Paradise Found”
This was my second time staying at the Centara. They have won me over from the other nearby competing properties. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything you need to for a pleasant stay. The property is right on the beach and has 2 pools to meet all your H20 needs! Breakfast options are plentiful and the dinner menu makes people from other hotels come to eat here. The staff are friendly with superb service levels for all areas. Look forward to returning!

Thoroughly Impressed”
We went during the monsoon season and it rained like mad. That didn't stop us from having a great time. The staff were 5 star all the way. We rented motor bikes and during one of the major down pours, our bikes became stuck in a flooded area after a retaining wall at another property failed and flooded our lot. The staff retrieved the motor bikes and assisted us in getting them running again. That's service! A bridge between us and the ferry pier had partially washed out. The staff made sure we'd be able to depart (with some added adventure) and provided transport to where we were to walk across a makeshift bridge to our original transport companies van. Now that's dedicated Thai service. Above and beyond! The hotel property is huge and gorgeous. We each stayed in our own Villas and thoroughly enjoyed them.

Wonderful stay in green season”
It's best if you have car to travel around koh Chang otherwise taxi is available. We have been there 5 days during the rainy season but it never rained but because of strong wind there are some redflag warning for swimming in the ocean. The hotel is nice and spacious but there was lots of bug which I got bitten on many spot but my family are fine though so just a warning to those of sensitive skin. Breakfast is ok but when you stay there for 5 days it gets a bit of boring. Staff is super nice and friendly. Location wise I think the hotel located on a very nice quite beach.

Wonderful Place”
I am currently staying here for 10 days as I recover from a leg injury and am relying on crutches. Firstly, the hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. I am staying in a deluxe villa and it is fantastic. Because of my disability the hotel upgraded me to this room which was very kind and much appreciated. The staff I have been extremely helpful and kind to me throughout my stay. The breakfast is nice, as well. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Ko Chang and this is, by far the very best I have been in. Highly recommended.

Wonderful weekend in Centara Kho Chang”
We came for 3 nights; 2 adults and a 5 years old daughter. We loved every minute in this wonderful resort. The staff are friendly and professional. The pools are superb and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We made lots of new friends.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. Very relaxing experience. Excellent restaurant, very nice rooms. I preferred the upstairs room rather than the ground floor one. It is a beautiful walk crossing the tropical garden every day when you go to the beach or the restaurant (which is on the beach). Very nice big gym and a second pool close to it. Free beach towels. Best resort”
Impressed by this resort. Service is perfect, resort is hige full of plants, gardens and trees very well maintained. There are 2 pools including 1 next to the hotel beach. The rooms are spacious and well designed. The resort is located in an area where you can find shops and restaurants. It is a pitty I only stayed 1 night. I will definetely go back longer.

Nice and clean property with big variety of the facilities and events”
We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. It has scheduled events for adults and kids, most of them are free including yoga, aqua aerobic, soccer, painting for kids and more. Beach is clean and very close, also there are 2 pools with nice equipment. The property is located to the walking distance to restaurants, 7 Eleven and other shops. Also from 16.00 till 18.00 pool bar has happy hour with 50% discount to popular drinks!

Nice spot by the sea”
Beach is good but does have fair amount of coral. Only hotel I have stayed that required guests to use masks in dining room. Charged ridiculous amount of money to rent kayaks so we didn’t . Breakfast was ample but bacon and eggs are all cooked ahead of time so not the best. Nice pools and awesome workout room. Mattresses were not comfortable and bungalows lacked sufficient lighting. Nice landscaping and the place is huge.

Pros great atmosphere staff very kind Things to be careful about older people you have to do lots of walking also in fine weather great but in wet weather and around the pools very slippery you have to be very careful noneslip paint would not go amiss.

Plus: Beach, swimming pools and landscape are incredible. Great jungle design - you can walk and enjoy the island. We were surprised to get Deluxe Cottage and it was a very cool holiday for 3 night <3 Minus: food at the beach restaurant is not yummy at all and it's very expensive for this tasty. It doesn't matter you order Thai or European food. I think they have to review their menu and chefs who cook otherwise we just ate once time and after that, we went to neighbours restaurants on the street where it was cheaper and tasty. But bar cocktails were pretty good during 50% promotion. Passionfruit Margarita is a must-try lol

Everything you need to relax and do nothing! ”
Lovely teak lodge style rooms that were clean and spacious. The small beach is fantastic with SUP and kayak rental options. The pool is large with huge pool towels provided. Breakfast was very good with a good range of different options. A lovely hotel to relax and enjoy the holiday!
