Extremely good value for money”

Location is phenomenally convenient. Parking is available and the rooms are well maintained and a cleaner is available every day to clean the rooms. The staff are very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to my family and closest friends as I felt very much at home during my four-night stay. If ever I needed a place to stay, I would be looking straight here before any Travelodge/Premier Inn etc

Good Value for Money”

I am making this review a year and a half too late, nonetheless, I still thought it was worth giving this place an excellent review. The location is great, a short walk from the bustling shops and restaurants when you walk downhill. The facilities were great too as I could remember with good heating and nice warm water in the shower. The price was not too costly, considering we were already near the City Centre. The place was a really good value for money. I celebrated my birthday here together with my Mom. One of our last travels before the pandemic.

Got this last minute and wasn't expecting much for the cost. But we were pleasantly surprised, staff friendly, room clean and good facilities. Basic breakfast but again very good for the cost. Close to the city centre. Would definitely book again. 👍

Not bad for a night”

It's a ok place to spend a night. The room is quite small, there are shared bathrooms which were clean enough. The location is near a train station and walkable distance from Glasgow university and Kelvin groove gallery.

You get what you pay for really, the rooms are not massive but it is in a convenient location. At the time if this review (May 2022) they are just doing continental breakfast which was OK for the price. If you need a bed to sleep in for a night or two in the area it is fine but if it is a longer stay I would recommend paying more and going for somewhere with more to offer.

You get what you pay for”

The hotel was relatively much cheaper than others around it, but it really shows that it's a cheap hotel. The location is pretty central, but not really close to anything (unless you want to go to uni parties). The rooms are really small, the shower pressure really weak, and overall the facilities are not great.

The entire place needs to be renovated and brought up to date. There were various points of neglect in my room such as poor standard of decor, difficult windows to open/close and dirty curtains.

This is an unsafe hotel as people smoke drugs inside. My kids felt unsafe and have reported this to the receptionist, however, could not provide an answer. We have booked for single beds we were given three
