Nice stay”
The room was so spacious and clean. Satisfied, best stay for new year eve. The breakfast was also delicious and we enjoyed it. Only thing is the front desk staff is not cheerful at all. An indian lady, she can at least smile and greet, not just showing us her grumpy face as if we owe her money. Other than that, everything is fine...

3 Adults & a 3yo child. Stayed 1 night. Attended a function in the hotel hall. Stayed in a Double Deluxe & Standard Twin. Spacious room, good view, very helpful front desk. Room is clean, has all the required amenities. Points to note. 1. Music from function hall can be heard on the 4th floor. 2. Swimming pool is outside the hotel. Requires some walking and its not covered, susceptible to rain. 3. Breakfast menu is fully local dishes. Overall a very good experience and highly recommended.

Very satisfied with the stay at Casa Bonita on New Year 2023. Was late for check in around 12am because we are heading to KL from JB. Had decided for a last min booking for hotel with breakfast(so that no need go out to look for food especially on the holidays day). Never dissapointed us with this hotel. Reached at middle of the night and had our supper at the malay stall right in front of the hotel(food was delicious with cheap price). Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Water dispenser is right in front of the lift to our room which was very convenient. Check-in and check-out time only need 2-3 minutes and that was absolutely good. Location is a bit far from city. Totally recommended for those who dont want to

Hotel quality as good as 4 star”
A great location and hotel was clean, beautiful and tastefully decorated. Very spacious too, bigger than we expected. Only comment is on the breakfast set up at the Cafe, I feel it can be better managed. And the food was quite disappointing. There were no cereals available, egg which is a primary breakfast option for most people was not available and even the billed egg for the nasi lemak had run out when we arrived for breakfast slightly after 9am. The worst was the chicken rendang was undercooked and still raw. If not for a lousy breakfast experience I would rate this hotel very highly.

The room is spacious and comfortable for us.. we definitely will stay at this hotel if we come to Malacca again. Easy to find food if you stay here. You can get breakfast, lunch and dinner just across the street if you don't want to go far.

Suprisingly good place to stay. Smooth check-in. Room was clean, complete with toiletries, and clean bedsheets. Soundproofing is moderate; can heard traffic nearby. Overall good.
