It was cheap, but overal a bit disappointing.”
The room was clean and cleaned every day. However, there was something sharp by the floor near our bathroom. In addition no hot water in bathroom basin. The shower head holder was set too high, so you had to old it otherwise the water gushed over the back and flooded the bathroom. Reception were slow to find my booking in addition the breakfast was minimal. No dinner option (restaurant closes after breakfast made to order only) apart from service to room. Not an option to eat in room with only 1 chair for a couple. Silly to have no restaurant available. Had to go out. It is really a business hotel only. Ok for a night stay no more.

Spooky hotel!”
Bathtub tap in room 326 turned on by itself in the middle of the nite!! Spooky!!! It came on again before dawn and turned itself off. Really spooky! Stay if u like spooky places

The hotel is located in a small provincial centre, so you will not get 4 or 5 star quality. That said, it is the best hotel in Chain Nat city, and the staff do the best they can. The rooms and furnishings are old and lack polish, but they are clean and well-maintained. The staff was very cooperative with whatever we asked. The desk clerk has some English, but only the basics for hotel-related work, and will not be able to handle more complex discussions. All in all I was satisfied given the circumstances and location.

Only Chai Nat hotel listed in Agoda”
At one time this was probably a great hotel for meetings, banquets, and entertainment. It has seen better days. Chai Nat doesn't have much to draw tourists or business and the lack of this doesn't allow for much upkeep or maintenance. The staff was nice. Minimal complimentary breakfast, no lunch or dinner. I couldn't submit this review without entering a comment in the "required field" What would I recommend the city of Chai Nat for? I have nothing for this field so I chose religious interests because there is a Temple.

Had booked a Suite, but on check-in staff tried to offer a double room, when this was not accepted, a Suite as per booking was made available. Room was pleasantly spacious, with complementary coffee. However room gave expression of wear and could do with a good make-over. Cable TV does not have international channels, only thai, would be good with international channels like e.g. BBC News/CNN/HBO etc. for foreigners staying in with nothing to do. Restaurant in hotel is not recommended, but there are plenty good restaurants in close proximity of hotel. As mentioned earlier hotel could do with a good make-over and renovation.

Room was pleasently spacious, with complementary coffee. However room gave expression of wear and could do with a good make-over. During stay experienced electricity black-out twice, first black out was in room where we stayed only and after contacting front desk, it was rectified immediately, next black-out was for a few hours, but encircled entire area in which hotel was located. Cable TV does not have international channels, only thai, would be good with international channels like e.g. BBC News/CNN/HBO etc. for foreigners staying in with nothing to do. Restaurant in hotel is not recommended.

Booked in advance using my Agoda points just to drop by there for a night sleep where we had checked in at midnight and check out at 6am. No chance to see the hotel facility. The furniture is already run down and the air con is quite noise but it is still cold enough.

Disappointing.”
This was a good hotel in the past. A bit run down now. The hotel is very large, almost no guests, a minimum of facilities is left now. Empty corridors en restaurants etc. A bit spooky. Staff was very helpfull, no problem there.

The hotel needs an update. The standard roon doesn't have hairdrier and coffee maker/tea pot. I have to get a suite to get these two items. All room furnature and carpet are very old and stained.

Air conditioning is so noisy”
The air conditioning in our room was so noisy at night which was realized after we closed TV. Quite disturbed my sleep. The others were ok.

Not too good experience”
Hotel didn't have my reservation when I was check in even though I booked room about 3 weeks in advance. The suite was not available. I was placed in a doubt bed room. I request a refund of difference!
