We loved Cham Villas”
Just got back from a perfect 10 day stay in a Beachfront Villa just steps away from a beautiful beach. The villa was spotlessly clean and well maintained to a high standard. Enough sun loungers on the beach for everyone, very comfortable . The pool was inviting although we spent our time most days on the beach where i would like to make a special mention about Thien (bartender). What a wonderful young man. Always there with a smile welcoming us each morning for breakfast and then on the beach later where he provided cold towels and fresh fruit. Breakfasts were well prepared and to the highest standard as were the evening meals in the restaurant . Service was very good. We also tried the Ratinger Lowe restaurant which is owned by Cham Villas and this was just as good. I cant praise this property enough 10/10

Peaceful, relaxing, super-chill, low-key great place”
A nice and relatively small property located in a great part of Mui Ne/Phan Thiet. The bungalow I stayed in was great. It was maintained well and comfortable. The view to the beach was fantastic and worth the little bit extra. Breakfast was nice, and the food from the on site restaurants was wonderful! I had no need to go anywhere else. Drinks from the bar were also good...although I had more of the German beers than mixed drinks. All in all it’s a wonderful place and I will go back.

The beach was very clean this time surprisingly. Staff is lovely. Nice breakfast. Only one minus thing is dinner food selection was very limited. They didn't have most of what they had in the menu. I understand that could be due to Covid. But a short notice from the staff before they handed us the menu would've made it easier for us and saved us some time and frustration from going through the whole menu and found out 4 of your dishes were not available. Anyway, it was all good. Will definitely visit again.

Very enjoyable stay”
Everything was very good for my stay. The pool is one of the most beautiful and deep enough to swim in Mui Ne (range from less than 1m to 2metres). However, the bathtub was a disappointment since it kept draining and never got filled up enough (the plug was right in place), a bit of minus point.

Lovely stay during the early days of Tet holiday”
We had a lovely time, relaxing, eating and enjoying both the beach, pool and Cham restaurant. It wasn't crowded so they allowed us to order our breakfast everyday since the buffet wasn't running. The staff were kind and friendly and the hotel is such an oasis. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

In twelve years of living and traveling all over Asia I have stated at countless hotels and resorts. During this course I have never felt compelled to write a review for any of them. My recent stay at the Cham Villas Resort in Phan Thiet, Vietnam has bucked my trend. My wife and I went for a three night stay and were nothing but impressed starting from the welcome we received at the entrance, all the way until we regretfully had to leave. The entire resort consists of only 17 individual villas holding true to its classification as a Boutique Resort. With such a small number of villas, even if every unit is full, it never seems crowded. We highly recommend the beachfront villas as the beach is just steps away and the waves crashing at night is the perfect backdrop to a wonderful night’s sleep. Our villa was perfectly appointed with fresh flowers, mangos, & a wonderful terrace with full day bed, as well as air con and hot water that actually worked, very well! The grounds of the resort are also top-notch, whoever designed the grounds did a superb job of keeping each villa as secluded as possible from the next. The pool and the couples spa are tucked away such that you feel totally secluded form the rest of the world. The food was also superb, we did not even eat anywhere else! The kitchen is operated by a German national and he does a wonderful job with having international dishes as well as local fare. The beach bar did a wonderful job of keeping us supplied with wet towels to keep us cool all day. While we were on the beach, we just ordered small dish after small dish all day long and enjoyed each one better than the last. The tropical drink menu is as extensive as I have ever seen. This was without a doubt one of the best resorts I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a place to spend a nice relaxing holiday with your partner, look no further. My hat goes off to the management and staff of Chams Villas.

Couldn't be more perfect!!! Heaven on Earth”
we booked a garden villa at cham for the "luxury" part of our trip to vietnam and our expectations were exceeded in every single way. the room (pv1) was excellent - incredibly clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed (including a huge bed). it also had an amazing semi-private pool. the service was impeccable, with every member of staff being so friendly and accommodating. the breakfast was sensational! it was a buffet with a huge range of high quality foods - a definate highlight for us. we had massages at the spa, which were good, and took a jeep tour, which was fantastic. they also had a fantastic beach bar, which we made good use of! there was also a pool table and fooseball. perhaps one of the things we enjoyed most about cham was the atmosphere - it is a small boutique resort (only 12 villas i think), so was very intimate, quiet, private, and relaxing. additionally, it was extremely good value for money - at least half the price of the other big tacky resorts in mui ne. overall, we could not rate cham highly enough and would go back to vietnam just to stay at cham. thank you so much for our wonderful stay!

Our Best Romantic Getaway Ever!”
My wife and I enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Cham Villas. The bungalow we had was right next to the beach and was clean, cozy, and well-appointed. Unlike many of the other "resorts" in Muy Ne, Cham Villas has its own beach; not only that, but it is kept meticulously clean, and furnished with comfortable chaise lounges. The bar on the beach is somewhat expensive (compared with prices outside the resort), but the drinks are perfectly made and the service is attentive -- so the price is worth the luxury! The grounds of the resort are immaculately maintained, all the staff are delightfully friendly. I think one of the things we appreciated most was that it was *quiet*, so we got some much-needed rest. Muy Ne is not like other resort communities in Vietnam, so you're not going to find much to do outside the walls of the resort. The food at some of the nearby restaurants is good and fairly cheap, though. We liked the slower pace of life there.
