Exceptional”
I have to upgrade my room in order to be assigned a connected room, otherwise the hotel is great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice, except the design of the shower room, the sink and toilet were not so great!! We stayed in the hotel for dinner buffet in the first night, and they have no drinks provided at all, not even water or tea. I accept that any soft drinks or alcoholic drinks need to be paid...but even a glass of water. There are few massage shops nearby which I would recommend. They are cheap and very good!!

Beautiful view”
We highly enjoyed our staycation here. Our almost 2 year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed the facilities here. The kids slides and adult slides were great for all of us. The slow river was good fun too. She also enjoyed sitting at the pool bar, jumping off the sunken chair into the water while we enjoyed a cool drink. We were impressed by all the lovely flora which helped hide the water slides and make it look more natural. The kids club really made her day, allowing her to play with all the plastic toys in there with other kids. The only thing was that her foot got caught in a pothole near the lap pool and scratched her ankle, but nothing to bad that a little TLC couldn't fix. Sunsets by the pool or from our room's balconies were really stunning, despite some monsoon clouds :)

This resort was more than we could have hoped for and we wish we were able to stay longer! Every single person who worked for the hotel was so nice and eager to help with anything we needed. The hotel, room, grounds, pools, and beach were awesome! Each day we found something new about the hotel and had a great time laying out and sunbathing. The breakfast was top notch also. Bring your appetite because there is so much to eat and try. I cannot recommend this resort enough. It's perfect!

Highly recommended for families who want to enjoy both the pool and the ocean. The view from the hotel room is amazing with a great view of the Pattaya sea. The pool area is very large and safe for even small children to enjoy. The food at the hotel is very good. We ate breakfast, lunch, and dinner all in the hotel and all the food was very good quality. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I would like to stay here again.

We'd been there in last week of April 2019. Amezing place with lot's of things to do inside resort only. beautiful location, plenty of game options, water pool, huge choice of food and drinks. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. they give me early check in in very early possible way. Reception is always ready to plan and help you in your rides. great place and will recommend to stay. This hotel has always been on my list of hotels to stay at. Seamless check in and very comfy rooms. Very well appointed. Terrific view of the ocean. Food was good although the wagyu burger was a bit bland. Asked for more drinking water from room service and 2 extra bottles was promptly provided (I drink a lot of water). All in all, huge grounds, but shame I didn’t check out the pool. Would def stay again.

Very cool newly built kids club at Centara Mirage (Lost World Adventure Land) with sky trail, trampolines, jungle gym, cafe and indoor movie theatre (350 baht per child per day). Totally worth it! Highly recommend other than the usual swimming pools, water slides, lazy river and scrumptious breakfast 😄 Staff are always so friendly and attentive. Only local and expat tourism at the moment so everyone very polite and considerate of each other.

This hotel has a great position on the beach...it’s a big resort designed with families , lots of entertainments. Although I was alone..I managed to find a few quiet corners but not for long. Beach is lovely but very small so very busy. Quality of room and staff was excellent as was the food. Breakfast had a quality choice but of course very very crowded.

We really enjoyed staying here for 2 nights. The room is big and good panoramic view from the balcony. The water park is so amazing, Kids will love it for sure. One thing that's can improve is the shower zone in the room is so little .

For our recent 5 night Krabi trip we spent 2 nights here and 3 nights at Villa Cha Cha. This hotel was more expensive but far superior in terms of facilities and service. Our hotel rooms were right beside the pool so our little kids could just swim out from the room (I never realized how convenient this is). The food at the restaurant was ok, a little expensive, but the breakfast buffet was excellent. The beach access was also very convenient and the best thing was the service of the staff. They were all cool, calm and very polite. Most of all they were helpful as opposed to the staff at Villa Cha Cha who always made us feel like we were disturbing them from their 'duties'. Also, my kids loved the bunk beds in the room. Nice touch!
