Location is in the Middle of Jeddah. The hotel is clean. The parking area is excellent. The bathroom and shower were very good. The bed was a queen sized but the pillows were not comfortable to me.

A very pleasant hotel”
Stayed for 2 nights in Queen Room. Hotel is posh, rooms are big and well maintained. Location is walking distance to Haifaa Mall. Great value for money.

Another disappointment - Not the first time staying in this hotel.”
This is not the first time for me to stayed at this hotel but end up for another disappointment. Already mentioned during booking that the room to be away from the lift. But, they put me to the room next to the lift. The room sound proofing is very bad and this make the room very noisy. I did not have good sleep for 3 days stay. When I asked to change room, they mentioned all the room is booked even though I have mentioned this request during my booking. Totally overlooked. Please avoid this hotel.

This brand new hotel in Jeddah is really worth the price. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Dinner in the hotel is a buffet style and really fresh food. Nice fast internet and a 24h deli shop in the lobby is plus. Recommended.
