Highly recommended the hotel they give us a cost free upgrade and the room is very clean and everything looks brand new! The bed is fantastic! All the staff are very good trained and helpful! The manager is very customer orientated and very friendly! Who wants a good vacation needs to come in this hotel! A little bit far from city but the motorbike Taxi you can order very easily! A man in charge of the luggage. To move and carry and if we need something is totally incredible. By far the best ever seen. He his perfection by far. The rest of the place is wonderful. A very big place to eat with huge amount of different food. A huge swimming pool is there but water not heat, but so hot in Thailand and never sun reach the swimming pool. Many staff help for parking and anything else. We are like very important peoples there. There is a special area for all people with incredible view around 22 floor. We can easily have the Celsius we want because air conditionner is the best possible. Totally recommended. Good trip.

Nice hotel provided parking space. Staffs at checking counter are very friendly and good recommendation. Room is fresh and clean have all you needs. Hotel facility such kid room, gym is very nice and professional equipment. Only swimming pool that you can't spend time to chil and relax since so many kids playing water and make noise. The rest is perfect!

I love the services. Staffs are polite. First, I’ve booked for standard room but there were full at that time, so the hotel upgraded room for me to a premium room without any charges. That was impressed me a lot. The location also good. The hotel is located on the main road, there is comfortable to travel to other attractions.

Best value, safe location, shuttle to inner city included”
Great building and grounds. Nice rooms with extras like daily water bottles, welcome soup, toothbrushes, room safe, and mini fridge with a microwave. The pool was clean and the grounds well kept up. The staff were always helpful and quick to resolve any challenges. The shuttle to Pier 21 was quick and always freshly cooled with A.C.. The grounds with a fresh cup of morning coffee were delightful. There was a nice children area with comfy seats that were suspended swings! The plants were pretty with a wonderful fragrance. We appreciated the sea view room and snacks inside for a wonderful view of the water side of the property. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended it and stayed over a week. This will be our spot in Pattaya for our next trip as well! #RockFromRI

Everything from the check in to the room, the swimming pool, gym, breakfast was 100% perfect. Staff service was also perfect with them assisting us in any ways possible. It was so comfortable that i wish i stayed here longer. Definitely coming back here for a relaxing stay again.

Staying here is worth every penny. The place is a little bit far from civilization, but there is a shuttle van service every hour or so. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly and professional. If you book is a low-season period, you might get a complimentary room upgrade! The hotel has a pool for both kids and adults. The pool was not very big but relaxing nonetheless. The fitness is also there but is closed down due to COVID-19 situation, which is quite a shame. In addition, you can also access the lounge on the 20-ish floor, which offer coffee&tea along with some snacks for free. The view here is great in the evening so don't forget to come here in the night! All in all, a perfect hotel appropriate for the 4.5 stars claim. Worth your bucks!

High quality and brand new facility”
I was amazed by the new facilities. Good service and its so comfortable to live by myself. They have independent living. dry and wet area In toilet are separated. Television van screen phone. Free instant noodle in the room. They have sleeper and clothes hanger. Air condition is above bed. I love their little balcony where i can dry my clothes. Rooms are all in High level. They have sea views on level 22 i remember. And swimming. The best is the free shuttle bus from hotel directly to terminal 21 a shopping mall. The only thing is the door of toilet block the way to handing washing sink. I like open toilet door when i just wash hand or face so its design is unconvinent.But if you close the door then it'll be fine. Self laundry and dryer are outside of hotel like few mins walking. Laundry service i hotel is expensive. One t shirt 60baths.

Had a quick 1 night stay in Pattaya for the weekend. The Hotel staff was very welcoming and took my luggage as I entered the reception. *** Plenty of parking *** room equipped with fridge, sink, and tv *** bed was decent *** easy access to gas stations, and Rt 3. *** About 10 mind drive to Terminal 21 *** Pool was good (didn't swim due to covid restrictions) *** 4 elevators staggered for quick access ** Supplied toothbrush, drinking water, and shampoo/body wash.

Value for money with comfy stay”
The hotel is excellent, facilities provided are great, the staff is corteous and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained in terms of cleanliness. Make sure that whenever booked, it includes the breakfast as there are plenty of options for vegetarians and non vegetarians and the food quality is upto the mark. The only downside is the location of this hotel, it is located in central pattaya so a bit away from the walking street or other happenning places. But the hotel will provide you with a free shuttle till Terminal 21 mall. The commuting will come a little expensive and as it is a new hotel, keep your navigation working as many drivers are not aware of the location. Overall this is a great hotel and definately worth staying in.

My son loves swimming pool and playground so much. He had so much fun in the swimming pool and at the playground. Value for money. Free tea and coffee and little snack at the seaview area on 22nd floor. The room is a bit too small so the air from air conditioner go directly to our head while sleeping.
