Staff were the most courteous that you could possibly meet, From the swimming pool bar waitress (Ann) to the room cleaner ( Sa) , nothing was a problem to them , they helped out with anything you asked ,the food was out off this World , and if you wished, you could have a cookery course everyday , Heaven in Thailand, this is the place to be .

Loved the Balcony, Pool & Location!! Front of house/regular Staff were “basically”non-existent. (I understand it’s still Covid times) Housekeeping was great. Breakfast was Mediocre. Expected more for a 4* hotel.

The overall cleanliness really stands out here. Comfortable rooms, great pool and fitness center. Very good restaurant. Breakfast included is a great choice. Helpful staff! I will be a return customer, and look for the Centera name in future travels.

It is one of the best properties in pattaya. I have stayed here for 6 times before this trip. this is my favourite hotel. very very friendly and helpful staff. Pros: friendly, knowledgeable staff. Housekeeping staff smiles so much! Very clean property and rooms. Comfy bed, great AC. Love the rooms. Beautiful pool, very nice fitness center, and nice restaurant. Cons: it seems that in trying to adhere to the "new normal", a few staff members may be under pressure to perform, and forget to display genuine friendlyness/kindness. A smile goes a long way, but a stressed person cannot smile genuinely. ** I will be a return customer, and look for the Centera name in my travels.

The reception- breakfast room- swimming pool- maintenance staff etc. are excellent. Some amenities need improvement/repair. The toilet seats in my 2 rooms were completely lose/poorly attached, the area under the fittings were dirty. The bathroom ventilators didn't work, the mini-bar fridges had no shelves. The staff responded quickly and did what they could. The bathroom ventilator system needs an overhaul (perhaps costly). The pool, rooms, furnishings, beds etc. are still as great as 2 1/2 years ago.

I am very happy with the hotel and will stay there again. The stars of the property are their friendly (always smiling staff, from the maid to the desk) and the location. The room was nice to very nice. The restaurant was OK to good, but a little expensive compared to other places. The only negative was the internet. I could not connect in my room. I prepared for this based on other reviews before going and did my internet through tethering on my phone.

Good central location, quiet area at night, good size room with comfortable bed/ pillows and well equipped bathroom. Good pool. Unfortunately during our stay hotel was popular with mostly youngish male tour groups, noisy and inconsiderate of other guests, mainly from India. Would stay elsewhere next time rather than have same experience.
