Really Good! Perfect place”
My family just got a trip to Nha Trang for a few days ago and that was perfectly cool. The theme of Champa Island is super lovely (and I guess the reason is their location located really close to a Champa Temple which names Poganar). They provide us a super ideally weather as they are an island inside Cai river - The view is peaceful with that. You also can see the Buddha Statue from Long Son Pagoda from your room. I do love their food and all the services too. The most important thing that make me want to come back is their services. I can name two staff that really helpful for my trip: Nguyễn Hồng Nhung and Trần Hưng (I think they work at the Kubero Condotel). My trip won't get completely without them. With their help and advises, I do got all my favorite service in the place. And for sure, everybody there was nice.

first of all, i really appreciate for all of the staffs, who were really welcoming , kind , so sweet service that i had ever got! champa hotel is away from the cxr airport , which takes 40-50 min. by car, but located very center in city of Nha Trang. if you plan to loom around the city or topbar etc . it is easy to go around with cheap taxi fare( grab also ) . 1. hotel facility: it is not new and innovative but very organized clean neat and comfy. furthermore, we can get 20% discount when we use hotel spa, which was a huge amount of my budget. 2. the view from the room was amazing. the pool was big enough to enjoy . the hotel is quite big to walk from main hotel to breakfast building , which we rode a buggy car. 3. the room price and all of the lovely conditions !!! i will come and stay in the champa group hotel^^ again~~~

BEST HOTEL IN VIETNAM”
This was without a doubt the best place we stayed in Vietnam. The staff were incredible and made our stay so perfect. All of the team were very attentative, the facilities were outstanding and the food at the local restaurants well priced and delicious. Trang ('Middle') at reception was very polite and managed our stay exceptionally The breakfast was out of this world! The gym had great equipment! The coffee shop was beautiful... I could go on! This place is secluded, yet close to the city centre. It is, by far, the best value that we have found in Nha Trang! Upon arrival, we received a FREE room upgrade, and the staff, especially Miss Nhung at reception and the manager, Mr Nam, were very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for great value and English-speaking staff, book a stay at Champa Island! The gym overlooking the pool is a great bonus. We give this place a genuine 10 out of 10.

Great hotel, in the best location ”
What a fantastic hotel! Set on a lovely little island in the middle of the river, the hotel is very clean, and very peaceful (away from the craziness of the city). Personally, this is the best location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite, over looking the pool. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful oasis ”
This is a beautiful oasis in Nha Trang. Absolutely stunning property, beautiful rooms and two amazing pool areas. The staff are so friendly and attentive and the breakfast was delicious and varied. It is out of the main tourist area of Nha Trang but easily accessed by taxi (and there are always some waiting in the resort). Could quite happily have stayed weeks! Highly recommend!

nice hotel, a bit secluded, but that is fine as well, as you are away from the craziness from the town, it is in a great location if you want to visit the Ponagar, and also the Thap Ba mud bath place. we did the Cham handicraft thing as a family, and it was a nice and cheap experience, i just wished we have done it earlier so we could take our pottery back home. overall a great experience in this hotel

The staff were outstanding in providing for our needs. The only bump along the way was with bathroom. I am 5'6" and the tub was too small, I could not stretch my legs out. The shower head was too short and I had to duck in order to wash properly. The splash from the shower head built up around the tub and eventually drip over the sides of the tub to the floor. The floor was somewhat flooded and the towel on the ground got soaked. But besides this, everything else was excellent. Wonderful swimming pool and gym. The breakfast offered a wide array of food. I really appreciated their front desk, who went out of the way to insure that our needs were meet. Would I stay there in the future? Yes, I would.

Highly recommended, if you need a place for escaping the noise of the city. Champa Island is a great place to relax. The facilities are top and there is nothing you will miss. We booked smallest hotel room. But the manager gave us a free upgrade for a Double rooms family apartment at Kubera condortel. We really enjoyed our stay at Champa Island, a true calmness.

Fantastic friendly service - hotel staff were super friendly, polite and always smiling! We highlighted the room key was broken and the hotel staff immediately came to repair it. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is big - nice to swim. We can play foosball and snooker for free. Breakfast spread was great with lots of variety. The Vietnamese coffee is good too. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend this hotel!

Perfect facilities, staff doesn't understand English”
The best part of this hotel are the swimming pools. They have two large swimming pools, 1500m2 and 1000m2, and there are shuttle bus transport within the hotel. The room is clean and tidy but doesn't provide shaving kit and conditioner. Staffs are nice and kind but sadly most of them do not understand english, or very poor at it. I asked for some hangers, they gave me air freshener, asked for some toothpick, they gave me chopsticks. But they did give me the water correctly.
