assist, could not have been more helpful, and service with a constant smile! The massage facility was great; local tours could be arranged at ease and added to your bill, so no money was exchanged with you and the tour guide- perfect. Trips into Phan Thiet took 30 minutes by bus, which stopped right outside Casa, perfect again! The whole holiday felt like a perfect family holiday, thanks Mama Tina and Papa Lee!

Relaxed atmosphere with a homely feel”
A group of us spent the christmas holiday at Casa beach house, it was the perfect setting for a fun and relaxed celebration. We used the communal kitchen every day and would highly recommend doing a big shop in the Phan Thiet market before heading down to the accomodation. Casa beach house would also be ideal for large groups or family bookings as you would be able to book the entire place out and have it to your selves! Peaceful, beautiful, clean and tidy.”
Casa Beach House is a beautiful guesthouse-style mini-resort. The gardens and pool are very well kept. The Beach House has immediate access to a very, very quiet stretch of lovely beach! Tina and Lee are lovely hosts. We'll be going back. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts - a perfect mix of fresh fruit, bacon + eggs, and something utterly delicious that Tina just baked! (On our first morning, coconut bread, on the second, to die for carrot cake muffins). I also enjoyed Tina's chicken curry and stir-fried beef, our two dinners. If you're looking for peace, quiet and natural beauty, this is a great option. We stayed in the beach front villa which is sooo pretty and comfortable on the inside, and has a gorgeous garden/patio area with it's own sun chairs and a hammock. The other beach cottages looked lovely too. We did not want to come back to the city! Be aware, this is not a hotel with 24 hour room service - there isn't a menu with many options to order from at any time or day. My only other note is that the credit card machine wasn't working when we were there, but I'm sure that's not a long term problem. Thanks for the welcoming stay, Tina and Lee.

As close to perfect you can get!”
In few words: perfect, wonderful, fantastic, best ever! The hotel is perfect for family or romantic couples. A breathtaking garden, green and flowers, behind a wall that seperstes the hotel from the road. A few steps and through a small gate and you are right on the beach, all by you self, clean and wonderful! The garden and the pool is so well kept, clean, harmonic, quite. We stayed for a week and I think it happened three times that we were not alone in or by the pool. We stayed in the family room, our kids on second floor. The owners, Lee and Tina are perfect. They greeted us by forename when we arrived wich made us feel so welcomed. They have the perfect and impressive style and way to always look after you, your needs,your wishes, but without disturbing you. They give you a LOT of privece, but are there as fast as you need them. Tina asked us every evening what we would like for breakfast and what time. She got up early and baked us different kind of cake every morning, as extra, to have after the fantastic breakfast itself. Then she asked us every day about lunch and what we wanted for dinner. She is a great chef! Everything we ate was fantastic, the fish she made, the seafood platter, to die for. We still talk about the food, two years after. I've been to almost 30 countries, to many of them more than once. Been with my family on vacation around ten times. None of the hotels can be compared to this. The worst thing would be if this hotel expande and hot bigger. It is the smallnes and ballance that makes the hotel and staff so perfect. You become so relaxed and so well taken care of, without fealing that they are after you. After we been to Casa Beach house we compare every hotel with them, none is comparable. If I have to wright something that we didn't like it would be that the Frensh Fries were a little bit expensive, the same as in Sweden. Than you both and good luck, keep it up! Home away from home”
Casa is a home away from home. Owners, Tina and Lee are a couple, who opened this resort a year ago. They live in their house right on hotel territory and always ready to help you with various questions. From getting to station to renting a motorbike. You have a nice beach 10 meters from hotel and there is no one else on it. Only you. You can have a great massage inside Casa and cook BBQ on own kitchen. We lived there for 6 days and after 2nd we already felt ourself like in own house on a country side. There is a local bus to city that goes every 20-30 minutes. You can enjoy free and fast wifi. Many things to experience yourself - swimming pool, delicious Margarita cocktail, made by Tina, going outside on motorbike and many many more. I wish our parents will come here one day.

A true piece of paradise!”
We travelled with three small children (4 yrs, 3 yrs & 8 mths) and could not rate Casa Beach House higher. We originally intended to stay at Casa Beach House for 4 nights but stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. The owners and staff are fantastic; the pool was so clean and clear; and the food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner cooked for us very day and indulged ourselves with massages and just lazing by the pool. The owners / staff can take care of every detail for you or leave you to your own devices if you desire. Casa Beach House is the ideal place to get away from it all while still being immersed in the Vietnamese culture. We felt so relaxed and welcomed like part of the family, we look forward to returning one day in the future.

We had a great time at the Casa Beach, the personnel service and relaxing atmosphere was second to none. Lee and Tina have done a terrific job with this hotel, Tina's home cooking on both vietnamese and western dishes is cordon bleu standard. Whilst Lee, is the what can i do to make this a great holiday for you guy. Nothing is too much effort for this genuinely lovely couple. We'll be back !!

Fantastic isolated place with personal attitude”
Fantastic secret place isolated from big hotels – green flower paradise garden directly on sea beach. The hotel represents several bungalows in the middle of the garden and next to hosts’ house. The pool and summerhouse with sun loungers and hammocks were available. The hosts are locals who used to live in US for about 30 years, so both speak English. We stay as a group of friends with two kids and the hosts could not be more helpful – they helped with every single thing and were available all the time. Tina cooked fantastic Vietnamese home food and some standard European breakfasts upon your requests. Various types of massage were also available. The hotel has just been opened, clean and fresh. Special thanks for incredible sea food, frogs and chicken BBQ nights! The beach beside the hotel is desolate so we had our personal bit of beach and ocean. Another great experience (especially for the kids) was digging out the sea clams (sometimes in company of local kids) –prepared a great rice-clams soup afterwards. We will absolutely sure come back!

a wonderful stay that you will never regret”
Perfect design of the greenery and gardening, that we can enjoy sun bath but escape from sunburn, so relax to catnap in the hammock along poolside, with close walking distance to the remote beach, our Villa Number # 4 equipped an open air toilet that we can watch the stars and listen to sounds of nature, what a indescribable feelings. Tina and Lee, operator of the Guesthouse are both very helpful and friendly. Tina is super chef and provide variation of breakfast and on the menu with different seafood, so so delicious and fresh. Many good places for relaxing, i love the most the terrace with the fantastic ocean view on daytime and a super view in the stars at night. They offer traditional massage and treatments for a fair price, the vietname massage is really great, you can book it easy on the day you want. Tina and Lee arrange a wonderful paradise here with only 8 bungalows. thousends thanks Tina and Lee for being your guests on our honeymoon; we enjoy every day so much and for sure we are coming back.

Place to relax”
The resort was small but boutique and private. Rooms were decorated with lovely nice stuffs. However the air-conditioner did not work well during hot season so we felt not much comfortable. Pool was clean. Beach was long and clean too. All made our stay very relaxed and unforgettable. Mrs. Tuyet & Mr. Phuoc, resort owners are very kind and helpful, they also cook very well. We spent only 1 night and felt regret to leave it. We will come back again.

ideal escape for couplem loving peace beach relax ”
We booked 2 nights at Case for the beach front house with hope to have a short Christmas escape from noisy Saigon . My son suprised when entered the house "Why no tivi?". And he realized that it's even more interesting than TV with the 2 big screens (windows) seeing directly the beach with nice scenes: sunset, sunrise, fishing boats passing by... Very nice garden; small but lovely swimming pool; warmly welcomed and taken care by Mrs. Tuyet and Mr. Phuoc - resort owner - that we had the feeling as if we were at home. We did enjoy and decide to extend 1 more night. Will come back again for sure.

A Quiet Paradise”
Memorable and relaxing. Most beautiful beach with huge crabs on its beach. Plentiful of live shells along its coast. Very near to Ke Gia Lighthouse and Taku Mountain. Local bus stop in front of resort. Lady host cooks great food and is super nice to everyone. Going back soon =)

Secluded and quiet”
We really enjoyed our stay. We wanted to stay away from the crowds and just go where our kids could play on the beach, so this was perfect. Our room was family friendly and the gardens/patio were great for the kids too. If we didn't have the kids it would have been a great romantic getaway!

My best vacation ever”
My family and I have had a wonderful time together when we were here. I love this small hotel with cozy place, clean sand and you can enjoy the whole day with the beach, catching shell and cook it yourself. Three days is not enough for me, I will come back and stay a whole week. I love this place.
