Beautiful! Heaven on Earth”
BEAUTIFUL!!! HEAVEN ON EARTH I had the pleasure of staying at the best resort I have ever stayed in. We were there for 3 nights and it was worth it. The resort is very well managed and maintained and would definitely come back and refer everyone to visit this place. The staff were the best, the place was the best too, I never thought you could have everything all in one but I guess you can in Cauayan. JB our pick up and drop off person to and from the airport was one of the nicest human being. We did the one of the tours with the resort and OMG, we got the a VIP treatment from the music on the boat, food served (fresh) and the snorkelling tricks and shows done by Jeremiah and David (I think). The restaurant servers were also great, especially Mercy, her customer service is great, not only does she have the knowledge but she has the heart of someone who cares for customer satisfaction. We saw the owner of the resort, who seemed very down to earth. I believe that the staff are the best they can be because of its owner, so thank you. The only area where we felt has room for improvement is the food. The food was great and all but there is a bit of room for improvement. The staff – no room for improvement because they are simply just the best. So to the owner of the Cauayan Resort and its beautiful and warm hearted staff, we thank you for the memorable 3 nights we had. We were only in the Philippines for 12 days and did not regret staying at your resort for all those 3 nights. Oh lastly, the massage area was too beautiful, you can see fish and baby shark swimming while we were having our massages…. OMG such a beautiful experience. Thanks again, Christlane & Mannu

Stunning view with wonderful staff”
This place is top notch, we were expecting this place to be really good when we were booking it but it definitely exceeded our expectations! Most important for us was how friendly and professional the staff were. They are over the top and make you feel really welcome there. The only downside is the lack of activities, if you are enjoying kayaking or paddle boarding you cant pass the entrance are due to strong waves and also the water is too shallow which basically makes it impossible to swim. But again the place and the view is top notch. Highly recommended!!

Phenomenal Experience - Can't wait to go back”
WOW - what an amazing vacation! Everything from the pickup in El Nido to the reception, the food and accommodating my gluten-free needs, the pool, beach and views, the staff - every single thing was top-notch. We stayed in an over-the-water cabana and it was 5-star - the bed was very comfortable, the shower always had hot water, the outdoor shower was perfect - the deck loungers were a great way to welcome the day and end the night. We could have watched movies, but never used the TV. The bluetooth speaker was a nice touch! All the staff was incredible! I cannot thank the chefs enough for ensuring I could eat - and all the meals were delicious! We ventured on an island-hoping tour led by Clent and Ian - it was an unforgettable day. From Joey the bartender who made my favorite drink, to Joe, Randy, Mark, Aya , & JB! All were so kind. The spa experience was perfect! The location is remote and the WiFi is fast! We can't wait to go back!

Amazing Resort, must Experience ”
We stayed in the Bay View Villa and IMO it’s the top spot to stay in on the entire resort. The view from the private pool is amazing. Max occupancy on the resort is 80. 180 staff and all that we met were extremely nice. I’ll come back again for sure.

Where to begin? Everything here just blows your mind. Most notably the staff, ALL of them, just make you feel so welcome and have a smile on 24/7. The food is out of this world and they have a large range of international dishes away- all of them 10/10. Will definitely be coming back and recommend to all friends and family.

The art of laid back luxury personified ”
This place is absolute heaven. The perfect private island getaway, surround yourself with incredible nature, adventure activities or easy going cocktails by the pool or on the beach. Great selection of food that’s well executed, fab cocktails, chilled out ambience! Staff are all fantastic and attentive, and they show dedication to their craft. One downside is possibly the pricing for drinks and meals, as well as activities but likely due to the remote location and accessibility. 10/10 would highly recommend to any couple travelling to PH.

Everything in this resort is perfect. The staff is just perfect helpful and nice. beautiful beach with the best snorkling site in El Nido (much better then tour a,b,c,d). The food is very good with alot of options for vegeterian and vegan and the chef will do everything to make you happy. Rooms are clean and beautiful. Free snorkling equipment and kyak.

We really enjoyed 4 nights stay. Definitely will be back again and recommend to our friends. All staffs were so friendly and polite. The only little thing is about the WiFi, not strong. But I guess the holiday means for relax and stay away from devices. Btw, Spa is a Must try.

Perfect for those romantic getaways! Pricey but avail their tour packages! Worth the money. The staff are super nice and the place is just gorgeous! Their food is great! We stayed at the Water Villa and request for the room 1 if you want the best view in the Water Villa. We highly recommend this place and for sure we'll be coming back next year with our families.

Perfect stay for a few days to relax”
Hotel tranfer is for free but only to specific times between 9am and 2:30pm, otherwise you will be charged. It was also difficult to get in contact with the hotel to organize the transfer. So better arrange it early. The stuff of the hotel is extremly friendly and helpful. Also the location and the facilities are exceptional. The breakfast is very delicious and included in the room. The room has everything you need and the bed is very comfortable as also the lounge at the terrasse. All in all it was a perfect stay on our Honeymoon. Thank you very much!
