Not for family who is there in Makkah for Umrah”
Shuttle service is so unacceptable that we along with my 6-year-old son had to wait in gallery for 1 hour for them to get a service and there was return service, and they have only 5 times service in 24 hrs which is also a namesake. No Buffet breakfast and they are least bothered for your satisfaction. Staff was trying to help but they were very unprofessional. The only good thing was room was very good with clock tower view.

New, Clean, really 4 star but far from Haram”
Friendly staff, Big hotel, good food, neat and clean rooms, confortable Bed but far from haram. They have only 1 bus going to hara, half hour before every salah and you r at your own to come back by taxi (for us taxi charged 50 riyals). Also the hotel have on about 25-30 car parkings which was always full. So usually the car needs to be parked far away and one has to walk back to hotel. And lastly, No one from the hotel reception picks your phone if you call them prior to arrival. Overall, I won't recommend this hotel for elderly people or who r looking to male multiple trips to Haram. Good only for cost saving. All the best and have an Umrah Mabroor In Sha Allah.

When we were trying to check in, the receptionist won’t let us in due to overbooked/unavailability! When I was trying to contact Agoda, the hotel didn’t respond to them, and I ended up taking our room when the manager was called.

Far from Haram”
Location was not clear at the time of booking, not suggested on the seasonal period, specially with children, you have to wait for the bus and also bus drops far from Haram. Hotel excellent Location Bad

Good hotel but far from center ”
Overall it was a good hotel but because its far without proper transportation it gets negative point. Taxi drivers dont know the location so I suggest the hotel prints the map at the back of key. can also add one more bus for Masjid ul haram. Travellers like me who r on low budget with superior standards will chose this hotel.

Stay Disappointed”
Disappointed. Given rooms to people who paid at the hotel and ignoring the ones who did already. the name was confirmed by the staff unfortunately preferred their friends and the ones who is having a recommendation. I will never use it again as well as never recommend it to friends in future.

Staff are not professionals”
Receptionists are lacked of hospitality professionalism and they are so lazy, careless, ignorant. The check-ins procedures take at least 40 minutes to 1 hour. The hotel car park doesn't belong to the hotel , it is considered as a public park so that your car can be pulled by traffic authorities anytime without prior alert. If i am given another chance to get into this hotel absolutely would not accept it at all.

Never go to this hotel ”
I went with family and kids. This hotel writes in the web 2 kids are included with the booking but they are charging for breakfast for kids. There is no bus service to Al Haram even though it is very far away from Haram. Taxi from Haram charge 50 SR to reach this hotel as they cannot find the way properly even with location. when we check out they are charging 10 % taxes which is not included in the rate mentioned on website. Even they dont keep tea bags and sugar in the room. They are so cheap people. I recommend never visit this Hotel again. Dont ever go by the shining of this hotel.

Pros: Nothing Cons: 1- Rude and unprofessional staff 2- Pathatic management 3- Dirty room at check in and no cleaning in second day stay 4- Food no much option and tasteless and costly 5- Nothing nearby 6- Bus service provided during Ramzan but never came on time at the end wasted time and money in taxi 7- 2 night stay but getting calls that I have to check out in 1 day 8- Stay near to haram even if hotel is 2-3 star
