If you're looking for a hotel in the city then this is the choice and for a decent price also. The aircon in the sleeping room takes aprox 10-20 minutes for it to release cold air ! I was sweating with my gf so much. They should find a way to fix it. Also there is no aircon in the reception hall. The water pressure in the shower is also very low. But! there was 2 electric sockets for the plugs next to each side of the bed, most higher hotels don't even have this, I was very impressed with this.

Chantra hotel's location was great and checking in was easy. There were little bit of misunderstandings with the hotel's staff. But overall, the stay was good value for my money

Staff rude, place dirty, zero facilities ”
Pictures have to photoshopped, The place was half revamped , not close to clean, noisy at night and staff there were rude and seemed unhappy... Breakfast consists of a rice soup ie water or a cup of coffee from a stained plastic kids cup. Avoid this one for sure.. 690bht, worst place i have stayed in for years!

After a major renovation the hotel is a great alternative in Sa Kaeo, with nice reception area, friendly and service minded staff, comfortable rooms and at very acceptable prices. Recommended!

hotel is new and it is still under renovation. you can hear everything that pass your room. room is clean. Breakfast is not really good, don't expect much. Anyway room price is cheap. Will come again.

It’s looking good for the renovated small to medium hotel, with a reasonable price. The daytime receptionist is nice. The only thing I would like to complain and need to improve is the night time-shifted receptionist. Actually, they provided a clean room but at night I’d got some smelly drain from my bathroom, so I couldn’t sleep. I walked down to speak to the night time receptionist, (I didn’t know her name) to move to another room instead. She didn’t treat me well by the way she talked and her face seemed like not welcome. At the end I got a new room, but she made me so disappointed with this renovated hotel. Overall, it is an okay hotel to stay just a night for anyone who want to take a short rest with a reasonable price.

Good for short stay”
Everything is clean and new but the room is small and the bathroom is very small. The breakfast tasted good, rice and one Thai dish, 2 kinds of fruit, water, coffee and tea. This is a good place for one night stay but probably not more than that. There are few good restaurants not far away and Big C shopping mall very close.

Very small shower area as well as sink in the bathroom. Should have shirt hanger. My main complain is cigarette order in the room, when notified the staff sprayed air refresher in the room though it got a bit better but not recommended for those who are allergies to cigarette odour or sensitive to smell.

Hotel is good and clean, internet is slow, have nothing in breakfast, in morning have only coffee tea ,noddle soup and rice. mostly costumer is local employees from town. I book this hotel because new building clean and for breakfast. but even don't have egg and slice bread in breakfast. when I tell in lobby about breakfast, they only look my face and said we are like that. also I check-in 10PM check-out 8am. hotel only good for sleeping and relax. shower head is so cheap quality, only have 2 bottles free bottle in fridge and only 2 english TV channels.

Nice rooms, although small bathrooms, comfortable beds. Good parking and lobby area, but not English speaking reception. Breakfast is rice soup only, very limited beyond that.
