Huge room and just next to Fairy stream”
The room is so nice! Huge! You could literally throw a party it is so big. And you have A/C and Fan so you can choose. Also big bathroom with shower. The hosts are lovely. I booked the wrong date and they still had room for us. We would definitely stay here again. Best value for money. Fairy streams are just next door and the beach is reachable within 3 minutes.

Exceptional”
Room looks exactly as the pictures located in a peacful location and little far from main town. Huge room in comparison with the price. Very clean, helpful staff with almost all the basic amenities. lady was very helpful, she rented the motorbikes at a lower price too. Definitely a place to stay!!

Very affordable, clean and the lady that works in the reception is suuuuuuper nice. The beach across the street is not good but that’s not their fault and I knew that already.

Pros: huge room, very clean; for breakfast I highly recommend Benys Cafe (very friendly lady prepares wonderful breakfast and shakes). Room was very quiet, bed hard but I like that Cons: for those are only into sunbathing it’s not directly at the beach but also not far at

simple, clean, cheap”
Visited this hotel in low season so there wasn't much to do in the city. We got a very big room with view in the direction of the ocean. The people are very nice, rooms was cleaned, good price, quiet place. Rented a scooter without problems. Was an oldy, but that is why it was cheap. Only thing is that the warm water depends on solar heating, and there wasn't much sun in beginning of july, so we had some cold water. Don't bother to visit Mui Ne in low season (July), too much rain.

Simple but good”
We stayed here a short time, the room was really big + a balcony. Breakfast is not included and you should walk a bit to get breakfast. But the staff welcomed us and gave us a good vibe while being there. I would recommend it if you stay there for like 1/2 nights.

Beautiful Hotel with Extra Conveniences”
It is more of a hotel than a guest house. The room was beautiful, although it did smell musty when I first arrived. But after opening the window and turning on the air conditioner, the smell went away. The room had a rack for hanging and drying clothes. There were many hooks in the bathroom and the room itself for extra space. The male owner was really friendly and pleasant. As for the location, it is right across the fairy stream entrance and very near the red sand dunes. It is on the main road, making it easy to take the bus to other parts in the area. It is a 15-minute walk to Ham Tien/Each market where one can get delicious food and fruits for cheap in the morning. It is also close to Mui Ne market. However, the guest house has an ant problem, so one has to be extra careful about jettison leftover food. Overall, I would recommend this place.

The room is clean and with a very good price. The staff are very nice and friendly. They have scooter rental service and a small convenience store in front. The location is right at the entrance of Suoi Tien (Fairy Stream) and the beach is right across the road.

Lovely place in Mui Ne, it looks just like it does in the pictures. Really clean and spacious. Great value for money. Really nice and helpful staff. Almost directly opposite the entrance to the Fairy Stream and within walking distance to the food court.

Perfect location, just in front of the beach and right next to Suoi Tien river. You can even see the river and the hills from the balcony. Morning walk there was so comfortable. Many good restaurants nearby and rental motor bike right in front. Complicated communication in English may be difficult but they were so nice and there was no problem.

A fantastic location and a wonderful host”
We stayed for 2 nights with our 3 children and had s wonderful time. We felt very welcome and our host took great care of us. The location was idea. We walked across the road to tgr entrance of Fairy stream where we walked to the waterfall and back in the morning. Then we had time for a rest and nap in our room before our jeep tour of the fishing village and dunes in the afternoon. There was a fantastic restaurant across the road where we enjoyes some of the best food we've had in Vietnam. And, the juices and shakes are super cheap and delicious also. We'd absolutely recommend this quiet, spotlessly clean guesthouse to other families too

A really pleasant stay”
It was a really pleasant stay with all things around, the Fairy Stream is right around and you may take the bus route no.1 to Red Sand Dune or simply join the jeep tour to the sand dunes. Rooms are tidy and clean with a wide balcony for the natural breeze and stars. One of the staff can communicate in English, but that's okay to be back to our body language. A really pleasant stay for 3 nights!

Worth the money but consider if you expect good time at beach”
The hotel was worth the money, clean, large bedroom and very near Fairy Stream and also close to other tourist services such as seafood restaurants or market, and of course to the sea, which is just across the street. What made it less enjoyable was that the sea was not clean at all. I don't know in other season it maybe better or not, but when I stayed there in mid June, it was unacceptably dirty and because of that time at the beach was not enjoyed to the fullest.

nice quiet hotel away from main tourist area ”
Very nice room but mattress was a little hard for me. Staff were nice but I only saw 2 females the whole time. Some building going on so no real reception. It would have been nice to have breakfast included as finding somewhere to eat early in the morning wasn't easy. I liked that it was away from main tourism area.

There are some basic maintenance to be done periodically for example my room aircon is not cold means lack of TOP up gases or services? Otherwise nothing else nice staffs will come again and stay here
