Excellent food”
The room was really comfortable with a relaxing garden view. The trees in the resort were nicely placed, the whole place feels very cozy. The breakfast is amazing as always, Centara hotels always live up to their standards. They had a great variety of food and most of them were decent if not delicious. The dinner buffet with free-flow drinks was really worth it. The pool area is suitable for young children. The spa was also really nice. All the staff members from spa workers to food caterers in the dining toom were extremely well trained and had a great service mindset. They also allow dogs to stay here and provide freshly cooked food for them. If your dogs are not used to plain chicken meat you might want to pack some extra food options. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Great room, excellent food.

Best hospitality & atmosphere”
Without doubt one of my best favorite hotels I stayed during my vacation time Jomtien! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel as well as restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had four great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The other day, we did a roaming inside city with a motorbike rented from hotel it was in a reasonable rate, (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed swimming pool inside hotel & its atmosphere. The atmosphere was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in evening / night in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural sea bath on the end was a great way to end the journey. Note, this is not a 5-star hotel but the ovarall-atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

The price fluctuates a lot depending when you book it. It was fully booked when we were there. As in any busy hotel, there are always some inevitable hiccups--delay, long lines, etc. One of their staff, Top Gun, is always there with a smile and is ready to help. Nothing is too much. With staff like that, you tend to overlook everything else that wasn't right. He is an asset to the hotel and we were grateful for him being there.

staff is good manner , helpful and very friendly /we stay in the /family residence room ,which is very good spacious room a king bed with a Bunk bed , our kids love the bunk bed so much , It's quite fun for kids to sleep in the buck bed. Restaurant is very good, breakfast is good, variety of foods also serve with Thai food. The dinner Buffet ,Sat only ,is good plenty of seafood, Shrimp , Rock lobster , mussel, Shells.

Great bed, had room with bad air con . Noise from young kid. From adjoining room door. First night they immediately upgraded me to 1 bedroom suite on top floor. Staff was great, very clean. It’s at a part of beach that’s not busy or much around. But hotel shuttles every hour til 8pm to beach road. Where you can get on baht bus and get to the action and eating choices. Great pool and property all together

(+) - parking space - clean room with balcony - staff (-) - Delay check-in (not have enough manpower) - Swimming pool and pool area need to renovate (old and rusty) - not close to the beach but they do have shuttle and scooter for rent

Friendly staff + also pet friendly with extra fee”
The hotel seems close to the beach but no way to get there without using vehicles or hotel’s buggy (run twice a day in September 2022) The hotel is pet friendly (10kg max) with extra charge(500THB/doggo), better contact hotel DIRECTLY in advance so they can put you in designated buildings. Dog can’t swim in the pool but can walk around on leash, also can join your outdoor table during breakfast.
