Beautiful place, free open bar from 5-6 PM”
We were so well received when my girlfriend and I arrived here. The huge reception room was cool and inviting, and we were offered chrysanthemum tea and comfortable seats to rest while we checked in. The beachside open bar from 5-6 PM was very convenient and such a nice way to relax seaside. Rooms were spacious, with glass walls (and curtains, of course) facing the beach. Everything was pristinely clean. Best of all, the staff were very helpful. Overall, it was a tremendously good experience.

Everything was great, food is the only minus”
Everything was great. We got villa with own swimming pool and it was lovely, clean, nicely decorated. Staff were friendly and nice. The only thing was the food in general. I think this kind of property could have better breakfasts (not much to select) and the food during the day was very average. If they would just enhance these two things they would be the best!

The relaxing Ecosystem”
Amazing time. The staff are the absolute best. The afternoon staff (sorry forgot your name) at reception desk helped me by showing me around. Even trainee staff helped me by stiching up a torn bag ! The massage therapist is genius. She really knows her stuff, with a physiotherapy education! The bartender Addi is also just a gem bringing joy to the beachfront! My favorite bit? The restaurant. The coconuts are a bit expensive but that was definitely the bet Pad Thai I have ever had and the best Tom Yum soup !!! From a Solo traveler with two suits, a bold head and a beard Loved it

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny”
W hotelu Cham's House byliśmy ośmioosobową grupą. Spędziliśmy tam 11 dni. Mieliśmy pokoje w budynku na 1 piętrze. Pokoje były przestronne, czyste i niczego w nich nie brakowało. Bardzo dobra obsługa. Oprócz darmowego mini baru uzupełnianego codziennie, miłym zaskoczeniem była happy hour w barze na plaży od godziny 17. Obsługa bardzo miła i zawsze pomocna. Hotel położony jest ok 600 metrów od głównej ulicy na której jest kilka knajpek i sklepików. Na pewno wybrałabym ten hotel ponownie.

Laid back, romantic, relaxing”
Wonderful location and beach. Clean, quiet room with nice whirlpool outside. Internet was good, but the highlight was the staff. Every single person made 100% effort to meet guests needs and they did it promptly with smiles. Many staff are not Thai but they spoke excellent English and were very polite and efficient. Minor problems were solved quickly, table were cleaned quickly for breakfast, and the breakfast menu was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the unlimited drinks at happy hour and we enjoyed dinner on the beach afterward. Thai and Western food are both excellent and the price is reasonable. We ate 3 romantic dinners on the beach and spent less than $80 USD TOTAL, after wonderful drinks while watching the sunset. Perfect to place to get away from hassles and worries. Loved it!!!!!

Superb and Well Rounded Experience”
The service staff blew us away. What a great group of people they have working there. The beach directly to the left of the resort is top notch. The main pool is one of the best on the island, and the pools in the villas are well maintained. Excellent value, and won't be the last time we stay here.

One of the nicest places in this part of Thailand”
If you want to feel at home , this is the place, personell are fantastic, the would go an extra mile for you... I really recommend it beautiful surroundings , the breakfast and food and drinks are very good, try the burger one of the best I had in Thailand during 6 years + in Thailand

The perfect location at Koh Kood”
This is our 6th time at this hotel and we would return. The location is for people searching a quiet place on a beautiful beach with crystal clear water with only a few people on it. No water scooters, water skiing and sellers on the beach

Exceptional”
We stayed in the Tropical Pool Villa and it was absolutely amazing - just as it was pictured online with a lot more pleasant surprises during our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My favourite holiday escape, we will definitely be back!

Hotel has private breach and room is spacious, staffs are very friendly and helpful, if really need to pick the dislike, must be the entrance road to hotel. But overall is good and I would like to stay again if go to koh Kut in next time.

I got lucky.”
Good location, nice rooms. I lucked in due to a great discount associated with cancellations from the Typhoon, luckily weather was great. Restraunt was reasonable but seafood was not as fresh as it is at much cheaper places on the island. Needs a small shop to sell ice cream. Beds were great and rooms very comfortable and free mini bar and coffee in room are great. Free drinks at 5-6pm around sunset is also a good touch for afternoon atmosphere. Check in and out smooth and efficient. A resort of this premium price needs a jetty and a bit of maintenance was being done to the ocean breakwall. Sadly the plastic that washes up deters from a beautiful beach, but the resort staff cleaned up the resort strip at least. But this is not the resorts fault as it is a constant through South East Asia for a lack of waste collection and recycling efforts generally. Would come back again for a room with a private pool as I had but not the others, nor would I be paying the full tariff displayed.

Nice hotel, but unfortunately the wave at this beach is very strong so we couldn't swim in the ocean at all. The food taste very nice though the selection is a bit limited as there are halal place

Location is quit far but there is a car to pick up and drop at the port so it easy to get there. the room is very nice and clean, bed is soft and well sleep. But the price of the food is quite high. overall is excellent i would like to recommend to others.

Well, both of us have been to Cham's house about NOV 2019 . currently we still impressed the scenary of this place and nicest spot to relax with a clear skies and brightening sea , So much of Joyous !! I would not hesitate to recommend everyone , This is one of the best place you should go . Of course it will be next time for me !
