    Brilliant location. Dong the receptionist speaks English. He was excellent. He has booked the day cruise, return to Hanoi and guided for day sightseeing with map. He also guided to the only ATM and good restaurants. Room view was good. Breakfast was not good.

    The Hotel rooms were ok. The hotel is on the center do IT was really convenient. We could rent a motorbike at the hotel which was also nice. At the time of our stay the hotel restaurant was closed. The reception didnt look as we were expecting From the photos. We asked for a refund and there was no problem with it. The receptionist guy was really kind, helpfull, spoke good English and made no issue when we wanted to have a refund.
