I had booked my hotel for 4 nights but due to loosing my passport in Makkah I was only able to stay one night at this hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm which would have been my last night there as I was due to fly out the next day. The check in was prompt there was a slight delay as the guy who was to check me in was having his evening meal. I was told to go upstairs to the M floor and show him my booking print out. I did not get his name but he was extremely welcoming and said that he was eating and he would be with me in 5 mins and also asked me to help myself to the buffet food that was laid out. I declined but have to say was really touched by his kind gesture. We got checked in and had no issues whatsoever despite checking 3 days later. The room was excellent and had clean through out. It was very good sized room and was given a king size bed and was asked if this was ok as we had a 15 month old child. We agreed to this even though they said they can offer us room with an additional single bed. The breakfast was good and was varied to suit different tastes. As my wife was upstairs in the room with my child the guy agreed for me to take some breakfast upstairs as we didn't want to disturb our sleeping child. It's a shame I was only there for one night but would have no qualms in recommending this to anyone as rates for the room was very competitive. The checkout time was 2pm but the guys at the hotel were really understanding when I told them if it was ok to check out at 4pm as my baby was asleep for his afternoon nap. They did not have an issue with this at all. The only downside thing would be the wifi access as it is only restricted to the lobby. For a size and standard of this hotel I would have expected wifi to be across all floors. The small cafe/shop area in the reception floor was pricey to say the least. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the staff at the hotel could communicate in English.

We booked a two night stay through Agoda in a family room with four beds at the Anwar Al Madinah Moevenpick Hotel in August this year. Check in was quick, efficient and friendly. Room was lovely and clean and beds were comfortable. AC was cool, thankfully. Loved the colour tones of brown and grey decor – calming. From our room, we could catch a side view of the entrance to the Masjeed and was thrilled at how close it was. Breakfast was good – the usual mix of western and middle eastern fare. The best part was how near we were to Masjeed Nabawi. Literally a few steps away from the hotel. Also, there’s a Bin Dawood (Supermarket, bit like Tesco) within the hotel building which was super convenient.

I have been regular to Madinah since last few years. I have stayed at different hotels in central area. All the central area hotels are good location since Masjid Nabwi is just a short stroll. In terms of facilities, cleanliness, housekeeping, food - Rove Hotel was one of the best. It is expensive though. Once I was in there, I could figure out it was worth money spent.

This hotel is the best. The location is amazing it's close to ladies gate at harem and mens only, only 100 meters away. And close to all shop's and restaurants. The best part is the hotel staff. I booked the hotel by mistake on wrong dates when I arrived there I found out at the checkin counter. The person at the counter told me I will have to change the dates my self through agoda since it was booked online so i checked online and my booking was not changebale i was so worried as i was with my family and than from no where there manager Abdul Razaq came and said just don't worry and he will take care of it he will change the booking himself and directed us to have a free buffet until than. It was such a relief and we were so relaxed. This is a 5 star service this guy was a real life saver. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

good hotel to satay but abig problem for car parkig even hotel has a car parking area which was empty only few car there. I reguested to park my car over night as it is empty but reception staff refused by saying that its only for hotel staff. our floor room attandant Mr. Rahim was a nice personality.

This hotel although not 5 star was very nice to stay in. And it's about 5 minutes walk to bab fahad entrance. There's a Pakistani restaurant just round the corner and was ideal for us. Towels changed every day and room service as required. Enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it for pilgrims looking for a good deal.

I used to visit Madinah frequently and stayed in many hotels at central area for current time my opinion this hotel the pest in reference to value of money, location and services

An amazing 5* hotel where the guest is king! Really worth it to book silk floor suite as the private breakfast area is awsum and away from the crowds....however a bigger breakfast selection here would really take it a notch up.High tea snacks were good and the idea of a light snack with drinks before maghrib is superb.We have stayed in many hotels but the hospitality at Shaza was the best ever.Special people that made the experience so good are our room cleaner Ameer (always friendly) the waiter at breakfast Shabaaz (efficient) and the high tea waiter Shooa (always willing to please)

This is my favorite hotel I keep booking every time I go to Madina. The professionalism of employees usually reflects back to the hotel reputation which makes me com here again and again. I congrats this hotel for having Miss. Hodun as one of the front desk team. I can conclude my experience with Pulman hotel in just one sentence which is “Wonderful rooms, services, and hotel facilities”. Very nice hotel, nice bed, nice bath tub and very spacious. Worth money to stay. Walking distance to masjidil-madina-tulmunawarah Only that check in time a bit fuzzy with paspost. Almost deny my booking.

I have been to the hotel for check in at 2:00 pm but no one helped for early check in. After 2 hours the Agoda Agent from Hong Kong called me and informed that the hotel has sent an email to upgrade me to another 5 star hotel. Once i check with hotel staff and they confirmed that want to send me to another location for checking in. Again it took another hour for explanation and checking in procedures. The Hotel i have stayed in Royal in Nokhba! It was nice hotel, on Eid day i asked Room Service for complementary sweets and they provided me fruit basket along with sweets @ free of cost.. I will recommend and stay in this hotel again!

This hotel was very pleasant surprise. I’d say the standard of the hotel by European standards is 4 stars or maybe even 4+. Marble bathroom floor to ceiling, very comfortable beds, flatscreen TV, tea making facilities, fridge, broadband for free, excellent free bathroom products, seating area and coffee table, Safe, ironing board and iron, and even a weighing scale, air-conditioning, high standard of decor and furnishings et cetera, all made for a very pleasant and easy stay. I would add that for those who are staying for religious pilgrimage, which will be inevitably most people, the location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, literally one minute from the courtyard of the Haram Gate number six. I had a room only basis and didn’t really miss the lack of breakfast because there are plenty of cheap restaurants, take aways and supermarkets locally where you can buy whatever you need. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is like gem specially for proximity to women area of mosque. One can visit your room frequently to rest or freshen up after ibadah. There are few down site as below: * Check-in process was a bit lengthy * Parking Entrance is a bit small for SUV cars. * Parking space is limited and less for peak season like ramzon. If you checking in on thursday evening or Friday there are chances Hotel will not able to give u free parking. * Wifi was slow * they made twin room to quad adding 2 small beds which were not comfortable. (Rates for Double and Quad room was same when I booked) Will recommend others to stay if they are getting $ 120 (Approx.) during ramzan season.

Near to Gate 17 / 18 of Prophet Mosque makes it easy access. Many restaurants and super market nearby. Mr. Taha at reception speaks very well English and cooperative. Nice hotel, descent breakfast, even I find full bathroom amenities including dental and shaving kit mostly not even available in five star hotels in Madina. Very cheap room price from Agoda.

Considering the location and other hotels around I found this hotel is the cheapest. I booked for a quadruple room and which if found was they put an extra bed in Triple room and made it quadruple room. Like other hotels around this hotel also didn't had guest parking. Other than this everything was ok.

-Very clean -Friendly staff especially (Alsaedi at the recipient) -Almost 7 min walk to alharam (ladies side) Cons: - no parking at the hotel except the paid one . - some amenities can be improved such as the TV has no remote control , some lamps are not working, toilet Landry handle has to be fixed BUT IN TOTAL IT WAS A VERY GOOD HOTEL AND I AM COMMING BACK NEXT TIME

Aside from the odd rude / un-cooperative staff member, this place is great for the money. As per North American Standard the facility, cleanliness, management is 3 to 4 star. Have been coming here for the last 3 years. Within 5/6 min walk from the Nabawi.

RECEPTION GUYS MUST BE AWARE OF THE TYPE OF BOOKING ONE BOOKS . THEY SHOULD NOT USE THEIR OWN MIND TO ALLOT THE ROOM AS THEY FEEL. IT HAS BECOME HABIT OF THE RECEPTION STAFF TO PROVIDE THE ROOM WITH 2 BEDS ONLY WHILE MY BOOKING MOST OF THE TIMES GOES FOR 4 BEDS AND TO ARRANGE THE BEDS THEY TAKE ONE HOUR KEEPING US STRANDED WHICH IS TOO BAD. WHY THE RECEPTION GUYS LACK PROFESSIONALISM.

One of the best stay in Madinah. The hotel is not far from Gate 15 of Masjid Nabawi. I travelled with 2 elderly who need to use wheelchair and the hotel has ample wheelchair to cater for their guests. The room is spacious, clean comfortable bed and good working air-conditioning. The staffs are polite, can speak decent English, and quick to respond. The cafe provides one of the best meal, it's delicious with good portion and price. I was quite surprised with the price. It's actually cheaper to buy at the cafe than surrounding restaurants. The best part is, they will deliver the ordered meal to your room. I will definitely stay at Saja Al Madinah again.

The staff were great. Initially I didn’t have the best experience with a staff member named Nazrul but I soon realised that this was through no fault of his. I apologised and he did actually provide us with excellent customer service. The rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and pleasant. Housekeeping standards weren’t the best but the location made up for it I guess! Not far from the mosque but this is for the back of the mosque. For ladies it was a long walk to get to the prayer area so maybe this is not ideal for older ladies who may struggle to walk long distances. The hotel is poorly lit- including rooms- so not the best for people with visual impairments. The food is awful and very expensive. Other than that I would recommend due to location and staff.

Professional and friendly staff. Clean and cozy rooms. Close to the grand Mosque, shops and public transport. Excellent, tasty and nutritious breakfast. Absolutely loved it. The ambience of Medina is like the calmness of a placid lake. Simply the best place to stay if your want to appreciate the delightful calm and serenity of Medina. I highly recommend this 5 star hotel.

i was surprised that you classify this hotel as 3 star, but in fact it is a 5 star hotel. very comfortable place to stay and for moslems , it is located at a very reasonable distance from the mosque. initially when we booked we thought no breakfast was included buat we were pleasantly surprised we were given breakfast/iftar for the 4 days we stayed. and the food was good and upto international standard. thr room is good with all amenities but the sliding wardrobe is stucked and the the toilet flush was continually laeaking, the valve controlling watre flow was damaged. it would have been better to have free internet just like makkah movenpick

Smooth and fast check in and out.Ideal location for the Nabawi Masjid. Room was large and clean.Staff were friendly. Food was excellent. This was our fifth stay at this hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel was all the way towards the left of other hotel on the 3rd row of hotel. 2-3 mins to haram so quite close by. Rooms were of decent size and beds were comfortable. Breakfast/suhoor was decent but not great for a 5 star rated hotel. Breakfast area is too small and overcrowded. Not enough place to walk. Only 1 egg station with 2 pans with sooo many people queuing up is ridiculous, they need to do something about this. Staff were good especially room service cleaner on 2nd floor was fantastic. He was helpful, had good timing and done his job well. Check in was really fast and we had connecting rooms which was really helpful. Overall, a very good stay and would recommend.

the hotel itself is perfect....... everything is carefully maneuvered by all staff , they truly care to the visitors, the place is so near to haram area.... the place and the room were the best so far,. the staff were considerate because we came earlier than expected but we are able to check in early and check out late in the afternoon..... thank you so much MR. FAHAD the manager on duty who truly serve us... we are looking forward to stay again and again in your hotel... not to forget the sumptuous breakfast, the food was great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great time with my family. The hotel is centrally located which is the best part. I would prefer to stay a second time also and would recommend anyone looking for best deal. The hotel is clean/tidy but not that I expected.. It was OK... Overall experience was good!

Our stay was in the last ten days in ramadhan and they were perfect even in rush times But the reception stuff were not helpful for our questions about the area

This is such a nice hotel in fact a great hotel. The best of all it’s litteraly 1 min walk to Masjid e Nabawi. The reception staff was great and also the room service. Breakfast was good too and staff was knowledgeable and respectful. My mom loved this hotel it’s like u open the front door and in a min ur in the mosque. I would definately recommed this hotel. If u need some super luxury and swimming pool , spa and stuff guess what ur at the wrong place In fact you are in the wrong city and head to Dubai. But if you need more than a decent nice , clean , very very near place to the mosque and with good breakfast/ service you should definately book this hotel. It’s value for your money.

It had a double bed, nice bathroom, a chair, LCD screen, double door cupboard, few decorative items. Bathroom had a nice shower and had a hair dryer along with basic facilities. All these things were somehow fitted in a small sized room. We had no issues with size of the room as our purpose was to visit masjid nabwi and in between relax in our room and take care of our child. We have stayed in many hotels now and this was the best in price and the best in comfort. Grab this deal while it lasts.
