Good 3-star hotel for the price. Staff is friendly. Room is tidy, large bathroom with a bathtub. Good breakfast on a roof terrace. Conveniet location in a town centre near a pier where ships from Haiphong arrive.

Quiet location of the main street”
We choose this hotel for it's location off the main Street, and a suite to get a sea view. For a few extra dollars it was worth having more room and windows that opened for the breeze. Breakfast was very limited, but enough to start the day. There are so many restaurants nearby. The reception staff are helpful and friendly and always ready to offer suggestions for activities and tours.

I was there for just one night, and for such a short time its almost ok. Don't expect for any luxury, even if u choose for a deluxe room. When we arrived there, the rooms were not cleaned yet, so we had to wait about 20 min. One of their bigest problem was cleaning, the lobby was very dirty, not to mention that acrros the street there was another hotel in building progress, so we had a lot of noise. If u want to stay longer in catba, its not really the best hotel that u cant find there.If u r on low budget and not expecting for much, i could say that its ok.

Very nice and friendly staff, wifi is weak and hotel is across Rose bar playing douf douf music until 1 am. Ok for solo trav. or couples but not for families with young kids. Hotel is well located a bit away from the cheap backpackers area.

we arrived after a hell journey to a hotel we understood would be good and we had prebooked and paid. On arrival we were told they had already booked our room and they arranged us another hotel. They offered to transfer us on motor bike (OUr bags and all!) but I have a broken leg and cannot ride a bike so they then said they would call a taxi but we would have to pay!!! In addition to this the power was off and no generater going. The other hotel was a better position but noisy and there was supposed to be breakfast but even an hour before close off time, it had all been eaten. Price for a following night was $80.00 which was $5 dearer than the private resort over the hill so we went back to Princess to find their 'special rate' was $75 (down a side street and quite old) So we had to search around and find something else which we did and the new hotel was great at $30 a night beach front and clean and pleasant, just two doors down from the one we had had on the first night. when entering it looks fine. However, It was horrific, the willingness of the hotel to allow other guests on the 6th floor to leave their tv on and door open whilst chatting at top of their lungs. So, although the room was fine, the hotel itself was a disaster zone. we did not stay to try breakfast.

bad service, worse rooms, awful stay”
Received key without any word - nothing about breakfast, welcome... First room was not used for months, half of the furniture removed; batteries, dirt on the ground, dirty linen. After long discussion (they did not understand why we complain) we could change the room. The second room had a constantly wet floor and water running down the walls, smelled musty. Very noisy Overall worst 'hotel'/place we ever stayed in.

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut. Unser Zimmer hatte große schwarze Schimmelflecken an der Decke.. Das Bad war fehlkonstruiert, dadurch immer unter Wasser und hatte den Standard der 70er Jahre. Das Frühstück wurde von Tag zu Tag dürftiger.

het hotel heeft een prachtige uitstraling aan de buitenkant. bij binnenkomst slaat de schrik je toe, wat een ongelooflijke rommeligheid. maar bij binnenkomst van je kamer krijg je een heel goed gevoel, de kamer ziet er luxe en voldoende groot uit. de volgende ochtend schrik je wel als blijkt dat de afvoer van het bad ook bijna de hele badkamervloer onder water zet. het ontbijt is goed, het was wel een hele klim naat de eetzaal.

Kỳ nghỉ thành công. Định đặt 7 phòng ở KS này nhưng nhìn điểm đánh giá thấp nên hơi lăn tăn đặt sang KS khác. Vì ko đủ phòng ở KS khác nên đặt thử 2 phòng ở khách sạn này => phòng rất OK với giá tiền, đặc biệt là nhà tắm sạch sẽ rộng rãi=> đánh giá trên mạng chưa chắc đã chuẩn xác. Tuy nhiên buffet ăn sáng của KS hơi nghèo nàn và khẩu vị không ngon lắm.
