If i get a chance to come back to chiangmai, id book my stay here again. I stayed for 6 days and it was the awesome-est homestay ive ever been to. Firstly the host is INCREDIBLE, shes very warm, she smiles a lot(if not for covid i wouldhve hugged her lol). They serve great breakfast the in house restaurant is really good too! For it's price this place is a really good deal. The location is good also as it is only 15 to 20mins away from the airport It's close to the old city, close to night markets bazaars and good coffee shops. Theres also a great noodle place across the street. Great great staff. Self help laundryshops are close here also. The day i was checking out, 2 kitchen staff went after me and offering to pack my breakfast for me to eat at the airport. Virtual hugs for the staff of Changmoi house. Thanks for an awesome stay until next time!

Beautiful and cozy”
Our stay at Changmoi House was wonderful! The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms and whole facility are cozy, beautifully designed and clean with lovely views no matter which room due to the gardens all around the property. Great location, easy to walk to the north and south markets or the night bazaar. Breakfast was also delicious and huge! Highly recommended

It's an awesome stay in Chiangmai. Nice staff, nice location, nice room, nice everything. We're traveling with a 20 month old baby and the staff was nice enough to prepare a little portion of breakfast for her even we didn't ask for it. There're these little things that keeps people coming back I guess. Good places don't need long reviews. So, yes, i'd recommend this place to anyone.

Nice, homely stay”
We really enjoyed our stay at Changmoi House Little Village. We found all staff very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, and the accommodation is quiet, clean and has a nice, homely feeling. We especially enjoyed the breakfast! There is a great coffee shop just up the road for some freshly brewed coffee and a lovely vegan/ vegetarian place just next door for some delicious meals too.

The elegant garden view is just like the photos ”
I had a really comfortable 6 night stay at Changmoi house (I ended up booked by an extra night bexuse I loved the chilled vibe in Chinag Mai so much). The ladies who operate the business were so friendly and attentive to my needs. I opted to stay on the elegant garden room, as I liked the aesthetics and the extra privacy given that it’s at the back of the property. There are no luxury amenities such as a pool or gym but I came to the city to explore and this property was situated perfect for me. The wifi is also great speed, the aircon worked perfectly and there are plenty of restaurants around. Be sure to take advantage of the lady next door operating a laundry service at a reasonable cost :) The only thing I didn’t enjoy so much was breakfast. Don’t get me wrong the eggs and sausage was always freshly cooked and the ladies were very efficient and hospitable but I would have appreciated better coffee (other than instant) and a selection of fruits. Otherwise, this would not put me off for returning back to here on my next trip to Chiang Mai. Also for context I am a young black solo female traveler and I felt incredibly safe at this hotel and the surrounding areas. Just also note that there is no one at reception after 7/8pm. This was not an issue for me at all and the hosts let me know in advance but it’s just something to be aware of if you prefer 24 hour service.

Lovely little house, tip top cleanliness, friendly staffs. Breakfast was delicious for porridge and fried rice. Near to the places of interest. Highly recommended! Oh remember to rent the motorcycle to explore around the city.

Worth to stay”
Truly a gem in Chang Mai located very convenient area. We enjoyed a clean spacious room looking down a temple, delicious breakfast and tropical flowers coming out every day. Definitely want to come back next time!

Perfect stay in chiang mai boutique hotel”
The room is big enough (355feet) while compare with standard hotel. The owner are very friendly and the warmth bread fast are prepared by them. Privacy of each room are very high and the Colourful decoration along the corridor, staircase and even room inside give us a impresssive feeling which is full of Love and chiangmoi Trendy style. Location are easy to access and the wifi is strong and fast. You can feel and enjoy the silence of chiang mai in the middle of crowd. Owner's cats are so lovely to welcome every clients. I must return again in our next trip.

Little with a big heart.”
We love the ladies working for Little House very good hearted people. The smiles every day were uplifting. The breakfast is great with a variety of items to order. The rest of the food at thier resturant is also some of the best in Chiang Mai. The owner is a very prrofessional and kind lady who we enjoyed talking to. The cleaning man needs to be more detailed. Nice laundry close along with easy access to walking street.
